Voices in the Park 영어 그림책의 포스트모더니즘 시각에 관한 연구

영어의 읽기 능력인 문해력 의 (literacy) 발달은 새로운 정보의 습득과 활용 면에서 중요해지고 있다. 그림과 글을 통해 현대적인 주제를 잘 담아낸 영어 그림책은 외국어 문해력 향상에 도움을 줄 수 있는 좋은 교육 매체가 될 수 있다. 국제화와 함께 영어는 단순한 의사소통 수단을 넘어서, 전 세계의 중요한 정보를 이해하고 활용하는 도구가 되고 있기 때문이다. 본 연구는 그림책 작가 앤서니 브라운(Anthony Browne)의 영어 그림책 Voices in the Park을 소개한다. Voices in the Park은 엄마, 아빠, 엄마의 아들과 아빠의 딸이라는 네 명의 각자 다른 등장인물이 공원에서 겪은 짧은 일화를 다채로운 그림과 짤막한 글로 엮었다. 네 명의 주인공은 1인칭 주인공 시점으로 자신의 이야기를 서술하는데, 단순하고 짧은 영어 문장으로 구성되어 있으며 주제 면에서 어린이들뿐만 아니라 어른에게도 생각할 여지를 남겨주는 그림책이다. 앤서니 브라운은 Voices in the Park 작품 속에서 그림과 글이 함께 존재하는 상호텍스트성의 특징, 아이 소외 현상과 자아존중감과 같은 현대적인 주제, 사회변화의 흐름과 요구에 따른 부모의 행동과 태도변화 요구 등을 반영하고 있다. 특히 Voices in the Park는 한 권의 책에 네 명의 주인공이 동일한 시간과 장소에서 서로 연결되면서도 각각의 상황과 감정, 생각 등을 다르게 표현하고 있으며, 각자 다르게 표현된 네 가지의 관점은 포스트모더니즘의 특징을 갖고 있다고 할 수 있다. This study attempts to introduce an English picture book Voices in the Park written and illustrated by Anthony Browne, an inspiring contemporary English picture book author. This study also hopes to reveal the key components of Anthony Browne`s works which can be applied in learning and teaching English, although authentic English picture books have rarely been considered in connection with English reading and learning. Browne has shown rather post-modern themes and perspectives centering on powerlessness, alienation, self-esteem, and sympathy from the four characters as a mother, a father, Charles, and Smudge respectively in the Voices in the Park. The readers of this book can engage in an active puzzling of information and feel the empathy to the characters in the book.

고등학생 웰빙에 미치는 학교의 교육활동 영향 분석 : 유다이모닉(eudaimonic) 관점을 중심으로

본 연구는 “feeling well”에 초점을 두는 헤도닉 관점보다 “doing well”의 추구를 통한 웰빙의 실천적인 면을 중시하는 유다이모닉 관점에 초점을 두었다. 유다이모닉 관점을 반영한 자기결정이론의 3대 핵심요소인 자율성, 유능성, 관계성을 학생웰빙지표로 선정해 경기교육종단연구자료를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 학생웰빙의 영역별 순위는 관계성>자율성>유능성의 순으로 나타나, 관계성이 가장 높은 반면 유능성은 상대적으로 낮게 나왔다. 우리나라 학생들은 동료를 포함한 주변 사람들과의 유대는 높은 반면, 자기에 대한 자신감 등 역량에 대한 신뢰 수준이 상대적으로 미흡한 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 학생웰빙의 자율성, 유능성, 관계성 세 개 영역에서 학생이 인식한 학교의 교육활동과 관련한 교사의 사기 및 열의, 학교교육 만족도, 학교환경 만족도 등은 모두 자율성, 유능성, 관계성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 학생의 성별이나 가구소득은 영역에 따라 영향이 다르게 나타났다. 특성화고는 일반고에 비해 학생의 웰빙 세 영역에 모두 부적(-) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 혁신학교 운영기간은 자율성과 관계성 영역에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었으나 유의미한 수준은 미미하게 나타났다. 학교교육활동 및 교육환경에 있어 질 제고는 학생 개인으로 하여금 자신의 삶을 통제하고 긍정적 기회를 선택할 수 있는 웰빙 역량을 향상시킴으로써 종국적으로 학생 웰빙 수준을 제고하는데 기여하는 것으로 분석되었다. This study adopted the eudaimonic perspective which focused on the practical side of well-being through “doing well” rather than the hedonic perspective valuing “feeling well”. Since the eudaimonic perspective had the significant implications for school education, this study analysed the three key components of self-determination theory based on eudaimonic perspective - autonomy, competence, and relatedness as student well-being indicators using the Gyeonggi Education Panel Study. The important findings are as follows: first, the relatedness was the highest while the autonomy was the lowest. It was analyzed that Korean students had a high bond with people around them, including colleagues, while their level of trust in competence, such as confidence in themselves, was relatively insufficient. Second, the school s educational activities, such as teacher morale and enthusiasm, school education satisfaction, and school environment satisfaction, had a significant impact on all three areas of student well-being: autonomy, competence, and relatedness. The effects of students gender or household income differed depending on their area. Specialized high schools had a negative impact on all three areas of student well-being compared to general high schools. The period of operation of innovative schools had a positive impact in the areas of autonomy and relatedness even though the level of significance was 10% (0.1). It was analyzed that the quality of school education activities and educational environment contributes to improving the level of student well-being by enhancing the well-being ability of individuals to control their lives and choose positive opportunities.

