The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of bakery servicescape, customer satisfaction and behavioral intention, and the moderating effect of SMS bakery involvement, targeting bakery customers in Gwangju and Jeonnam. The sample (344people) was conducted for customers in Gwangju and Jeonnam, and the conclusions on the hypothesis setting test are as follows. Study findings are as follows: Hypothesis 1, the sub-factors of servicescape (accessibility, cleanliness, convenience, aesthetic appeal) were found to have a positive (+) significant effect on bakery customer satisfaction. Hypothesis 2, it was found that the sub-factors of servicescape (accessibility, cleanliness, convenience, aesthetic attractiveness) had a positive (+) significant effect on bakery behavioral intentions, excluding aesthetic attractiveness. Hypothesis 3 showed that the higher customer satisfaction, the higher the revisit, recommendation intention, and continuing relationship. Hypotheses 4 and 5 showed that there is a moderating effect on customer satisfaction in the interaction term of cleanliness of bakery servicescape high involvement of SNS bakery. Bakery managers should approach from the perspective of COVID-19's long-term persistence, improve accessibility, convenience, and cleanliness of the bakery servicescape, and increase customer satisfaction and action intentions. In addition, the improvement of customer satisfaction has a positive effect on the behavior of future customers, and customers with high involvement in SNS bakery need to recognize that they value the servicescape of cleanliness and continue to develop the company.

코로나19의 확산은 WHO의 ‘판데믹’(Pandemic 세계적 대유행) 선언에까지 이르렀다. 2019년 12월 중국 우한에서 처음 발생한 뒤 전 세계로 확산된, 새로운 유형의 코로나바이러스에 의한 호흡기 감염질환은 2020년 2월 대구의 신천지를 기점으로 급속히 확 산되어지는 가 싶더니 이탈리아, 유럽과 미국을 거치면서 감염자를 발생시키고 있다. 이후 남미로 이어진 코로나19는 전 세계적으 로 2020년 7월 8일 현재 09시를 기준 총 11,709,124명 중 541,572명이 사망하였다. 세계경제는 마이너스 성장을 하고 있으며, 실업과 파산의 위협을 가중시키고 있다. 이는 물류분야에도 영향을 미치게 되면서 공급망의 글로벌화에 대한 우려와 글로벌경기의 침체에 따른 물량감소 및 일상의 변화로 인한 택배의 일상화 등으로 나타나고 있 다. 따라서 코로나19 이전과 이후로 나뉘어 볼 때, 세계물류시장은 4차 산업혁명을 기반으로 하는 디지털화가 가속되어 나타날 것 으로 여겨진다. 따라서 코로나19가 지나더라도 질병으로부터 오는 재난에 따른 시대적 물류환경의 변화에 대한 고찰은 매우 중요 하다. 이에 본 연구는 판데믹시대의 물류환경과 물류트랜드를 살펴봄으로써 환경적응을 위한 유연한 사고와 새시대의 물류기반을 조성하는데 기틀를 마련하고자 한다. The spread of Corona 19 has reached the WHO’s “Pandemic” declaration. The respiratory infection disease caused by a new type of coronavirus first broke out in Wuhan, China, in December 2019, and then spread around the world. Corona 19, which had been spreading rapidly in Korea since February 2020, went through Italy, Europe, and the United States, leading to South America, killing 541,572 out of 11,709,124 confirmed cases as of July 8, 2020. The global economy is experiencing negative growth, adding to the threat of unemployment and bankruptcy. This has also affected the logistics sector, resulting in concerns over the globalization of the supply chain, reduced supplies due to the global economic slowdown and the daily routine of delivery. Thus, divided before and after Corona 19, the global logistics market is believed to be accelerated by digitalization based on the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Therefore, even after Corona19, consideration of changes in the logistics environment of the times due to disasters from disease is very important. Therefore, this research aims to lay the foundation for flexible thinking for environmental adaptation and the creation of a logistics foundation for the new era by examining the logistics environment and logistics trends of the Pandemic era.

