스마트 카드는 독립적인 프로세서와 메모리를 내장한 독립적인 컴퓨팅 장치로서 최근 금융권에서는 기존의 마그네틱 카드를 대체하려는 움직임을 보이고 있다. 이러한 스마트 카드에 대한 표준은 세계 3대 국제 결제 기관인 Europay, Mastercard, Visa가 공통으로 제안한 EMV 표준을 따르고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 카드용 터미널 상에서 다양한 응용 프로그램을 지원할 수 있도록 하는 EMV 표준 프로토콜의 구현에 대해 기술한다. 또한본 논문에서 구현한 EMV 터미널이 국제 규격 인증 과정을 통과한 내용을 기술한다. Smartcard is a kind of computing device with it's own processor and memory Thus, the international money market is going to accomodate the use of smartcards instead of traditional magnetic cards for the future money market. EMV is a standard protocol for smartcards, proposed by Europay, Mastercard, and Visa, which are three famous international settlement organizations. This paper presents the implementation of EMV specifications for the smartcard terminals for supporting various application programs. This paper shows that the implemented EMV terminal passes the international approval tests.

This research has a goal which is suggesting the way of constructing 'Cluster' which mean scheming the commencement of an enterprise in an early stage. Now it is reorganized into a IT industry structure 'Time-to market growth' is burst as a big issue. in that point, this research analyze the core success factor which is drawing from the existing IT industrial complex, and then it will be used to draw up to the 'Idealistic growth-support Cluster' on the basis of it, we pulled out various issues about the Corporate in the early stage of its growth. Therefore, this research is focused on presenting the ideal network(net) by considering the Network that organizations and business in Cluster or the network including the factors linked organizations and business in Cluster. therefore, this research carried out three big analysis. from the case investigation we pulled out the core growth factor, and then we approached the analysis of net structure for making application to Network Analysis. and then we analyzed that the characteristics of the Network after measuring by on the basis of analyzing core growth factor. and especailly, this research carried out the Core analysis for recognition of Core- support-frame by base Centrality Test on the net which is composed of growth support organizations at each Business. Judging from this, we can help to make full use of resources for the network analysis in Cluster and establish the Network Strategy by Structure comparison between the structure of industry-Cluster and ideal Business-support networks on the basis of the analysis from the Core-success-factor
HTTP 클라이언트 / 서버에 기반한 스케쥴링 비서 에이젼트 시스템의 설계 및 구현

Recently, according to the rapid development of internet and communication technologies, a lot of works based on network techniques have been developed. In relation to this trend, the agent systems that had been studied in the early AI have been being studied greatly in association with the network techniques. This paper presents a design model of a secretary agent system in which each secretary agent can manage the schedules of her/his superior, and the descriptions about the implementation of the secretary agent system. In the presented secretary agent system, a database system and a knowledge-based system are included and cooperated with each secretary agent to provide the ability of manipulating lots of schedule data and making decisions on them. This paper also shows that the presented secretary agent system can behavior like a real secretary through the various superior-secretary-meeting_requester interactions, which is different from the group scheduling programs or personal scheduling programs.

하나의 규칙을 일반화 시키는 데에는 많은 예(training instance)를 필요로 한다. 이러한 예들은 교사(teacher)의 주의깊은 선택에 의해서 일반화된 규칙을 나타내는 것들이어야 한다. 이러한 예들을 교사가 하나 하나 지적해 주는것 보다는 학습자(learner)가 스스로 비슷한 예(near example)들을 생성시켜서 하나의 규칙을 만들어 낼 수 있도록 하는 것이 인자변환(perturbation) 기법이다. 이 기법에 의해 생성된 예들은 긍정적(positive)인 예와 부정적(negative)인 예들을 모두 가질 수 있는데, 본 논문은 인자변환의 단계를 줄이면서 좀 더 빠르게 일반화된 규칙을 학습할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 부정적인 예를 인자변환 기법에 이용하는 방법을 제시한다.

The high purity Al foil, which has an enlarged surface area by electrochemical etching process, has been used as an anode for an aluminum electrolytic capacitor. Etch pits are randomly distributed on the surface because of the existence of surface irregularities such as impurity and random nucleation of pits. Even though a large surface area was formed on the tunnel- etched Al, its applications to various fields were limited due to non-uniform tunnel morphologies. In this work, the selective electrochemical etching of aluminum was carried out by using a patterned mask fabricated by photolithographic method. The formation of etch pits with uniform distribution has been demonstrated by the optimization of experimental conditions such as current density and etching solution temperature.
