고속중형컴퓨터의 개발과 같은 대형 프로젝트를 성공적으로 수행하기 우해서는 먼저 연구 개발 업무의 방향 수립, 개발 업무의 수평적, 수직적인 세분화, 단계별 연구 개발 범위 설정, 연구원들간의 원활한 의사 소통 확립, 그리고 생성되는 결과물을 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 관리 체계 정비가 필요하다. 한국전자통신연구소에서 개발 중인 고속 중형 컴퓨터 개발을 위한 개발 체계를 수립하였는데, 이는 프로젝트에 참여하는 개발자들에게 업무의 내용과 범위를 확실히 규정해주고, 사업 과정에서 발생할 시행 착오를 최소화하게 해주며, 개발 이후의 컴퓨터 시스템의 생산, 보완, 보전에 이르는 과정을 효과적으로 관리하는데 지침이 된다. 이 개발 체계는 업무 흐름 및 성격에 따라 순기 관리 체계, 관리물 관리 체계, 형상 관리 체계, 일반 관리 체계 등으로 구성되어져 있다.

Usability evaluation of physical products involves characterizing complex physical interactions between humans and products. Human models known as manikins have been widely utilized as usability evaluation tools for automobile interior package design. When combined with computer-aided design software programs, such manikins can be used to simulate driving postures and evaluate driver-interior fits early in the design process, and therefore, may greatly facilitate achieving high-quality design in a cost-efficient manner. The purpose of this study was to define a set of manikins for designing automobile interior packages for the South Korean male population. These manikins were conceptualized as "boundary" manikins, which represent individuals lacking in certain physical capacities or having usability-related issues (e.g., an individual with the 5th percentile forward reach capability, an individual with the 95th percentile shoulder width). Such boundary manikins can serve as an efficient tool for determining if an automobile interior design accommodates the majority of the population. The boundary manikins were selected from the large sample of Korean males whose anthropometric dimensions were described in the recent Size Korea anthropometric database. For each male in the database, his comfortable driving posture was represented using a kinematic body linkage model and various physical capacity measured and usability-related characteristics relevant to driver accommodation were evaluated. For each such measure, a boundary manikin was selected among the Korean males. The manikins defined in this study are expected to serve as tools for ergonomic design of automobile interior packages. The manikin selection method developed in this study was implemented as a generic software program useful for various product design applications.
간세포암 환자에서 Indocyanine Green 청소율과 기저 간의 염증과 섬유화 정도 간의 관계

Purpose: The indocyanine clearance rate has been identified as an independent prognostic factor in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). However, in contrast to its well-documented value in measuring hepatic reserve function, the mechanism by which it exerts its prognostic effect is not precisely understood. Methods: We analyzed the clinical and pathological data, including preoperative ICG-R 15 and survival, of 80 patients with resectable HCC. The correlation between ICG-R15 and the degree of inflammation and fibrosis in non-cancerous liver tissue were investigated. The prognostic significance of ICG- R15 was also investigated in 67 patients with unresectable HCC who received transarterial chemoembolization. Results: In patients with resectable HCC, the low ICG group (ICG-R15<15%) showed an increased overall survival rate (P<0.001) and disease-free survival rate (P<0.01) compared to the high ICG group (ICG-R15≥15%). ICG-R15 was also a significant prognostic factor in the multivariate analysis. ICG-R15 showed a significant correlation with the degree of necroinflammation (P<0.001) and the degree of fibrosis (P<0.001). In patients with unresectable HCC, the low ICG group (ICG-R15<30%) showed a significantly increased progression-free survival rate (P=0.037). Conclusion: The results of the present study demonstrate that the ICG clearance rate can predict the degree of inflammation and fibrosis of non-cancerous hepatic parenchyma, and this capacity may explain the prognostic value of the ICG clearance rate in HCC patients.
