Silver nanowire (AgNW) networks have been adopted as a front electrode in Cu(In,Ga)Se2 (CIGS) thin film solar cells due to their low cost and compatibility with the solution process. When an AgNW network is applied to a CIGS thin film solar cell, reflection loss can increase because the CdS layer, with a relatively high refractive index (n ~ 2.5 at 550 nm), is exposed to air. To resolve the issue, we apply solution-processed ZnO nanorods to the AgNW network as an anti-reflective coating. To obtain high performance of the optical and electrical properties of the ZnO nanorod and AgNW network composite, we optimize the process parameters - the spin coating of AgNWs and the concentration of zinc nitrate and hexamethylene tetramine (HMT - to fabricate ZnO nanorods. We verify that 10 mM of zinc nitrate and HMT show the lowest reflectance and 10% cell efficiency increase when applied to CIGS thin film solar cells.
지원자의 선발과정에 대한 반응이 조직태도에 미치는 영향 : 다중방법 연구

선발과정에 대한 지원자의 반응은 선발장면 뿐만 아니라 입사 이후의 태도와 행동에까지 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인으로 알려져 있다. 그러나 이에 대한 국내 경험적 연구는 매우 부족하다. 본 연구는 실제 조직의 선발 자료를 이용하여 선발도구에 대한 지원자 반응이 조직에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 더 나아가 현장 유사 실험설계를 이용하여 선발과정에서 지원자의 긍정적 반응을 향상시킬 수 있는 조직의 개입방법과 그 효과성을 살펴보았다. 구체적으로 연구 1에서는 국내 한 조직의 신입직원 191명을 대상으로 선발과정에 대한 반응이 조직에 대한 태도에 영향을 준다는 Gilliland의 지원자 반응모형(Gilliand, 1993)을 검증하는 조사연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과, 면접에 대한 공정성 지각은 조직에 대한 태도(조직매력 지각, 조직추천 의도)와 개인-조직 적합성 지각에 정적인 영향을 주었으며, 이러한 효과는 전반적 선발과정 만족에 의해 부분 매개되었다. 연구 2는 실제 입사지원자 242명의 자료를 이용하여 선발도구에 대한 정보를 추가로 제공한 집단이 그렇지 않은 통제 집단에 비해 선발도구에 대한 타당도 지각이 높다는 것을 보여주었다. 이러한 결과에 대한 이론적, 실천적 함의를 논의하였다. An applicant reaction to selection procedures is known as an important factor that has influence on his or her attitudes and behaviors not only in the selection process but also after entry into the organization. However, very few domestic empirical researches have been carried out in this field so far. This study examined the effect of applicants reaction toward selection tools on their attitude toward the organization using real field data. Furthermore, the quasi-experimental research design was used in field setting to investigate the effectiveness of an organization s intervention method to improve applicant s reaction in the selection procedure. Study 1 was conducted by 191 new employees at one domestic company to verify the validity of Gilliland’s applicants reactions model(Gilliand, 1993), which reported that applicants reactions toward selection procedure affected his or her attitude toward the organization. The results showed that perception of justice about job interview had a positive effect on employees attitude toward the organization(organizational attractiveness and recommendation intention) and person-organization fit perception, which was partially mediated by overall satisfaction toward selection process. In Study 2, 242 real job applicants participated. It found that the experimental group which given more information regarding selection tools showed higher perceived validity of the selection tools than the control group. Finally, discussion was carried out on theoretical and applied implications based on the results.

성실성과 정보보안 풍토가 조직 구성원의 정보보안 행동에 미치는 효과

This study approached organizational information security behavior from the perspective of general industrial safety behavior frame. In the literature concerning industrial safety behaviors, personal conscientiousness and the organizational safety climate are the most influential factors of personal safety behaviors. This study verified whether information security behaviors can be considered general safety behaviors. Specifically, we hypothesized that individuals who have higher levels of conscientiousness, and perceived higher levels of organizational information security climate behave the more information security actions. Furthermore, we anticipated that the relation between conscientiousness and individual information security behavior would become stronger when the individual perceived a higher level of organizational information security climate. To test these hypotheses, we conducted a survey of 206 employees in a company. Study results show that all hypotheses were supported, sothe information security behaviors could be seen from the perspective of industrial safety behavior frame. Finally, we discussed the implications and limitations of this study.

This paper presents a UHF-band near-field antenna for electronic shelf applications. The proposed antenna consists of four linear polarized radiating elements and two small circularly polarized elements placed at suitable locations on an aluminum case and an attenuator for read-distance adjustment. The power is distributed to six elements using coaxial cables and T-junction power dividers. Two circularly polarized elements are placed between linearly polarized elements to remove regions of tag non-detection. The read distance can be adjusted by reducing the transmitted power using a variable attenuator. Measurements show that the proposed antenna has excellent tag-read capability in a read range defined by an area of 120x30cm and a height from 10cm to 100cm.
