서버와 사용자간 비밀 값을 이용한 보안성이 강화된 CSRF 방어

Cross-Site Request Forgery(CSRF)는 오늘날 인터넷 환경에서 발생하는 악의적인 공격방식 중 하나이다. 이는 권한이 없는 공격자가 사용자의 브라우저를 통해 웹 서버에 정당한 요청을 전송 하도록 한다. 공격자에 의한 요청은 웹 서버에서 정상적인 요청으로 판단되어 사용자가 원하지 않는 결과를 가져온다. 이러한 문제는 웹 서버에서 쿠키에 포함된 정보만으로 사용자를 식별하기 때문에 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 쿠키에 포함된 정보 이외에 페이지 식별번호와 사용자 비밀번호의 해시 값을 추가하여 요청을 검증하는 보안성이 강화된 CSRF 방어를 제안한다. 이는 구현이 간단하며 기존 CSRF 대응법으로 알려진 일회성 토큰을 이용한 방식의 문제점인 토큰 노출의 문제점을 해결한다. Cross-Site Request Forgery is one of the attack techniques occurring in today"s Web Applications. It allows an unauthorized attacker to send authorized requests to Web Server through end-users" browsers. These requests are approved by the Web Server as normal requests therefore unexpected results arise. The problem is that the Web Server verifies an end-user using his Cookie information. In this paper, we propose an enhanced CSRF defense scheme which uses Page Identifier and user password"s hash value in addition to the Cookie value which is used to verify the normal requests. Our solution is simple to implement and solves the problem of the token disclosure when only a random token is used for normal request verification.
농어촌경관 관리정책에 대한 관련 주체의 의식분석 및 향후 과제

This study aims to make a comparison of the attitudes between residents, officials and experts towards the rural landscape management polices. It is also designed to suggest the improvements to the rural landscape management policies. This study showed that there were differences in awareness of the rural landscape management polices depending on stakeholder who are residents, officials and experts and experienced groups of rural landscape projects. The directions of improvement of rural landscape policies are as follows: First, it`s necessary that the various rural landscape management polices is made of considering the differences on the interest group`s recognition, Second, the related rural landscape improvement programs should be implemented based on those plan, Third, the various programs which are to lead voluntary residents participation and to strengthen participant`s capabilities have to be arranged to manage the rural landscape effectively.

The purpose of this study is to assess economic effects according to the use pattern for heating and cooling systems of Large Enclosure Gymnasium using Life Cycle Cost analysis method for economic analysis. The heating and cooling system should be designed between performance and economics. This paper presents an analysis for the alternative heating and cooling systems of Large enclosure Gymnasium, the survey of economic assessment, computer simulations for energy cost and LCC analysis for alternative heating and cooling systems.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the differences of recognition of the actual conditions, performances, problems and issues of the Direct Payment Program for Rural Landscape Conservation (DPPRLC) between interest groups who are residents, officials and experts. In the results of this study, there were differences in awareness of DPPRLC depending on interest groups and whether the program participation. It is determined to be caused the limitations of the program that the target district farmers recognised the program as a source of income and seldom act to manage the rural landscape except cultivating "landscape crops", Therefore, the efforts will be demanded to clarify and share the goals, contents of the project. The following measures are proposed in this study for the direction of improvement of DPPRLC: First, the various efforts are needed to overcome the differences on the interest group`s recognition for goals, contents, performance of the Direct Payment Program for rural landscape conservation. Second, it is needed to conduct the program based on the rural landscape plan and participant`s capabilities. Third, the various programs to attract voluntary participation from residents should be implemented. Forth, it demands the entrusted implementation to professional organizations to support resident`s voluntary activities of surveying rural landscape resources, planning rural landscape conservation, execution of village landscape conservation, etc. Fifth, the various programs to strengthen participant`s capabilities should be implemented.
방향성 계전기를 고려한 루프 배전계통 신뢰도 평가에 관한 연구

Recently, the radial distribution system is operating as one-way power flow. These are popular because of their simple design and relatively low cost. However, radial systems are sensitive to outages due to single contingencies. Also, reliability of supply is becoming increasingly important. Accordingly, an appearance of the loop distribution system is inevitable and the other countries such as Macau, Florida, Taiwan are actively working on. The reliability of distribution system is estimated with reliability indices. In this paper, comparing with the radial distribution system, we evaluate and analyse the reliability of loop distribution system quantitatively considering directional relay.

Currently, the power distribution system has been operating as a radial system. In addition, the distributed generator has emerged because of the increased dus of renewable energy. In other words, the paradigm is changing in both directions in a one-way power supply. Distributed generator is banned an independent operating because of delay recovery and damage extent. The reliability of distribution systems impact to the distributed generator utilization rate. In this paper, we analyzed the distribution system reliability impacts on distributed generator utilization rate when you configure the loop system.

Recently, loop distribution system is has been issued to increase utilization of Distributed Generator(DG) through development and spread of DG. The radial distribution system is currently operating. Those loop distribution systems can be operated by connecting two feeder terminal of radial distribution systems, i.e. normally close. So far, the reliability evaluation of loop distribution system and radial distribution system has showed to qualitative differences. In this paper, comparing with the radial distribution system, we evaluate and analyse the reliability of loop distribution quantitatively with the reliability index.
고객 정전비용과 분산전원의 신뢰도 비용을 고려한 배전계통 재구성

The sensitive loads are increased in distribution system and system should guarantee high reliability. To improve distribution system reliability, one of the ways is distribution system reconfiguration. Furthermore, the study of distribution system reconfiguration considering Distributed Generator (DG) is progressed. In this paper, DG-oriented reliability cost due to anti-islanding proposes and is analyzed it's affect on distribution system reconfiguration. 33 bus test system is used to demonstrate the proposed objective function. As a result, we should consider DG-oriented reliability cost to realize practical reconfiguration.
