        종교 교육과정의 교육법적 쟁점과 과제

        본 연구는 종교 교육과정에 대해 제기되는 교육법적 쟁점과 과제를 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 우선 교육과정의 법적 체계와 종교교육에 대한 변천 과정을 살펴보았다. 다음으로 종교교육에 대한 법적인 측면의 연과와 교육과정에 대한 연구 성과에 대한 특징적인 면을 고찰하고, 여기서 제기되는 문제나 과제를 살펴보았다. 마지막으로 이들 연구 성과에 기초하여 제기되는 사항으로서 교육과정 문서체제와 관련된 보통교육에서의 가능성, 종교교육에 대한 개념의 문제, 특별활동에 적용가능성, 교과서 인정 기준과 관련된 4가지를 살펴보고, 교육과정 문서 외적인 사항으로 법적 논의의 대상이 된 고교평준화, 학교의 설립주체에 따른 종교교육의 2가지 주제를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 교육과정에서 해결하기 어려운 점이 제기되었고, 선정된 주제들 간의 일관성이 결여된 부분도 있었다. 이들 논의 결과를 토대로 보통교육의 단계에서 종교교육을 실시할 수 있는지의 여부는 교육의 본질에 입각해 보다 깊이 고민하여야 함을 제시하였다. The research attempted to explore issues and problems related to religious education in curriculum fields. For this end, first, the legal system of curriculum and the change in curriculum for the religious subject were reviewed. It was found that the korea national curriculum keep the nature of the law and regulations. The religious education in korea national curriculum contain the nature of general education and specific religious. Second, the tendency of research in legal aspects and religious subject were discussed. Studies in legal aspects deal with the legal principles, analysis of a precedent etc. Research in religious subject fields carry on the analysis of the korea national curriculum, textbook, and teacher education etc. Third, difficulties and questions in seeking major issues for resolving problems in religious education were discussed. Problems of religious education related to the korea national curriculum is the concept of religious education, religious education in the public and private school, possibility in elementary and secondary education, equalization policy in high school, extra curriculum, textbook etc. In conclusion, it was convinced that the religious education to be provided with the nature of education should be emphasized when legal issues and disputes in religious education were considered.

        수산계열 고등학교 교육과정의 변천과정 분석

        This study was attempted to analyze the change process of fisheries track's high school curriculum related with the 5th-7th revised national curriculum. To accomplish this goal, the nature and goals of fisheries track's high school were reviewed. First, it was found that the fisheries track's high school was classified into three groups; high school for special goal, characterization, and industry. And the goal of fisheries track's high school was designated to harmonize the general education and vocational education in high school goal. Second, the legal basis and system of national curriculum in fisheries track's high school were discussed. The legal basis of national curriculum in fisheries track's high school was prescribed to the 'Elementary and Secondary Education Act'. The system of national curriculum was composed the general guideline and subjects. Third, the change process of fisheries track's high school national curriculum was discussed. The system of decision, general guideline, and subjects in fisheries track's high school national curriculum were seemingly to be studied on the basis of the autonomy or diversity. In conclusion, the concrete content of fisheries track's high school national curriculum was not changed compared to the 5th-7th revised curriculum.

        주5일 수업제 도입에 따른 학력관과 학교교육의 방향 탐색

        This study is attempted to explore direction for the schooling related 5-school-day week. For this end, first, the social background and educational meaning for the 5-school-day week were reviewed. It was found that there is a close connection between 5-school-day week and 5-work-day week. And learning by direct and actual experience is emphasized. Second, The present condition of the schooling were analysed. It was examined the guidelines for curriculum organization and time allotment proposed the 2009 revised national curriculum. Also, It was checked the educational background and qualifications, for example ratio of students to teaching staff, office of education, local government etc. Third, the direction for the schooling for 5-school-day week were discussed. The object of research related to the 5-school-day week was the applicabilities and limits of 2009 revised national curriculum. Also, It is necessary to establish a system of education office in local to work with the local government.

        부산시 동서교육 격차 지역의 초등학교 학부모의 만족도 및 인식 조사

        This study investigates the level of elementary school parents’ satisfaction and recognition on the education gap between the eastern and western part of the Busan Metropolitan City. The gist of the discussion centers on the equal educational opportunities of the schooling, non-schooling. To accomplish this research, we practice the questionaries about the education development in Busan to 234 parents who reside in the eastern and western part in Busan. The results of survey are as follows. First of all, there is a broad distinction between the two area about parents’ attitude towards children. Second, the results of schooling satisfaction are higher in eastern Busan area. Third, the parents of eastern part also show their satisfaction of schooling support. The results indicate that nation and local government must develop the short and long range plan for students from low-income families.

