만성 C형간염 환자에서 페그인터페론과 리바비린 병합요법의 치료효과: 통합 분석

A combination of peginterferon and ribavirin is the standard therapy for chronic hepatitis C (CHC). However, the respective study has not been carried out in a large scale in Korea. The purpose of this study was to collect the studies that have been reported in Korea in order to analyze the therapeutic effect of combination therapy and compare to find racial difference. Methods: Twenty-eight papers related to the therapeutic effect of combination therapy in CHC patients were analyzed based on pooled analysis. Results: Based on the analysis for genotype 1 in Korea, early virologic response (EVR), end of treatment response (ETR), and sustained virologic response (SVR) were 79.6% (125/157), 80.1% (166/207), and 62.7% (341/543). The EVR, ETR, and SVR for genotype 2 and 3 were 89.4% (119/133), 92.2% (203/220), and 84.1% (434/516). Data from other Asians showed that EVR and SVR for genotype 1 were 88.9% (290/326) and 64.4% (491/762) respectively and 88.8% (135/152), and 79.4% (151/190) for genotype 2 and 3 respectively. In Western, EVR and SVR for genotype 1 were 51.3% (1,981/3,860) and 42.4% (1,798/4,231) respectively, and for genotype 2 and 3 were 87.7% (350/399) and 77.8% (533/685) respectively. Based on the comparative analysis, no statistical difference in SVR between Koreans and other Asians (p=0.955) was observed; However, the SVR of Koreans was higher with significance than that of Westerns (p<0.001) On the other hand, there was no difference what so ever, in SVR for genotype 2 amongst the different races. Conclusions: The SVR of combination therapy for the Korean chronic hepatitis C patients was similar to other Asians but higher than Westerns. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2012;60:306-314)

Mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma is a typical primary gastrointestinal lymphoma, particularly in the stomach. Although primary rectal lymphoma is rare, it may present as a subepithelial tumor. Several techniques have been proposed for a tissue diagnosis in subepithelial tumor, including endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS)-guided fine needle aspiration (EUS-FNA), EUS-guided trucut biopsy (EUS-TCB), and tacked biopsy. However the diagnostic efficacy of these techniques appears to be limited. The unroofing technique involves removal of the overlying mucosa, thereby exposing the subepithelial lesion. It was originally reported as a method for endoscopic treatment of colorectal lymphangioma. In this case, a subepithelial tumor of the rectum was diagnosed using the endoscopic unroofing technique. This is a useful modality for the diagnosis of subepithelial tumor, because it provides histologic results in a safe and rapid manner. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2012;59:428-432)

다가오는 미래에는 인터넷을 사용하는 사람이라면 누구나 NFT를 1개 이상 가지게 될 것이다. NFT는 FT와는 다르게 소유자를 명시할 수 있고, FT에 비해 추적관리도 용이하다. 2022년의 조사에서도 현재까지 전 세계적으로 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 무선 프로토콜은 WPA2이다. 2006년에 나온 프로토콜인 만큼 현시점에서는 다양한 취약점이 존재하는 프로토콜이다. 취약점을 보완하기 위해 2018년에 새로 나온 WPA3나 기존의 WPA2를 강화한 WPA2-EAP를 사용하기 위해선 접속하는 기기인 STA(스테이션)과 AP(액세스포인트, 공유기)에 추가적인 장비 업그레이드가 필요하다. 고가의 라우터 장비를 사용하면 보안적인 부분은 해결되지만 SOHO(Small Office Home Office)에서 도입하기엔 경제적인 비효율성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 NFT를 인증 수단으로 사용하여 기존의 WPA2를 그대로 사용하고 장비적인 업그레이드를 하지 않으면서 현재까지 널리 사용되고 있는 크랙 툴들을 방어하며 기존 WPA2와 비교해서도 실제로 SOHO에서 사용하는데 무리가 없음을 보였다. In the coming future, anyone using the Internet will have more than one NFT. Unlike FT, NFT can specify the owner, and tracking management is easier than FT. Even in the 2022 survey, WPA2 is the most widely used wireless protocol worldwide to date. As it is a protocol that came out in 2006, it is a protocol with various vulnerabilities at this time. In order to use WPA2-EAP or WPA3 (2018), which were released to compensate for the vulnerabilities of WPA2, additional equipment upgrades are required for STA (station) and AP (access point, router), which are connected devices. The use of expensive router equipment solves the security part, but it is economically inefficient to be introduced in Small Office Home Office (SOHO). This paper uses NFT as a means of authentication and uses the existing WPA2 as it is without equipment upgrade, defend crack tools of WPA2 that have been widely used so far and compared to the existing WPA2, it was shown that it was not difficult to actually use them in SOHO.
폴리카보네이트계 및 폴리에테르계 폴리올 기반 자가치유 기능 수분산 폴리우레탄 합성과 특성

본 연구에서는 폴리올의 혼합으로 폴리우레탄의 물성 저하를 보완하고자 하였다. 신발 및 소재 코팅용으로서 자가치유 기능을 가지는 수분산 폴리우레탄 수지를 합성하기 위해 내구성 및 내열성이 우수한 polyether 폴리올과 기계적 물성이 뛰어난 polycarbonate 폴리올을 병용하여 합성하였으며, 자가치유 기능의 부여를 위해 disulfide기를 도입하였다. 합성된 자가치유 기능 수분산 폴리우레탄은 fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR)을 통해 확인되었으며, universial testing machine (UTM)과 scanning electron microscope (SEM) 측정을 통해 물리적 특성 및 자가치유 특성을 확인하였다. Polycarbonate 폴리올을 병용함으로써 인장강도 및 경도가 증가하였고, 신장율은 감소하였다. 또한 열적 특성의 비교 결과, polycarbonate 폴리올의 함량이 증가함에 따라 열 안정성이 증가하였다. 치료효율은 poly(tetramethylene ether)glycol : polycarbonate polyol = 0.75 : 0.25일 때 가장 높은 효율을 보여주었으며, 현미경 및 SEM을 이용한 표면 관찰을 통해 손상 부분이 치유된 것을 확인하였다. In this study, self-healable waterborne polyurethane (SH-WPU) as shoes and coating materials with self-healable disulfide functionalities was synthesized by mixing polyether polyol to impart excellent durability and heat resistance and polycarbonate polyol to impart excellent mechanical properties. The synthesized SH-WPU was characterized by fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), and physical and self-healing properties were confirmed through universal testing machine (UTM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) measurements. Tensile strength and hardness were increased and elongation was decreased by using polycarbonate polyol. In addition, as a result of comparison of thermal properties, thermal stability has been increased as the content of polycarbonate polyol increased. The healing efficiency showed the highest efficiency when poly(tetramethylene ether)glycol : polycarbonate polyol = 0.75 : 0.25, and it was confirmed that the damaged part was healed through surface observation using a microscope and SEM.

In high-speed vehicle, selection of fuel, configuration of components and cooling system are required to solve the heating issue by aerodynamic heating and inner combustion process. This subsystem consists of fuel tank, supply pump, various control valve, heat exchanger, including reactor, connecting line, adiabatic structures and insulations. In this paper, applicable fuel property is considered at flight characteristic of hypersonic vehicles. In this regard, current state of fuel/cooling system technology is identified.
