유비쿼터스 기반의 기상정보 시스템에 필요한 요소기술에 관한 연구

최근 전 지구적 기후변화와 함께 빈번 해지는 집중호우, 태풍 등으로 인한 인명 및 재산피해 규모가 점차 대형화되면서 기상정보 및 예보의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 보다 정확한 기상정보의 관측 및 예측과 이를 실시간으로 통보해주는 실시간 기상정보 예측 시스템의 구축이 시급한 당면과제로 대두되고 있는 현 시점에서 정보통신 기술의 발달과 폭넓은 활용은 인간이 직면하고 있는 자연재해로부터 입을 수 있는 피해를 최소화 할 수 있게 될 것이다. 이와 같은 이유로 본 논문에서는 정보통신과 기상정보 관계의 중요성을 제시하고 유비쿼터스를 기반으로 한 기상정보시스템 구축에 관한 기술들을 살펴본 후, 이를 바탕으로 한 기상정보 시스템의 구현을 위한 제반 핵심 기술 및 실현시기를 도출하며, 기상정보 시스템의 활용방안을 알아본다. In this paper, the importance of an information communication and weather information system is presented. The technology on a weather information system setup which may provide the ubiquitous to the foundation is investigated. A number of crucial technology implementation of a future weather information system and the time to be realized is estimated. Based on the research on numerous literatures on the topic, in addition, the practical usage strategy of the proposed weather system is presented.

스포츠전문 여성 아나운서의 사회적 역할과 지위에 관한 담론분석

본 연구는 우리사회가 스포츠전문 여성 아나운서의 역할을 어떠한 방식으로 규정하고 인식하고 있는지 살펴보고, 나아가 그녀들의 사회적 지위는 어떻게 규정되는지 살펴보고자 한다. 이는 한국사회에서 아나운서가 갖는 사회적 지위와 역할과 비교하여 스포츠전문 여성 아나운서의 위치를 확인할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 여성이 갖는 사회적 지위와 역할에 비교되는 스포츠전문 여성 아나운서의 독특한 사회적 위치를 규명하는 작업이 될 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 미디어 다음(Media Daum)을 통해 현재 스포츠전문채널에서 활동 중인 여성 아나운서에 대하여 미디어가 생산해 내는 보도 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 스포츠전문 여성아나운서의 역할은 전통적인 아나운서의 영역에서 연예인과 같은 셀러브리티의 영역에 편입되어 있음을 알 수 있다. 이는 남성 중심의 스포츠가 미디어와 보도 친밀해 질 필요에 따른 전략적 편입의 한 과정으로 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 두 번째 여성 아나운서의 사회적 지위는 남성 중심의 영역으로 여성의 전문성을 확대해 나아갈 수 있는 선구자적 지위에 위치함을 알 수 있다. 이는 비록 젠더화된 구조 속에서 크게 벗어나지 못한 한계가 있지만, 그럼에도 불구하고 여성의 사회적 지위가 확장되고 있음을 보여준다. This study examines how Korean society defines and perceives the role of sports women announcers and how their social status is defined. This study helps identify the social position of sports women announcers, compared to those of men announcers as well as other women professions. Drawing from data on the internet portal site "Media Daum", I analyzed media coverage of sports women announcers. The results show that the traditional role of sports women announcers has become akin to the role of celebrities such as entertainers. This can be understood as a process through which the male-centered sports that need to be aligned with the media strategically incorporate themselves into the media. In addition, it is suggested that the social status of sports women announcers plays a leading part in the expansion of women labor expertise into the male-dominated area. This study concludes that despite the limitations of the gendered structure, the social status of sports women announcers seems to be improving.

Pupose: This study was researched to identify the change of sports terrorism and the characteristics through comparision between Black Septemberist’s terrorism in 1972 Munich Olympics and bomb terrorism in 2013 Boston Marathon. Conclusion: Terrorism has been changed from traditional terrorism to new terrorism. Terrorism has purposed on announcement their political interest definitely to the world, so terrorist used violence and made people terrify. However, the new terrorism’s purpose is obscure and it is difficult to find out who suspects are or what them are. Also, new terrorism externally happened. but it is possible that it simultaneously expanded in the domestic. Terrorism by Black Septemberist in 1972 Munich Olympics is the typical model of terrorism, but bomb terror in 2013 Boston Marathon show the characteristics of new terrorism. It means that terrorism against international sports event will target anonymous people, and it will be more dangerous.

