        공간의 가변적 유용성을 위한 적응성 환경디자인에 관한 연구

        (Background and Purpose) Since the 46th World Economic Forum that was held in January 2016, we have been focusing on the 4th industrial revolution around the world, which is based on hyper-connectivity and hyper-intelligence and has created an interconnected, intelligent society. In the waves of artificial intelligence that humanity has never previously experienced, space has been equipped with software (technology) that will provide more extended environmental experiences. In the present paradigm called the user-driven civilization, the value of spatial utility is expanding. The purpose of this study is to study adaptive environmental design as a practical clue to improve the level of spatial utility and to present research items and directions for future research. This can be regarded as a step in establishing the foundation of an adaptive environment beyond the limits of the 21st century regarding intelligence in communication cognitive information and the instrumental artificial environment. (Method) First, theories, research, and characteristics related to spatial utility are described. Second, the adaptive environment is analyzed with respect to aesthetic, architectural, and engineering reasons, and the spatial value is derived. Third, we analyze the possibility of increasing spatial utility by using nine spatial devices that create various level of value in the adaptive environment (Results) We found that research on adaptive environmental design increases the variable usability of space by comprehensively sketching case analysis. We present the items to be developed and the direction of research through continuous research. (Conclusion) Prior to the introduction of the intellectual environment in 2040, which will make space easier and more diverse through intelligent information functions, the study of the adaptive environment in 2025 has spatial value from various viewpoints and serves as a factor to enhance the variable usability of space that meets the demands of the time. This study has implications for specific directions of development, and concrete solutions are required through continuous research in the future. The expansion of new experiences from the formation of an adaptive environment will allow individuals and groups to freely select and use their own space in the intelligent information society and to increase the utilization of space. It is hoped that it will be replaced by a valuable one, where people do not live in accord with a given environment but live in an autonomous space for themselves, forming narcissism with respect to space.

        육아종합지원센터의 상담실 운영 현황과 활성화 방안

        본 연구는 육아종합지원센터 상담실 운영 현황을 파악하여 상담실 운영 과정에서 나타나는 문제점을 개선하고, 해결하기 위해 종사자들의 실제적인 요구를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 통해 향후 육아종합지원센터가 효과적이고 전문적인 상담 서비스 제공할 수 있도록 상담실 운영을 활성화하기 위한 방안을 모색하였다. 본 연구에서는 경기도 및 서울시에 소재한 육아종합지원센터를 중심으로 상담실 운영 현황에 대한 설문 조사와 육아종합지원센터 상담실 운영 과정의 문제점과 이를 개선하기 위한 요구를 실제적으로 파악할 수 있도록 전문가 집단심층면접(FGI)을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역의 다양한 보육 환경과 수요, 특성을 고려한 양질의 상담 서비스를 제공해야 하며, 육아종합지원센터 간의 유기적인 협력이 필요하다. 둘째, 육아종합지원센터는 영유아와 영유아 자녀를 둔 부모를 복합적으로 지원하는 기관으로써 이용자 입장에서 상담실의 접근성이 용이해야 하며, 이용자와의 신뢰성을 쌓기 위해 체계적이고 전문적인 상담실 운영이 필요하다. 셋째, 상담실을 운영함에 있어 재정적, 행정적, 구조적 지원을 통합적으로 확보해야 한다. The purpose of this study is to determine an activation plan and propose a direction of management counseling room of the support center for childcare, which provides effective and professional counseling and solves problems from the workers’ needs. We surveyed the management status of the counseling room of the support center for childcare in Gyeonggi-do and Seoul and we interviewed experts who are aware of the management process, perception and demand of the center. The results of the study are as follows. First, it is necessary to provide high quality counseling services for various child care environments, requirements, and area characteristics and to cooperate systematically with the support center for childcare. Second, as the support center for childcare is an institution for supporting infants, children and their parents, it should easy to use the programs and to operate the counseling centers professionally through user"s trust. Third, we should gain financial, administrative and structural support.

        The working principle of the direct 3D metal printing process is the use of a laser to selectively clad metallic powder. A high-powered laser beam is focused on a metal substrate to create a molten weld pool. Metallic powder is then injected into the weld pool by an inert carrier gas. The powder is melted in the pool; as the laser passes by the deposit is quickly cooled, leaving behind a thin line of metal. The major strength of the 3D metal printing process is its ability to deposit a multitude of materials. Since the material deposition relies only on the feeding of a powder or wire, it is relatively simple to use multiple kinds of materials. Currently titanium, nickel, cobalt, steel, and aluminum can be deposited with 3D metal printing process. In fact, recent research has shown that 3D metal printing process is capable of manufacturing binary functionally graded materials as well. The study is to develop a preprocessor functionality generating 2-D/3-D tool paths for the unique process.

        Objective We intended to examine the overall reality of military working environment and health management for workers and to suggest practical improvement and management plans. Method Current laws such as the Occupational Safety and Health Act and the military work environment and worker health management directives were compared and reviewed, and related literature was investigated. Results There are many factors that need to be systematically established and improved in the current military working environment and health management for workers, and it is necessary to introduce a sustainable and effective management method. The most basic, important, and precedent is to secure accurate material safety data sheets and use it in connection with on-site surveys, environmental measurements, and occupational health examinations based on it. In addition, an organization composed of experts in each field will continuously visit and provide in-depth consulting so that practical occupational health management can be achieved consistently. Conclusion In the Occupational Safety and Health Act, a systematic and diverse system for the workplace and workers has been established for a long time. However, in the military, the application of this is still in its infancy, so a policy that can be applied in stages is needed. Military organizations have a systems in place that allow them to communicate and report quickly and accurately through intranets, which is much better than society, so it's easy to build up.

        Objective: Recently, health impairments of workers exposed to cooking fumes for a long period of time have become a social concern. The aim of this study was to evaluate various harmful factors quantitatively, which could be produced during the cooking process at selected military catering facilities. Method: Six military cooking workplaces were selected as sample sites, and the samples for air pollutant measurement were collected while preparing lunch. The samples were collected using direct reading equipments or personal sample collectors. Air pollutants including fine dust, ultrafine dust, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), total volatile organic compounds (TVOCs), carbon monoxide (CO) and carbon dioxide (CO2) were analyzed quantitatively. Results: The concentrations of fine dust and ultrafine dust were higher than the recommended general indoor air quality limitations of the Korean government. Otherwise, there were no factors that exceeded the current government's standards. The criteria of the statutory standards for indoor air quality and the exposure criteria for chemicals and physical factors of the relevant law were referenced. Conclusion: The overall air quality at selected military catering facilities was relatively good, however, harmful factors such as cooking fumes generated during the cooking process can vary depending on multiple factors such as daily menus, cooking methods and operating conditions of ventilation facilities. So, to improve workplace environments, appropriate operating standards applicable to cooking facilities should be developed and continuously monitored.
