        학교유형별에 따른 교사행동에 대한 중학생의 인식 분석

        The purpose of this study was to identify the attitudes of students toward teacher behavior in secondary school physical education. The subjects were selected from six large urban secondary schools in Seoul, Korea. A 37-statement questionnaire was designed to provide information about student attitudes toward teacher behavior. Subjects were instructed to complete a questionnaire consisting of 37 statements which asked their attitudes and feelings toward teacher behavior. All data were analyzed regarding overall category and the four subcategories in attitudes toward teacher behavior and school types in attitudes by chi-square test. There were differences in the over-all category and all subcategories and in the observed attitudes of secondary school students in physical education classes toward teacher behavior. Subjects had more positive than negative attitudes in the overall category and all subcategories. Subjects had the highest positive attitudes in the subcategory of planning for instruction. Subjects had the highest negative attitudes in the subcategory of management and communication. Regarding the school types, there were significant differences among the school types in the overall category. Subjects had the highest positive attitudes in males` school and had the highest negative attitudes in coeducation. Regarding the differences of school type toward subcategories, there were significant differences in all subcategories. Subjects had the highest positive attitudes in males` school and had the highest negative attitudes in coeducation.

        체육전공 대학생이 인식하는 전공실기수업에서 교수행동, 수업행동활성화 및 수업흥미의 관계

        이 연구의 목적은 체육전공 대학생의 전공실기수업에서 교수행동, 수업행동활성화 및 수업흥미의 관계를 조사하는 것이다. 연구대상은 부산시 소재 A대학교 142명이다. 연구도구는 교수행동 척도, 수업행동활성화 척도, 수업흥미 척도를 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 빈도분석, 확인적요인분석, 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 교수행동이 수업흥미에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교수행동이 수업행동활성화에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 수업행동활성화가 수업흥미에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 교수행동과 수업흥미의 관계에서 수업행동활성화의 직접효과와 간접효과가 나타났다. 이 연구의 결과에 대한 제안들을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among teaching behavor, activating class behavior, and course interest to major practical classes perceived by physical education majors. The subjects of this study were 142 university students majoring in physical education. The teaching behaviors scale, class behavioral activation scale and class interests scale used in this study were used after content validity was verified. Data were analyzed through frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, descriptives statistics analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation model analysis. The results of this study showed that : first, teaching behaviors was found to have a significant effect on class interests. second, teaching behaviors was found to have a significant effect on class behavioral activation. third, class behavioral activation was found to have a significant effect on class interests. finally, class behavioral activation had mediating effects on relations between teaching behaviors toward their pupils and class interests. Various discussions related to this research method and research results and suggestions for follow-up research were presented.

        대학 교양체육수업에서 ARCS 전략에 따른 교수법 적용 및 효과에 질적 사례연구

        The purpose of this study is to provide an effective and creative class strategy by applying teaching method to University Physical Exercise Class and study its effect using ARCS motivation promotional strategy of Keller (1983). For the subject of study, 29 students out of 32 male and female students who take basketball class during second semester of 2012 at Y University were selected to collect the data based on the in-depth interview and open questionnaires and reflection joumal of author. As A result, in attention (A), formation of class expectation according to the type of new orientation, exact understanding of basketball knowledge with cartoon as a medium and their own basketball festival which united them as one dick were observed, In relevance (R) strategy, forming bonds, challenge to new area, acquire certificate and watching basketball game at weekend were shown. Next, in confidence (C) strategy, playing basketball with heart not height, distinction not discrimination, game with changed rules and regulation, judger on the court and becoming a judger were observed. Lastly, in satisfaction (S) strategy, new start point of leisure sports, development to new leisure, all-round nutrition and physical education activity were appeared. Therefore, it is observed that teacher"s activity strategy is one of key factors to promote academic motivation between teacher and learners.

