        특수교사의 소진이 교수태도에 미치는 영향: 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 중심으로

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the mediating effects of resilience in the effects of burnout of special education teachers on teaching attitude. Method: The survey on burnout, teaching attitude, and resilience was conducted with 250 teachers in special education institutes. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, SEM verification, and bootstrapping according to the research questions. Results: First, the levels of burnout, teaching attitude, and resilience of special education teachers were found to be positive, and a significant correlation was confirmed among the three variables. Second, burnout of special teachers had a significant effect on resilience, and resilience had a significant and positive effects on teaching attitude. However, the effects of burnout on teaching attitude were not statistically significant. As well, it was confirmed that the resilience had a significant mediating effect in the effects of burnout of special education teachers on teaching attitude. Conclusion: Based on the results, a practical strategy that can be applied to the school scene, such as the construction of various programs that can reduce the level of burnout and improve resilience at the same time, was proposed as an effective method to improve the teaching attitude of special education teachers.

        토지의 감정평가를 위한 GIS 공간분석 활용에 관한 연구

          토지에 대한 감정평가는 현장조사를 통해 수집된 자료를 중심으로 이루어지고 있으며, 감정평사사의 지식ㆍ경험ㆍ판단력에 의존하는 경향이 크다. 따라서 평가관련 자료의 효율적인 수집과 감정평가의 과학화 및 정보화를 통해 감정평가 업무의 신뢰성 향상과 효율성을 극대화시킬 필요가 있다. 본 여구에서는 평가관련 자료를 GIS 기능을 이용하여 수집하고 DB를 구축함으로써 현장 중심의 자료 수집을 최소화 하였으며, 감정평가 지원을 위한 GIS 공간분석 적용에 대한 활용성을 검토하였다. 특히 공간정보와 공간분석을 통해 감정평가 업무의 난해하고 복잡한 공간문제를 해결하고 감정평가의 신속하고 정확한 의사결정을 지원할 수 있도록 하였다.   The land valuation is done by the data collected from the field survey and is too much dependent on the appraiser"s knowledge, experience and judgment. Accordingly, it is necessary to greatly improve the reliability and efficiency of the valuation works through the effective collection of evaluation data and with high levels of scientific methods and information. In this study, we minimized the field survey by collecting the valuation data with means of GIS functions and by storing the database in the computer. And we examined the applicability of GIS-based spatial analysis to support the valuation work. Especially, through the spatial information and analysis, we provided the appraisers with options to solve the difficult and complicated spatial problems in valuation works and for their rapid and clear decision-making of valuation.

        특수교사의 소진과 수업역량, 직무만족도의 관계 분석

        연구목적: 본 연구는 특수교사의 소진이 수업역량에 미치는 영향에서 직무만족도의 매개효과를 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 특수교육기관에 재직 중인 교사 281명을 대상으로 소진, 직무만족도, 수업역량에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, SEM 검증을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 특수교사의 소진, 직무만족도, 수업역량에 대한 인식 수준은 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 특수교사의 소진은 직무만족도에 유의미한 부적 영향을 미쳤으며, 직무만족도는 수업역량에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 특수교사의 소진이 수업역량에 미치는 영향력은 통계적으로 유의미하지 않은 것으로 확인되었다. 한편, 특수교사의 직무만족도는 소진이 수업역량에 미치는 영향에서 유의미한 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구에서 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 특수교사의 수업역량을 향상시키는 한 가지 실질적, 그리고 효과적 전략으로서 직무만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. Purpose: This study aimed to explore the effects of burnout on teaching competency of special education teachers. In addition, the mediating effect of job satisfaction was explored. Method: 281 special education teachers were asked to complete the questionnaires on burnout, teaching competency, and job satisfaction. And then, the collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and SEM. Results: First, the level of burnout, teaching competency, and job satisfaction of special education teachers was positive. Second, there were statistically significant effects of burnout of special education teachers on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction on teaching competency. However, there was no significant effect of burnout on teaching competency of special education teachers. At the same time, the mediating effect of job satisfaction was identified. Conclusion: Based on these results, practical and useful strategies to facilitate job satisfaction of special education teachers as means of improving the teaching competency were suggested.

        교사와 부모가 지각한 장애학생의 교수-학습활동에 관한 삶의 질 수준 분석

        To improve the quality of life (QOL) of the students with disabilities, the QOL related factors from the curriculum and instruction were surveyed and analyzed. Forty-five preliminary questionnaires on the factors were developed based on the interview with the focus group (N=38) and the advanced researches. Validity of the questionnaires were examined through a survey with 191 persons, who were 129 teachers and 62 parents, and the final forty questionnaires on the major seven factors (career, assistive technology, friendship, health, understanding disailities, leisure and hobby, self-determination) could be developed. The reliability coefficient of the (final) questionnaires was 0.95. The final survey with 382 people(258 teachers and 124 parents) shows that self- determination is the most important factor, followed by friendship. Furthermore, it reveals that the elementary students with disabilities enjoy a better quality of life than the junior high youth group with disabilities.