        수ㆍ해양 전문계고 인정도서 제도의 법적 문제와 과제

        This study is to suggest the legal issues and some question to solve on the approved books in fisheries and marine sciences education. The results of the study are following. First, It discuss the legal meaning on the approved books. The meaning of the approved books means the curriculum books are subject to an approval by the Minister of Education, Science and Technology in order to use term in case where there exist no government-designated books and authorized, or where it is difficult to use term or it is necessary to supplement them. Second It deals with the legal issues on the approved books in fisheries and marine science education. The main issue is in harmony with the regimentation and self-regulation of education. This matter is the legal problems on the power for the standards of the textbooks approval and the rights for the organization of the textbooks. Third, It treats the problems of the approved books in fisheries and marine sciences education. The problems is system of statute and concept of approved books, the rights of nation and local government, standards of approved books, and writing and practical use of approved books. I generalize legal issues on the approved books in fisheries and marine sciences education. Hence, it is necessary to deeply study each subject in the legal aspect of the approved books in fisheries and marine sciences education.

        초등 교원 양성 대학의 교육 과정 비교 , 분석 연구

        This study is to explore a few things that should be basically discussed in curriculum through its comparison among different types of universities. First, in order to identify the feature of university, the dimensions were divided into three parts; strategy of university, function of university and academic. Moreover, according to these, the direction of curriculum design was made. Second, university of education, department for elementary education in teachers` college and universities were selected to compare their goal and objective, general and specialized studies courses. As a result, the basic differences are below. 1) Academic teaching was emphasized in university of education while in the department for elementary education of teachers` college and universities academic discovering emphasized. 2) There were differences between contents related nature of general education. And model of general education and concrete elective courses should be improved. 3) There were differences of credit rates between education and subject teaching in major fields. And there were differences of credit and time allotment in art and physical exercise. Therefore, these issues need to be deeply discussed to establish the identity of the universities.

        중등 예비일반교사의 통합교육에 대한 인식

        This study aimed to find ways for a supportive courses that reinforce inclusion competency of secondary school students teachers, For this aim, we examined the perceptions toward inclusion by personal, experiential, instructional, knowledge and dispositional factors, these factors were good predictor post-students`` perceptions of inclusive practices. The sample comprises of 284 students enrolled teaching related courses in 2012. A questionnaire developed by Antonak and Larrivee (1995) was adapted and was used to measure students`` opinion relative to inclusion. Students`` personal, disabilities-related experiential, instructional, knowledge and dispositional variables were collected also. Data were analyzed using paired sample t-tests and ANOVA. The results of this investigation demonstrated that (1) students`` perception toward were high, and (2) there were difference significantly in perception toward inclusion according to sex, will of teaching students with special needs, intention of applying special education school, majors, and experience of taking class related special education. Implications for practices and future research were discussed.

        단위학교 교육과정 편성,운영을 중심으로 한 학교자치의 법적 기반과 과제

        This paper attempts to explore issues related with the autonomy in organization and implication of curriculum. To accomplish this goal, the meaning of autonomy in school is examined. It includes the notion of self-government in school, legal regulation on the autonomy in school, etc,. Second, Korea curriculum policy and the present states of autonomy in school is reviewed. Korea curriculum policy is divided into two aspect: legislation, notice of national curriculum. Third, the theoretical problems for the autonomy in organization and implication of curriculum is discussed. It is the relation between school and nation, standards and extent of national curriculum, increase of use school`s discretion, organization for operation of curriculum, participation of inhabitants. In conclusion, in needs deeper study on each issues and needs to be presented the specific alternatives. So, it should be improved the law in such a way to meet the fundamental human rights for the learner.

        국가수준 교육과정의 교육목표에 대한 고찰

        This study is attempted to explore issues and problems related with aims and objectives of education in legal aspects and national curriculum. To accomplish this goal, the constitution related to aims and objectives of education and educational freedom of the people are reviewed. It is found that constitution guarantees the autonomy of education. Also, the educational freedom of the people includes the rights to decide on the educational objects permit teachers to protect the rights includes the rights of children in learning and educational freedom. Second, educational aims and objectives in legal regulation and national curriculum are discussed. The ideal education of the people is prescribed to the `Framework Act on Education` and the aims of education are provided for the `Elementary Act on Education`. The educational objectives of elementary and secondary are prescribed in the national curriculum. Third, legal regulation and notification of educational aims, the system of educational aims and objectives according to the rules, overlapping educational aims and objectives in legal regulation and notification, a lack of flexibility in subjects` objectives are discussed. In conclusion, It is designated to harmonize the regulation of nation and education freedom of the people.