        수준별 수업에 대한 체육교사의 관심도 및 실행형태 연구

        본 연구는 수준별 수업에 대한 체육교사의 관심도, 실행형태에 대한 연구로써 수준별 수업 실행의 현 상태를 진단하고 관심도와 실행형태의 관계를 분석하여 그 결과를 토대로 교육적인 가치를 모색해 보는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 연구대상은 수원소재의 중학교에서 근무하는 체육교사 150명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 수집된 자료는 개인변인에 따른 관심도와 실행형태를 T검증과 F검증으로, 관심도와 실행형태의 관계를 일원변량분석으로 통계처리 하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 체육교사들의 관심도는 대안적 관심의 단계였고, 성별과 학습규모에 따라 차이가 있었다. 실행형태에서 수업계획은 협의회를 통해 학생의 특성을 고려하여 수립하고 있었고, 또한 수업지도안을 작성하지만 수업상황에 맞게 변형하여 수준에 따라 2~3개의 목표와 모둠으로 지도하고 있었다. 과제연습은 반복을 통하여 진행하였고, 평가는 체육교사에 의하여 실시되며 성적산출에 활용되고 있었다. 체육교사들의 관심도에 따른 실행형태 간의 관계를 분석한 결과 수업계획과 지도목표, 모둠편성 방법의 영역에서 유의한 차이가 존재하고 있었다. The purpose of this study is to examine the physical education teachers` stage of concern, innovation configuration about the differentiated instruction and the analysis of their relationship to seek its value in educational aspect through their results. The respondents consisted of 150 P.E. teachers who worked at middle school in Suwon. stage of concern and innovation configuration of the respondents` items(T-test, F-test) and the relationship between the two(one-way ANOVA) was administered. According to the analysis of the stage of concern, most P.E. teachers showed refocusing concern(6th stage) about the differentiated instruction. And with regard to the differences of P.E. teachers` stage of concern according to their background variables, the analysis results showed statistically meaningful differences according to distintion of sex and class-scale. According to innovation configuration about the differentiated instruction, P.E. teachers formulated an annual and a class plan considered a characteristic of students on a conference. Though P.E. teachers made a teaching plan, they taught trans-formating lessons in class situation, determined 2-3 goals and groups by personal ability and kept in instructing the practice style. The evaluation was administerd by P.E. teachers, generally applied to make grades. With regard to the differences of P.E. teachers` innovation configuration according to their the stage of concern, the analysis results showed statistically meaningful differences according to class plan, teaching goal and the method of organizing group.

        대학교양체육수업에 참여하는 학생들의 운동 욕구와 운동 자기-도식의 인과관계

        The objective of this study was to identify the relationship between exercise needs and exercise self-schema of students participating in university physical activity classes. The participants consisted of 243 students of A university located in Gangwon-do, who were participating in university physical activity classes. The collected data was statistically processed using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 20.0. In order to verify the reliability of the survey questionnaires, Cronbach’s α value was calculated, and confirmatory factor analysis and exploratory factor analysis were performed for the validity of the survey questionnaires. To obtain information of personality traits, frequency analysis was implemented. The average and standard deviation of measurement variables were calculated and correlation analysis of the measurement variables was carried out. To verify the relationship between exercise needs and exercise self-schema, a multiple regression analysis was performed. The result showed that, firstly, there was a partially statistics significant difference between exercise needs and exercise self-schema according to their demographic variables. Moreover, there were positive influence on correlations among their exercise needs and exercise self-schema. Secondly, a positive effect of degree of exercise needs on exercise self-schema was found.

        교양체육 수업만족이 운동지속에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of class satisfaction on exercise adherence for female college students in cultural physical education between capital area and non-capital area. It searched for the factors which affect on those and provides basic materials on the cultural physical education and positive recognition to the attendees. This study represented a female students who were attending cultural physical education of four-year colleges located in capital and non-capital area. The subjects(N=323) were used for this study by convenience sampling method of nonprobability sampling. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor-analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, one way ANOVA, back-testing, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis were tested by using SPSS 18.0 program. The results of this study were as follows: First, there were significant differences between capital area and non-capital area university in the class satisfaction and subcategory of evaluation of instruction and content of instruction. Second, class satisfaction had an effect on intention of exercise continuity of female students in cultural physical education.

      • 수영 참여자의 신체적 자기 효능감 차이 분석 -성, 연령, 참여기간, 참여빈도, 운동수준을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to analysis of difference on physical self-efficacy of swimmers by competency level. A total of 262 swimmers were composed of 111 beginners, 58 inter-mediates and 93 advancers participated in the study. For the study, gender, age, duration of participation, frequency of participation and the level of sport performance of participants were set as the independent variable, while self-efficacy was set as the dependent variable. The measures was Physical Self-efficacy Scale developed by Ryckman, Robbins, Thornton and Cantrell(1982). The study used analysis methods such as frequency analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA between the independent and dependent variables. An analysis on the difference in physical self-efficacy resulted in the following: The analysis on the difference in self-efficacy by gender showed that the male swimmers experienced higher levels of self-efficacy than female swimmers. According to the analysis on the difference in self-efficacy by age, a significant difference in perceived physical capability, physical self-expression and confidence factors was found among the age groups. The analysis conducted on the difference in self-efficacy by duration of participation, a significant difference was found in the perceived physical capability. The analysis on the difference in self-efficacy by frequency of participation identified a significant difference in perceived physical capability, physical self-expression and confidence factors. A significant difference was found in perceived physical capability, physical self-expression and confidence factors as a result of the analysis on the difference in self-efficacy by level of sport performance of participants.

