        관광서비스 전공 대학생의 메타인지, 자기효능감 및 셀프리더십 간 관계 연구

        Under the influence of Corona19, the revitalization of managing students using online platforms requires professors to adapt quickly and actively. This study was conducted to identify the relationship among metacognition, self-efficacy and self-leadership focused to the college students majoring hospitality. To achieve this goal, a survey of 162 copies of questionnaires was conducted. The data was collected using self-reported questionnaires from Nov. 18 to Nov. 29 and analyzed based on frequencies, exploratory factor analysis, reliability test, Pearson’s correlation and multiple regression. The result of this study was presented as follows: First, among the three sub-factors of metacognition, ‘plan’ and ‘control’ had positive effect on the self-efficacy while ‘check’ had no effect. Secondly, self-efficacy had significant effect on the self-leadership. As the result indicated, the students guidance professors should contact the students emotionally with customized consultation and let them manage their subject autonomously. And the college should develop various programs concerning their major by which they feel the success and finally to promote self-efficacy and self-leadership.

        항공서비스전공 대학생의 진로결정 효능감과 진로태도성숙 관계에서 전공만족의 매개효과

        본 연구의 목적은 항공 서비스 및 항공관광을 전공하고 있는 전문대학생을 대상으로 진로결정 효능감이 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향과 진로결정 효능감과 진로태도성숙의 관계에서 전공만족의 매개역할을 규명하여 항공 서비스 계열 전공 대학생들의 진로교육과 진로지도에 있어 유용한 자료를 제공하고자 함이다. 자료 수집은 서울, 경기도, 부산 및 전라북도에 위치한 관련 전문대학생을 대상으로 2014년 5월 19일부터 5월 30일까지 총 380부의 설문지 중 불성실한 응답 등 18매가 제외하고 최종 362부를 분석하였다. 자료 분석은 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 탐색적 요인분석 그리고 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구가설을 요약하면 첫째, 진로결정 효능감(목표설정, 미래계획)은 교과만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 진로결정 효능감(직업정보수집, 목표설정, 미래계획)은 사회인식만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 진로결정 효능감(직업정보수집, 미래계획)은 진로태도성숙에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 교과만족은 진로태도성숙에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 다섯째, 사회인식만족은 진로태도성숙에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 여섯째, 전공만족 중 교과만족은 진로결정 효능감과 진로태도성숙의 관계를 부분 매개하고, 사회인식만족은 진로결정 효능감과 진로태도성숙의 관계를 완전 매개한다. The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of major satisfaction to career decision-making self-efficacy and career attitude maturity of college students majoring airline service. To investigate this study, a total of 362 of questionnaires were collected from May. 19th 2014 to May. 30th 2014 and the data were analyzed by the exploratory factor analysis and the multiple regression analysis. Among the 6 proposed hypotheses, all were accepted. The analysis results suggest as follows: First, the factors of career decision-making self-efficacy have positive influence on major satisfaction. Second, the factors of career decision-making self-efficacy and major satisfaction have positive influence on career attitude maturity. Third, the mediating effects of major satisfaction happen partially between the career decision-making self-efficacy and career attitude maturity.

        항공사 여객운송직원의 직무환경이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

        공항에서 접점 서비스를 제공하는 항공사 여객운송직원을 대상으로 수행된 본 연구는 항공사 여객운송부서의 인적자원관리에 대한 전략 계획 수립에 기초 자료를 제공함은 물론 직원들의 직무 역량 강화의 중요성을 파악하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 수행하기 위해 선행연구의 문헌적 고찰을 통해 항공사 여객운송직원의 직무환경과 직무만족, 조직몰입의 항목을 도출한 후 인천국제공항, 김포국제공항, 김해국제공항 그리고 제주국제공항에서 근무하고 있는 항공사 여객운송직원에게 설문조사를 수행하였다. 169명을 유효 표본으로 분석한 자료의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 항공사 여객운송직원의 근무환경의 하위요인인 내재적 환경과 외재적 환경은 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 직무만족은 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며 마지막으로 직무환경의 두 하위요인 모두 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 가설은 모두 채택되었다. 이 연구 결과를 바탕으로 항공사 여객운송직원의 직무 향상 교육을 통해 직무만족과 조직몰입을 달성하는 것이 우수 인적 자원 확보에 중요한 요인임을 제시하고자 한다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of job environment to job satisfaction and organizational commitment focusing on the airline ground staff working in 4 major international airports. To investigate this study, a total 169 questionnaires were collected from Oct. 19th to Oct. 30th 2016 and the data were analyzed by the exploratory factor analysis and the multiple regression analysis. Based on several literature reviews, 3 proposed hypotheses were derived and all were accepted. Job environment of airline ground staff was divided in to two dimensions, intrinsic environment and extrinsic environment. The analysis results suggest as follows: First, the 2 factors of job environment have positive influence on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Second, job satisfaction has positive influence on organizational commitment. To hold competitive human resources, we suggest the regular job improvement program and reasonable working condition should be run by the company as this must have positive influence to job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