강원도 철원지역과 전라남도 동부지역에 서식하는 한국고라니 (Hydropotes inermis argyropus)의 중금속 축적 분석

한국고라니(Hydropotes inermis argyropus)는 우리나라의 고유종으로 가장 흔한 종의 하나이다. 이 종은 한반도 전역에 널리 분포하며 자연생태계에서 초식자로서 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 따라서 고라니는 서식지의 질을 모니터링하는데 하나의 좋은 생물지표종으로 이용될 수 있을 것이다. 이 연구에서는 강원도 철원지역과 전라남도 동부지역에서 수집된 한국고라니의 서로 다른 3가지 조직(신장, 간, 지라)에서 5가지 중금속(Fe, Cu, Zn, Cd, Pb)의 농도를 측정하였다. 중금속 농도의 분석에 따르면, 철의 농도는 구리, 아연, 카드뮴, 납에 비해 모든 조직에서 높게 나타났다. 이중, 지라(286.50)가 신장(39.40)과 간(23.21 μg g-1)에 비해 높은 중금속 축적을 보였다. 일반적으로, 중금속의 농도는 전남 동부지역에 비해 강원도 철원지역에서 조금 높게 나타났다. 특히, 카드뮴과 납의 경우 매우 유의한 차이를 보였다(P<0.05). 이러한 중금속의 농도는 지라의 철을 제외하고는 모두 백그라운드 수준(background level) 내로 낮게 나타났다. The Korean water deer (Hydropotes inermis argyropus) is an endemic species and one of the common species in Korea. The species ranges throughout the Korean peninsula and plays an important role as herbivores in natural ecosystem. Therefore, the species could be used as a good bio-indicator to monitor the quality of habitats. This study was to estimate the concentrations of five heavy metals (Fe, Cu, Zn, Cd and Pb) from three different organs (kidney, liver and spleen) in the Korean water deer. According to the analyses of heavy metal accumulations, the concentration of Fe is higher than Cu, Zn, Cd and Pb from all the organs. Among the organs, spleen (286.50) showed higher heavy metal concentrations than kidney (39.40) and liver (23.21 μg g-1). In general, the concentrations of the heavy metals were about two times higher in Cheorwon, Gangwon province than in the Eastern part of Jeonnam province. In particular, Cd and Pb showed a significant difference (P<0.05). Except for Fe in spleen, all of the heavy metal concentrations were below background levels.

한국 지방정부의 헤게모니 프로젝트 II: 강원도의 축적전략과 2018 평창동계올림픽

본 연구는 한국의 지방정부들이 앞 다투어 스포츠 메가 이벤트 유치에 나서는 현상에 대한 정치?경제적 해석의 일환으로, 3수 끝에 동계올림픽유치에 성공한 강원도가 지역경제발을 위한 축적전략(accumulation strategy)에 2018 평창동계올림픽을 어떠한 방식으로 활용하고자 하는지, 그리고 그 배경은 무엇인지 살펴봄으로써 스포츠 메가 이벤트의 경제적 실체를 규명하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 강원도의 두 차례 올림픽 유치 도전은 비록 실패하였지만 그 과정은 지방정치권력의 정치적 헤게모니 강화에 극적인 역할을 담당하였다. 그러나 정작 올림픽을 유치한 이후 정치권력에게는 막대한 예산이 소요되는 올림픽을 지역경제발전으로 연결시켜야 하는 과제가 남게 되었다. 이러한 과제를 해결하기 위해 강원도가 집중하는 축적전략은 2018 평창동계올림픽을 지방정부의 이벤트가 아닌 국가적 이벤트로 승격시킴으로서 자신들의 경제적 헤게모니를 확보하고, 나아가 이를 통해 중앙정부로 하여금 그동안 정치적?경제적 소외로 인해 등한시됐던 강원도의 SOC분야에 집중 투자하도록 만드는 것이다. 이러한 전략의 실행은 강원도가 올림픽유치를 토대로 추상적인 경제적 효과에 기댄 정치적 헤게모니뿐만 아니라 실질적인 지역경제성장을 도모할 수 있는 경제적 헤게모니를 기반으로 진행되고 있음을 의미한다. This study brings light on how Gangwon-do`s bids for the Winter Olympic Games relates to the accumulation strategy of their local government as an interpretation of political economy of the phenomenon where a number of Korean local governments try to host sports mega events. Although Gangwon-do has failed twice to invite the Winter Olympic Games before, the processes have played an important role in intensifying the hegemony of local political power. However, after the success of holding the 2018 Winter Olympic Games, there remained a demanding task to link the event spending a massive budget to the development of local economy. Gangwon-do`s accumulation strategy to complete this task was to secure their economic hegemony by elevating the Olympic Games from a local event to a national one, and put pressure on the central government to invest a huge budget in Gangwond-do`s SOC. Execution of this strategy means that Gangwon-do not only obtains political hegemony based on the expectation of the economic effects accompanied by holding the Olympic Games, but also secures economic hegemony that could actually fund the development of local economy.

동아시아스포츠의 지역주의에 관한 연구

Globalization has still made considerable progress across national borders that has led to increased interconnectedness, politically, economically, and culturally. On the contrary, localization has been spreading rapidly to cope with globalization. Contemporary sports experience the increased movement of players throughout the world and it helps to develop world single market. This result in the factor for sports development, however, it instigates the local problems into the nations, which stand away from globalization. Local problems relating sports contribute to the negative effects of one nation or local sports. Thus, other developing countries have searched localization to resist global forces and explored sports development through localization. It is not the exception in East Asia, including Korea. Therefore, this article explores the way in which East Asia need to progress through the analysis of localization in East Asia.