        장애대학생과 비장애대학생의불안과 진로자기효능감에 대한 인식

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of recognition on anxiety and career self-efficacy of university students with and without disabilities. To these ends, 214 subjects who attended in the university were asked to complete the questionnaire. The results were as follows. First, the level of recognition on anxiety of university students with and without disabilities was on average. There were statistically significant differences between two groups according to the factors of anxiety such as social efficacy, home relationship, opposite sex, and choosing a career path. In regard to the dominant types of anxiety, while the students with disabilities were anxious for the opposite sex, home relationship, and myself, the students without disabilities were anxious for the home relationship, choosing a career path, and social efficacy. Second, the level of recognition on career self-efficacy of university students with and without disabilities was more or less higher than the average. As well, there were significant differences between the level of career self-efficacy of university students with and without disabilities. As well, there were significant differences according to sociodemographic variables of students with and without disabilities such as garde, type of disabilities, level of daily activities, and status of licenses for the career. Based on these results, it could be concluded that it needs to develop the individualized consulting system and the supports for the family to reduce the level of anxiety and improve the level of career self-efficacy of university students with disabilities.

        네트워크 분석을 이용한 보행속도에 따른 대피소 서비스 영역 분석

        위급상황 발생시 국민의 안전을 위해 신속히 대피할 수 있는 대피소가 전국에 약 2만 5,724개소가 지정되어 있으며, 서울시의 경우 약 3,870개소가 지정되어 있다. 전국에 설치된 대피소는 신속한 대피를 위해 주변 반경 5분 이내에 도착할 수 있는 위치에 지정되어 있으며, 서울시의 대피소 수용능력은 서울인구의 285%를 수용할 수 있다. 하지만 문제는 보행자의 나이, 신장, 건강상태, 신체조건 등과 같은 개인차에 의한 보행속도를 고려하였을 경우 5분 이내에 도착할 수 있는 대피소가 얼마나 되는지는 알 수 없다. 또한 대피소의 공간적 배분 및 분포에 따라 수용 가능한 서비스 영역이 달라지며, 이에 따른 취약지가 발생 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 선행연구사례를 통해서 보행자의 유형별 보행속도를 1m/s, 1.3m/s, 2m/s 정의하였고, 서울시에 지정된 대피소와 도로망을 이용하여 입지할 당모형의 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 서울시 행정구역별로 보행속도에 따른 대피소의 서비스 지역과 취약 지역을 알 수 있었으며, 노약자의 경우 대피소에 도달할 수 없는 취약 지역이 빠른 걸음의 성인남녀에 비해 2배 이상 큰 것으로 분석되었다. There are approximately 25,724 shelters to which people can be quickly evacuated for safety in case of emergency across the nation, and Seoul has about 3,870 shelters. Those nationwide shelters are located at a point within a five-minute radius for quick evacuation. Seoul"s shelter capacity can hold 285% of its population. The problem is, however, that there is no knowing how many shelters are reachable within five minutes when considering walking speed according to individual differences in age, height, health state, and physical condition. In addition, available service areas become different according to the spatial allocation and distribution of shelters with possible vulnerable points. This study thus defined the pedestrian walking speed at 1m/s, 1.3m/s, and 2m/s by reviewing previous studies and conducted network analysis of the Location Allocation Model with the designated shelters and road networks in Seoul. The results identified the shelter service and vulnerable areas in each administrative district of Seoul according to walking speeds. It was analyzed that the vulnerable areas in which the elderly could not reach a shelter were more than twice as big as those of adult men and women with a fast walking speed.

        특수교사의 교직적응탄력성과 사회적 지지에 대한 인식 : 일반교사와의 비교를 중심으로

        연구목적: 본 연구는 특수교사의 교직적응탄력성과 사회적 지지에 대한 인식 수준을 일반교사와 비교하여 살피보자 하였다. 연구방법: 특수교사 100명, 일반교사 100명을 대상으로 교직적응탄력성과 사회적 지지에 대한 설문조사를 수행하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 특수교사와 일반교사의 교직적응탄력성 수준은 긍정적인 것으로 나타났으며, 환경만족과 정책적 지지에서 두 집단 간 유의미한 인식 차이가 나타났다. 또한 특수교사는 학교 유형, 일반교사는 학교급에 따라 집단 간 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 특수교사와 일반교사의 사회적 지지에 대한 인식 수준은 긍정적인 것으로 확인되었으며, 행정가 지지에 대해 특수교사와 일반교사 간 유의미한 인식 차이가 나타났다. 또한 특수교사의 경력, 일반교사의 학교급에 따라 집단 간 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 특수교사와 일반교사의 교직적응탄력성과 사회적 지지는 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구에서 탐색된 결과를 바탕으로 일반교사와는 차별화되는 특수교사의 교직적응탄력성과 사회적 지지에 대한 인식 특성에 적합한 지원 방안을 제시하였다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine and compare the perception on the teaching adaptive resilience and social support of special education teachers to understand the characteristics of the teaching adaptive resilience and social support in special teachers and seek support plans for them. Method: To this end, a survey was conducted on a total of 200 teachers, including 100 special education teachers and 100 general education teachers, on the teaching adaptive resilience and social support. After that, based on the collected data, it was analyzed according to the set of research problems. Results: First, it was found that the level of teaching adaptive resilience of special and general education teachers was positive, and there was a significant difference in perception between the two groups in domains such as environmental satisfaction and policy support. Second, the level of perception of the social support of special and general education teachers was confirmed to be positive, and there was a significant difference in perception between special and general education teachers regarding the support of administrators. Third, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation between the teaching adaptive resilience and social support of special education teachers and general education teachers. Conclusion: Based on the findings in this study, a support plan suitable for the characteristics of special education teachers adaptability to teaching and social support differentiated from general education teachers was suggested.
