Pregnancy complicated by aplastic anemia is uncommon condition with the significant morbidity and mortality rates. the main complication to mother is hemorrhage due to thrombocytopenia and sepsis due to leukopenia and mortality rate in pregnancy complicated by aplastic anemia is more than 20%. But it remain controversy whether pregnancy play a pathogenic role in the development of the disease. We experienced a patient with severe aplastic anemia in pregnancy who was treated with supportive transfusion of red blood cells and platelets and so we present it here with brief review of literature.

Objective: To evaluate the effect of Sukjihwangbogan-tang-gagam (熟地黃補肝湯加減) in a patient with delayed vascular chorea. Methods: A vascular chorea patient was treated with acupuncture, moxibustion, and herbal medicine (Sukjihwangbogan-tang-gagam). Results: Improvements in the Unified Huntington’s Disease Rating Scale (UHDRS), UFMG Sydenham’s Chorea Rating Scale (USCRS) (especially the scale of Activity of Daily Living (ADL)) (dysarthria 2→0, tongue protrusion 3→1, chorea 3→1, handwriting 3→1), and a Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) (8→2) were observed after the Sukjihwangbogan-tang-gagam treatment. Conclusions: Sukjihwangbogan-tang-gagam may be an effective treatment for patients with delayed vascular chorea.

본 논문에서는 스트레인지 어트랙터를 이용한 새로운 기술을 제안한다. 일반적으로 가공되지 않은 음성신호는 스트레인지 어트랙터로 재구성할 수 있다. 그러나 어트랙터 구성 방법은 문제의 특징을 고려하지 않는다. 좋은 특징은 어트랙터의 좋은 모양으로부터 추출할 수 있기 때문에 그 구성방법이 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 다른 방법으로 스트레인지 어트랙터를 구성하여 사용할 수 있는 새로운 기술에 대해 논할 것이다. 그 방법은 인접한 두 개의 시간 사이에서 카오스 효과를 지닌 스트레인지 어트랙터를 구성하는 것이다. In this paper, new methodologies utilizing strange attractors are proposed. In general, a raw speech signal can be reconstructed into strange attractors. However, the way to construct the attractor is not considered to the problem characteristics. The construction method is important because good features can be detected from the good shape of attractors. This paper discusses new methodologies that can be used to construct strange attractors in different ways. The method will construct a strange attractor with chaos effects between two adjacent time moments.

This paper presents the better efficient evaluation of the Small and Medium Enterprises by use of fuzzy multi-criteria decision making methodology under intersectional dependence relations. The five Small and Medium Enterprises alternatives will be evaluated by Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP) based on entropy weight in this study. A case study is presented to illustrate the use of entropy weight measurement with intersectional dependence problems. These problems are evaluated seven criteria : market criteria, technology criteria, management ability criteria, planning criteria, propulsion ability criteria, project propulsion basis criteria, propulsion result criteria.

When using any of the aggregate production planning techniques mentioned in previous studies, it is generally assumed that the inputs of information are deterministic and easy to generate. However, the problem is more complex if the criteria and informations are expressed imprecisions. Therefore, it requires suitable method to deal with imprecisions. For select proper comparison method of fuzzy numbers in aggregate production planning with imprecise informations or criteria, this study use Dubois & Prade fuzzy number comparison method and Li-Lee fuzzy number comparison method among comparison methods fuzzy numbers. And then, proper method between two methods is selected. Also it is presented illustration.