본 연구는 1991년 창간호를 발간하고 2009년 4월 현재총권 37권을 발행한 한국물류학회의 물류학회지의 연구동향을 해운물류연구의 동향연구를 모형으로 분석하였다. 제17권 1호에서 제18권 4호를 대상으로 물류학회지를 12개의 주제로 구분하여 분석하였다. 분석결과에 따르면 물류정책/ 해상운송/ 국내·외 물류/ 물류 관리가 61.2%를 차지하여 가장 많았고, 연구자 중에서는 교수의 비율이 가장 높았으며 교수/학생의 연구가 증가하고 있다. 사용된 연구방법은 설문조사분석이 가장 많았고, 이와 함께 계량분석과 사례연구도 증가하고 있다. 학회지의 국제화 수준도 점차 높아지고 있다. 아울러 참고문헌의 평균인용도는 16.8편이며 상대적으로「물류학회지」의 피 인용건수는 평균 0.6편으로 매우 낮았다. 분석결과 물류학회지는 14권에서 16권까지의 연구동향과 17-18권의 연구동향이 별차이없이 유지되고 있었으며, 이러한 연구를 통하여 연구의 동향을 분석하여 연구의 방향과 학회의 연구수준을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and describe the articles published in Korea Logistics Review from Vol. 17 to Vol. 18. The research method is similar to the one that was published in Journal of Shipping and Logistics in December, 2006. This analysis also provides an overall picture of contemporary logistics research and identifies the necessary components and methods to enhance logistics research in Korea. The findings indicate that the most popular research topics were logistics policy and strategy (21.2%), maritime transportation (16.2%), domestic and international logistics (13.8%), and logistics management (10%), and the occupations of the most active researchers were university professors (52.5%) followed by individual researchers who are directly associated with the public and private research institutes. More than one author (co-work) accounted for 67.5% and co-work between professors and students accounted for 45.6% of articles including more than one author. Quantitative methods including survey method accounted for 63.8% followed by theoretical and conceptual analyses (21.2%), case studies (11.3), and system analysis (3.7). On the other hand, the average number of citation per article was 16.8 and citation taken form Korea Logistics Review was 0.6 per article. Furthermore, the partial analysis of published articles from Vol. 14 to Vol. 16 indicate similar results. However, improving the average number of citation taken from Korea Logistics Review, increasing the number of interdisciplinary research and co-work between Korean and foreign scholars, and using more quantitative research methods can contribute to further advance and expand logistics research in Korea.

마이스터고는 전문적인 직업교육의 발전을 위하여 산업계의 수요에 직접 연계된 맞춤형 교육과정 운영을 목적으로 하는 산업수요 맞춤형 고등학교를 말한다. 모두가 대학으로 진학하는 현 실정에서 전문고교를 졸업하고 직장에 취업하는 것을 전제로 하는 마이스터고의 성공을 위해서는 산학 협동을 통한 교육과 취업의 연계가 필수적이다. 그러므로 물류전문고교의 교과목 편성은 산업계의 요구를 수용하고, 산업계는 졸업생을 현장에 투입하여 그 능력을 발휘하게 하는 연계가 전제된다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 인천에 있는 국제물류고등학교의 마이스터고 전환에 대비하여 교과과정의 편성을 목적으로 연구되었다. 연구결과 계획된 2개의 과정은 국제물류과와 물류운용과 혹은 물류기술과로 할 것을 제안하였다. 설문내용을 분석하고 연구자의 토의를 거쳐 공통으로 물류의 기본과목인 물류관리, 보관하역, 화물운송을 추가하였고, 국제물류과에는 포워딩실무를 추가하였다. 물류기술과에는 포장기술, 검수감정 실무, 물류기기와 WMS 운용실습을 추가하였다. 합리적인 교과목 편성을 통하여 졸업 후 진로와 연계된 학업을 통하여 성공적인 교육과정을 설계하기 위해서이다. Meister high school means industry-demand adjusted high school for the purpose of curriculum process operation which attracted industrial demand for development of specific professional education. Education through industrial-educational cooperation and employment-connection are essential to success of Meister high school on the assumption that beginning to work after graduating the specific high school. Therefore curriculum organization of logistics specific high school accommodate industry requirement, industrial field are premised on relationship which display ability field committee. This paper was researched for the purpose of curriculum organization prepared for conversion from the international logistics high school to the meister high school. The result of research are suggested two course, international logistics section and logistics operation section. After analysis survey contents and discussion with researchers, added basic subject logistics management, storage and unloading, cargo transportation. And added forwarding practice in international logistics section. The curriculum added follow subject, packaging technology, inspection survey practice, logistics equipment, WMS operation practice. The purpose of this research is purpose of design the successful curriculum courses through rational curriculum organization and course connected study after graduation.