        항공사 서비스품질요인과 태도, 행동의도 간 관계 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 항공사 서비스품질요인과 태도 그리고 행동의도 간의 관계를 연구하여 다양화되고 치열해진 항공운송시장에 실무적인 시사점을 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 선행연구를 중심으로 항공사 서비스품질요인을 서비스스케이프와 운항 및 운송서비스 그리고 인적서비스요인으로 구체화하고 2개의 가설을 설정하였다. 실증분석을 위하여 항공기 탑승경험이 있는 탑승객 309명을 표본으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 수집된 표본의 인구 통계학적 특성을 파악하기 위해 빈도분석과 자료 분석을 위한 통계처리를 SPSS 18.0과 Lisrel 8.54를 사용하였다. 연구결과 항공사 서비스품질 요인 중 서비스스케이프와 운항 및 운송서비스요인은 태도에 유의한 영향을 미치지만 인적서비스요인은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며 태도는 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미치며 서비스품질요인은 태도를 매개로 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship of Airline service quality, attitude and behavioral intention of the passengers. It conducted sampling to collect 363 samples but 309 valid responses were used for data analysis. The results of verifying the hypotheses suggested in this study through the empirical analysis are as follows. First, this study showed that airline service quality could be categorized into servicescape, operational service and human service. Second the results found that the servicescape factors and operational service factors in airline service quality had positive influence on attitude while human service factors didn`t. Third, attitude had positive influence on behavioral intention. Conclusively this study explains that because of the features of air travel and the appearance of LCCs` since 2005, the safe and convenient flight system is the most important factor of all. The results will be helpful for service marketing managers of airline companies to develop a further service marketing framework in competitive air market.

        The purpose of this study is to develop the standards of care in rehabilitation nurse specialist.<br/> This study was a descriptive survey.<br/> The data were collected 143 nurses who were worked in rehabilitation unit at 4 university hospital and 3 rehabilitation center in Korea from Aug. to Nov. 2000.<br/> The questionnaire was consisted of 78 items developed by the standards of care in rehabilitation nurse specialist in A.R.N. and the practice contents of care at rehabilitation unit in Korea.<br/> Collected data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, S.D. ANOVA<br/> The results are as follows<br/> 1. For the adequency of the practice contents of rehabilitation nursing, area of skin care is the highest score, and safety, elimination, emotion, respiration, was ordered.<br/> 2.         The purpose of this study is to develop a systematic and efficient curriculum for the rehabilitation nurse specialist program.<br/> This research was carried out as a group work of 15 experts in order to share vanous opinions about the curriculum. and also through literature review. Articles. curriculums of other Clinical Nurse Specialist Programs. medical laws guidelines. as well as Clinical Nurse Specialist Program from the Korean Nurses Association were reviewed, and the issue was discussed throughly via group meetings.<br/> <br/> The developed cunicul urn is as follows:<br/> 1. Educational philosophy lies in the fact that the rehabilitation nurses support the patients to maximize their potential and functional level. so that they could maintain healthy state and re-adapt to changed environment. Furthermore the rehabilitation nurses are disposed of arbitrary decision power under their own responsibility. thus they take charge of we]fare and healthy environment of the local society through the patients (subjects) and local resources.<br/> 2. Educational goals are to train rehabilitation nurse specialist. who correspond to the social needs. so to say. those who have the know]edge and skills for nursing practice, education and research.<br/> 3. The curriculum consists of 37 credits, of which 24 credits are based on lectures and 13 credits based on clinical practice.<br/> General courses are 3 subjects (5 credits): nursing theory, nursing research. and laws/ethics, Mandatory courses are 8 subjects with 19 credits: advanced physical assessment, pharmacology, pathophysiology, issues in rehabilitation nursing, advanced rehabilitation nursing intervention Ⅰ. advanced rehabilitation nursing intervention Ⅱ. sports physiology. special rehabilitation nursing intervention.<br/> As for the clinical practice courses, assesment and evaluation for rehabilitation (64 hours), community and home based rehabilitation nursing(128 hours), hospital based rehabilitation nursing(l28 hours), institution based rehabilitation nursing(96 hours) would be treated.<br/> 4. Contents of the courses were developed to correspond with the courses' objectives and specific items.<br/> 5. Evaluation would be carried out both in the lecure and in the clinical practice. The knowledge and skills of the students would be measured to ensure full validity and credibility.<br/> However this developed curriculum should be continuously modified and updated in more desirable direction.<br/> <br/> <br/>
