입체적 지형을 고려한 무인항공기의 실시간 촬영 영역 분석 알고리즘

본 논문에서는 PTZ(Pan Tilt Zoom) 카메라를 장착한 무인항공기의 항법장치 정보와 촬영지역의 입체적 지형 정보를 기반으로, 무인항공기가 촬영하는 지리적 위치를 실시간으로 파악하고 촬영 지역의 면적을 자동 산출할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 또한 제안한 알고리즘과 더불어 특정 지역의 촬영 가능 여부를 자동 판단할 수 있는 방안을 설명한다. 무인항공기가 원하는 특정지역의 촬영을 시도할 경우에는 항공기의 위치와 고도뿐만 아니라 해당 지역의 입체적 지형에 의하여 유효한 영상의 획득 가능여부가 결정된다. 본 연구의 결과를 적용하면 지상관제센터에서 무인항공기가 촬영하는 영상이 원하는 지역의 정보인지 실시간으로 판단할 수 있으므로 정확한 실시간 원격 운항 제어가 가능하다. 그리고 제안한 알고리즘과 촬영가능여부를 판단하는 방안은 사전 모의 운항 및 운항 경로 설정에 유용하게 응용할 수 있다. In this paper, based on the information about navigation system of UAV with PTZ camera and 3D topography, algorithm able to show us in real-time UAV’s geographical shooting location and automatically calculate superficial measure of the shooting area is proposed. And the method that can automatically estimate whether UAV is allowed to shoot a specific area is shown. In case of an UAV’s shooting attempt at the specific area, obtainability of valid image depends on not only UAV"s location but also information of 3D topography. As a result of the study, Ground Control Center will have real-time information about whether UAV can shoot the needed topography. Therefore, accurate remote flight control will be possible in real-time. 척추 전이암 및 골수종 환자를 대상으로 시행한 경피적 척추체 성형술

Objectives : In spinal metastasis and myeloma, percutaneous vertebroplasty could be an effective treatment method to provide spinal stabilization and to relief pain for early rehabilitation. The authors report twenty-five cases the clinical results of percutaneous vertebroplasty for twenty-five cases of spinal metastasis and myeloma. Materials and Methods : From September 1998 to December 1999, seventy percutaneous vertebroplasties(PVP) were performed for spinal metastases and myeloma in 25 patients, sixteen women and nine men ranging in age from 34 to 74. The primary malignancies were 6 multiple myelomas, and in metastatic tumore from various origin. All patients complained of severe pain and had osteolytic vertebral body destructions without spinal cord compression. To evaluate clinical improvement, suObjective verbal analogue pain score(VAS) and Karnofsky performance scale(KPS) were used. Thin sliced(2mm-thickness) sectional computed tomography(CT) was performed before and after PVP. Plain X-ray film was followed up every 1 month to assess the vertebral column stability. Results : In 25 patients, a total of seventy PVPS were performed successfully : 6 cervical, 33 thoracic and 31 lumbar vertebrae. Most patients had clear improvement of pain after PVP ; mean as score was 8.1 and 2.9 before and after PVP, respectively. Improvement was maintained in most patients. No further collapse of treated vertebrae was observed(mean follow-up, 7 months). Leakage of PMMA was notod in the spinal canal(13 levels), neural foramen (2 levels), adjacent disk(15 levels), paravertebral soft tissue(14 levels) and vein(8 levels). Pulmonary embolism was detected in three patients after the procedure, but was not associated with clinical symptoms. Conclusion : These results indicate that percutaneous vertebroplasty can be valuable treatment method in osteolytic spinal metastasis and myeloma, providing immediate pain relief and spinal stabilization and contributing to early rehabilitation.

Granulocytic sarcomas are solid tumors resulting from the localized proliferation of myelogenous leukions cells. Epidural involvement of granulocytic sarcoma is very rare in acute myelogenous leukemia(AML). We report a patient with a thoracic epidural granulocytic sarcoma whose presentation with acute paraparesis led to the diagnosis of relapsing of alleged AML. Early recognition of the etiology of the paraparesis and treatment with emergency decompressive, laminectomy, radiation therapy and chemotherapy resulted in an excellent neurological and hematological outcome.
조피볼락 해상가두리 양식업의 지역별, 규모별 경제성 분석

This study is aimed to analyze the economic performance of black rockfish aquaculture by standardizing cost structures by region and farming size. The result of survey on farming and sale condition in each region, stocking density, survival rate, juvenile price, and unit production was the highest at Yeosu and Tongyeong, Heuksando showed the lowest. While rearing period was the longest at Tongyeong, the shortest region was Yeosu and Wando. In farming cost structure by region, amount of feeing was the highest at Tongyeong and Yeosu, and the lowest was Heuksando. Cost of medicine was high in Wando and Taean region, Yeosu and Hecksando was low. In case of farm size, feed cost ratio was high in the order of medium(0.75ha), small(0.25ha) and large(1.25ha) size. Standard production cost at every farm size of Heuksando showed the lowest among these regions. Taean and Yeosu was middle, and Tongyeong and Wando was the highest. According to the income, profit rate and investment return of farm size in all regions, as the bigger farm size, the higher income and profit rate was revealed. However, in case of Wando, Taean, and Heuksando which regions has high investment return, medium farm size was higher than large size. The result of economic analysis according to various factors, economic feasibility of black rockfish aquaculture in marine floating cage was showed significant changes by rearing and market condition.