        경로분석을 통한 교양 체육 수강 여대생의 신체적 자기개념, 수업 만족 및 지속적 참여의 인과관계

        This study was intended to analyzed a relationship between physical self-concept, class satisfaction, and continuous participation of female college students enrolled in general physical education classes through the path analysis. To this end, this study conducted a survey on 227 female college students in Seoul, Chungcheongbuk-do, and Gangwon-do. enrolled in general physical education classes, and produced the following research results using total 315 copies of data excluding 25 unfaithful data on the actual analysis. First, it was identified that subfactors of physical self-concept(sports competence, attractive figure, physical strength) of female college students enrolled in general physical education classes as attractive figure and physical strength make a significant effect on class satisfaction. Secondly, it was identified that physical self-concept(sports competence, attractive figure, physical condition) of female college students enrolled in general physical education classes does not make effect on continuous participation, Thirdly, it was identified that class satisfaction does not make a significant effect on continuous participation Based on the results above, it can be considered that studies on the physical self-concept perceived by students participating in general physical education classes can increase class satisfaction and has an academic significance in providing basic data for continuous participation in college general physical education activities.

        자기조절 개입이 학생 선수의 스트레스, 대처 및 탈진에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 만성 스트레스로 인해 탈진을 경험하는 학생 선수를 대상으로 개인 및 정서 중심의 자기조절 개입 프로그램이 스트레스, 대처 및 탈진에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구 참여자는 대학 운동선수 1명이며, 단일 피험자 사례 설계를 사용하였다. 자기조절 개입 프로그램은 선행 연구, 전문가 회의, 선수 면담 자료를 종합하여 구성되었다. 자기조절 개입 프로그램은 자기 인식/목표 설정하기, 감정 및 사고 조절하기, 자기 주장하기 및 경청하기, 자기 관리하기로 구성되었다. 측정 도구는 스트레스 검사지, 대처 검사지, 탈진 검사지가 사용되었다. 본 연구 결과는 아래와 같다. 첫째, 자기조절 개입 프로그램은 학생 선수의 스트레스를 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기조절 개입 프로그램은 학생 선수의 적극적 대처 수준은 향상되었으며, 소극적 대처는 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 자기조절 개입 프로그램은 학생 선수의 정서 및 신체적 소진, 성취감 감소, 운동 가치 절하에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of personal centered and feel-based self-regulation intervention programs on stress, coping and burnout in student athletes who experienced burnout due to chronic stress. The participant in this study was a collegiate athlete, and a single subject case design was used. The self-regulation intervention program consisted of a combination of previous researches, expert consultation and athlete interview data. The self-regulation intervention program consisted of self-awareness/goal setting, controlling emotions and thoughts, self-assertion, listening and self-management. The measures were stress scale, coping inventory, and burnout scaler. The results of this study were as follows. Firstly, self-regulation intervention programs significantly decreased stress of student athletes. Secondly, self-regulation intervention program significantly improved the level of active coping and reduced passive coping. Finally, self-regulation intervention programs had a significant positive effect on the emotional and physical exhaustion, reduced sense of accomplishment, and reduced sport devaluation. Student athletes participating in self-regulation interventions could learn how to effectively manage themselves and their surroundings and cope with stress and burnout effectively.

        대학 품새 선수를 위한 심상훈련 프로그램 개발 및 적용에 과한 단일 사례 연구

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of image training program on competition anxiety, self-efficacy and sports image of collegiate Taekwondo form player. The participants was composed of a collegiate Taekwondo form player. The measures in this study were Sports Competition Anxiety Test, Competitive State Anxiety Inventory-2, Self-Efficacy Inventory, and Spore Image Ability Questionnaire. Image training program for collegiate Taekwondo form player was developed by data based on previous literatures, player interview, psychological test data, and sports psychologists consultation. The image training program consisted of goal setting, relaxation training, internal and external image perception training. Taekwondo skills imagery, competition image training and imagery control training. Each program was applied to participant in about 60 minute with 12 session. The results were as follows. Firstly, image training program decreased cognitive state anxiety intensity and increased self-confidence intensity. Secondly, image training program positively changed the direction of cognitive state anxiety, somatic state anxiety and self-confidence. Thirdly, image training program decreased competitive trait anxiety. Fourthly, image training program increased self-efficacy. Lastly, image training program positively changed intensity and direction of sports imagery of collegiate Taekwondo form player.
