신경회로망을 이용한 실시간 용접비드 자동제어에 관한 연구

Recently, several models to control weld quality, productivity, microstructure and weld properties in arc welding process have been developed and applied. Also, the applied model to make effective use of the robotic GMA(Gas Metal Arc) welding process should be given a high degree of confidence in predicting the bead dimensions to accomplish the desired mechanical properties of the weldment. In this study, a development of the on-line learning neural network models that investigate interrelationships between welding parameters and bead geometry as well as apply for the on-line quality automatic control system for the robotic GMA welding process has been carried out. The developed models showed an excellent predicted results comparing with the predicted ability using off-line learning neural network. Also, The system will extend to other welding process and rule-based expert system which can be incorporated with to integrate an optimized system for the robotic welding system.
볼 엔드밀 가공 시 Z축 경사각에 따른 표면 거칠기에 관한연구

Today s manufacturing industry demand better quality and high productivity. so, The aim of this paper is to get a comprehensive understanding of it s machinability properties, to investigate the relationship between variation of angle Z-axis ball endmill and variation of ball endmill diameter as well as surface roughness. The mathematical equations developed to predict the each condition and surface roughness is compared with the experiment result. As a result, we arrived at the following conclusions. As to the surface roughness, 10 degree and 20 degree gap was better than 0 degree in the ball endmill process the Z-axis angle, however over the angle of 45 degree has the tendency that the surface roughness becomes inferior by the blade edge affect. In the same pitch, the ball endmill diameter variation could know rather than the thing in which a diameter is small that a diameter is big that the surface roughness was excellent. As to 2 feed value variation, the surface roughness of 500mm/min was better than 1000mm/min, however it seems to receive an affect in variation of angle Z-axis and ball endmill diameter variation.

The biggest challenge facing today manufacturing industry is better quality and high productivity. From an economic point of view, productivity is the most important parameter, as high productivity will reduce the cost. However, the customers of day are not only cost concerned, but also quality conscious. So high accuracy levels should also be achieved in the manufacturing process. This paper reports the development of a automatic design system based on AutoCAD program. This work is composed of three section that are design of top down menu, impeller and casing for pump programed by AutoLISP language and runned Windows system. The developed system ultimately generates the design for a pump through AutoCAD program. In the design of the pump, it needs about 23 hours with an expert, but this system can be only 80 seconds without an expert.

To develop an efficient degradation system for Endocrine disruptors (EDs), it is necessary to have a good system to evaluate rapidly and accurately endocrine-disrupting activities of suspected chemicals and their degradation products. We previously constructed a co-expression system of GAL4 DNA binding domain (DBD)-human estrogen receptorβ ligand binding domain (hERβ LBD) and Gal4p transcriptional activation domain (TAD)-co-activator SRC1 in Saccharomyces cerevisiae with a chromosome-integrated lacZ reporter gene under the control of CYC1 promoter and GAL4 binding site (Upstream Activating Sequence, UAS). Expression of this reporter gene was dependent on the presence of estrogen or endocrine disruptors in the culture medium. Furthermore, the extent of transcriptional activation by those chemicals correlated with their estrogenic activities measured by other assay systems, indicating that this assay system is efficient and reliable for measuring estrogenic activity. We applied this assay system to measure estrogenic activity of microbial degradation products of γ-hexachlorocyclohexane (γ-HCH) by Sphingomonas paucimobilis. Among the γ-HCH metabolites, 2,5-dichlorohydroquinone (2,5-DCHQ) and chlorohydroquinone (CHQ) had similar estrogenic activities to the original chemical, but hydroquinone (HQ), a metabolite at later stage, had no activity at the concentration of 10^-4M, showing the necessity of evaluation of intermediate metabolites in microbial degradation systems.
AutoCAD 프로그램을 이용한 자동 펌프설계 시스템 개발

Recently, industry has moved towards automated operations with the goal of achieving better product quality, greater productivity and reliability. The pump design is characterized by extensive utilization of the related database which contains performance data. The inputs to the system are through interactive dialogue sessions and the basic input consist of flow rate, head of fluid, efficiency and the customer special requirements. These basic inputs along with the numerous rules in the knowledge bases and the mathematical modelling enable the effective design of the pump industry. This paper represents the development of an automatic pump design system that was composed of a main program, the data input module, the drawing module, the drawing edit module, and was programed y the AutoLISP language under the AutoCAD program. The developed system ultimately generates the design for a pump through the AutoCAD language.