노인요양병원의 서비스품질방침이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 대구․경북지역의 노인요양병원에 근무하는 종사자들을 대상으로 타당성 있는 서비스품질방침, 직무만족, 조직몰입, 이직의도의 구성개념을 확인하고, 이들 간의 인과관계를 고찰하여 노인요양병원의 관리자에게 효과적인 인적자원의 관리를 도모할 수 있는 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서비스품질방침은 노인요양병원의 종사원을 대상으로 한 본 연구에서는 서비스품질관리시스템, 권한위임, 종업원보상의 3개 요인으로 요약되었다. 둘째, 서비스품질방침은 직무만족과 조직몰입에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 서비스품질관리시스템은 직무만족과 조직몰입에, 종업원보상은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 셋째, 직무만족은 조직몰입에 정(+)의 방향으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 직무만족은 이직의도에 부(-)의 방향으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 조직몰입은 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 몇 가지 한계점을 가지며 향후에 추가적인 연구가 필요하다. This study intended to confirm factors such as service quality policy, job satisfaction, organization commitment and turnover from employee working at silver care hospital, and investigate causal relationship among them, also, offer implications to help hospital manager operate human resource. The result of study is as follows. First, service quality policy was finally extracted to three factors such as managing system, empowerment and compensation. Second, service quality policy has a partial effects on job satisfaction and organization commitment. In detail, managing system has an effect on job satisfaction and organization commitment, and employee compensation has an effect on organization commitment. Third, job satisfaction has an effects on organization commitment, and job satisfaction has an effects on turnover respectively and positively. But organization commitment didn’t have an effects on turnover. This study has some limitations and needs additional study in future.

This study analyzes abortion legalization movements in Argentina from frame alignment perspective. Especially, it endeavors theoretical efforts to categorize frame alignment process into inward frame alignment which entails discursive process to broaden as well as strengthen its base and outward frame alignment which aims at neutralizing hegemonic obstacle toward the goal of the social movement. By applying such theoretical perspective on abortion legalization movements in Argentina this study reveals that the movement succeeded in inward frame alignment up until 2018 when it received great support from the national as well as the international base. However, it was between 2018 and 2020 when outward frame alignment weakened maternity myth against legalization of abortion by stressing the fact that the victims of illegal abortion are not mothers but girls and finally the movement succeed in achieving its goal. This study informs us the success of a social movement depends on effective frame alignment process which consists of producing both outward as well as inward framing alignment.

웹기반 인증서 및 키관리 시스템의 설계 및 구현

전자상거래에 대한 요구가 급증하고있는 오늘날, 상대방의 신뢰성을 보증해 주는 인증서 사용이 빈번해지고 있다. 기존에는 인증기관이 발급한 인증서를 사용자가 보관하다가, 전자상거래를 할 경우 이를 전자서명과 함께 상대방에게 제시하여 서로의 신뢰성을 확인하였지만, 이 방법은 사용자가 인증서와 비밀키를 자신의 하드웨어 디스크에 보관하거나, 스카트 카드 또는 플로피디스켓에 휴대하고 다녀야 하는 번거로움이 있었다. 사용자의 이동이 많아지고, 사용자가 자신의 위치나 하드웨어 플랫폼에 상관없이 전자상거래를 하고자 하는 요구가 증대됨에 따라서, 인증서와 비밀키를 휴대해야 하는 불편함은 커다란 제약점이라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 극복하고, 사용자가 어느 곳에서든지 웹브라우져를 사용하여 쉽게 인증서와 비밀키를 사용할 수 있도록 하는 웹기반 인증서 및 키관리 시스템의 설계와 구현방법을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 사용자가 복잡한 패스워드를 기억하지 못한다는 점과 패스워드가 쉽게 노출 될 수 있다는 점을 고려하여 SPEKE에서 제시한 방법을 활용하여 로그인 하였고, 시스템에 외부인이 침입할 경우에 대비하여 데이터베이스 안의 중요한 정보들은 암호화하여 저장하도록 하였으며, SSL이 설정되지 않았을 경우에도 안전하게 인증서를 위탁할 수 있도록 사용자와 인증서 관리 시스템은 정보를 암호화하여 통신하도록 한다.