기술의 발전에 따라 물류의 대상이 바뀐다. 과거의 물류는 형상을 갖춘 물자를 대상으로 이루어져 왔다. 그러나 인터넷을 활용하는 기술의 발전으로 인하여 물류의 대상이 물자에서 정보로 이동하고 있다. 물류는 물자를 이동의 대상으로 한다. 물자를 이동시키기 위해서는 물자에 대한 정보와 이동 정보가 있어야 하며, 정보를 물자로 변환하여 이동시키기도 한다. 과거의 대부분의 책이나, 음반, 영상물 등은 대부분 정보를 형상화하여 물자로 만들어 이동시킨 것이었다. 그러나 이제는 정보를 정보 그대로 전산망이나 인터넷을 활용하여 이동시키고 있어서 재고와 이동에 따른 경비 및 교통혼잡의 문제를 해결하고 있다. 앞으로는 물자도 가상현실과 시뮬레이션을 통해서 정보로 바뀌어 운반되어지고 유비쿼터스 시대에는 보다 많은 정보로의 변화가 예견되는 시대이다.<BR> 본 논문은 물류를 물자의 이동만이 아닌 기존의 물자가 정보가 되어 이동되는 것에 대해 이를 정보기술의 발전에 따른 물류활동의 변화로 인식하고, 전자상거래 시대의 물류활동에 대한 방향과 합리화를 모색하는 개념의 정립에 활용하고자 하였다. Commodities and information, which are the basis of logistics, could be explained from a standpoint of hardware and software that are ubiquitous these days, and how the two elements had evolved was examined in the study.<BR> The Industrial Revolution launched by the invention of steam engine led to mass-production and mass-transportation, which served, in turn, as an opportunity to step up the boundless transfer of materials and information across the world. Specifically, the growth of e-commerce triggers a landmark change in information industry by allowing information to be delivered through the Internet, a new transportation network, instead of conventional offline ones.<BR> The increase in global population and advance in transportation have served to boost the amount of logistics drastically, and the ensuing development of electronic transmission made human life more convenient. In the future, the transfer of materials through new vehicles, like the Internet, will be far more prevailing than the typical direct one, and even an online transfer of a minimum amount of materials is expected to maximize the satisfaction of people.<BR> Ultimately, it was meant to forecast in which direction logistics should be led for the sake of the development of mankind and how it could make progress.

In the future, the transfer of materials through new vehicles, like the Internet, will be far more prevailing than the typical direct one, and even an online transfer of a minimum amount of materials is expected to maximize the satisfaction of people. Such a shift in the transmission of materials and information has brought a lot of changes to human life and culture. Culture is the way humans solve problems of adapting to the environment or living together. Technology and Communication have influence on a developing a culture. The purpose of this study was to delve into how the transfer of materials and information necessary for human life had evolved since Genesis, to predict what changes the future growth of technology would bring to logistics and culture, and to discuss how it would affect the living standard and culture of mankind. VMI 도입이 물류서비스와 물류비용에 미치는 효과에 관한 연구 -중소 부품업체를 중심으로-

VMI is in the spotlight method to solve the problems about inventory reductions, by rapidly respond market changes and increase the enterprise moralities, and serve the value of supply logistics managements and production logistics managements. This dissertation analysed and considered the effect of influencing logistics results applied by VMI and verified correlation relations factors. The conclusions are maturities of process, warehouses and information system constructions in VMI active subjects rise up, it was verified to effectively increase logistics services, reduce a lead time, prevent a shortage, and the effect of logistics cost reduction a result of VMI applicable cases. In this research, applying a VMI to small party industry was verified that there are effects about logistics services and saving logistics costs.
