백굴채약침액(白屈菜藥針液)이 LPS로 유도(誘導)된 RAW 264.7 대식세포(大食細胞)에서의 항염증효과(抗炎症效果)

Objectives: Recently, Herbal-acupuncture therapeutics has been used for the treatment of inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis. Especially, we have been interested in chemical mediators concerned with inflammation such as prostaglandin, cytokine, nitrous oxide. The purpose of this study is investigated that the effect of Chelidonii Herbal-acupuncture solution in lipopolysaccharide-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages, performed several expeimental items: those are prostaglandin E2, nitric oxide and cyclooxygenase-2. Methods: The cytotoxicity of Chelidonii Herbal-acupuncture solution in RAW 264.7 macrophages were measured by MTT-based cytotoxicity assay. In order to observe cyclooxygenase-2 mRNA expression in lipopolysaccharide-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages, RT-PCR was used. Prostaglandin E2 formation and nitric oxide production was measured by competitive enzyme immunoassay and Griess assay. Results: 1. The MTT assay demonstrated that cytotoxic effect of Chelidonii Herbal-acupuncture solution in RAW 264.7 macrophages were not appeared before concentration of 1㎎/㎖. 2. Chelidonii Herbal-acupuncture solution inhibited cyclooxygenase-2 mRNA expression in lipopolysaccharide-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages. 3. Chelidonii Herbal-acupuncture solution inhibited nitric oxide production in lipopolysaccharide-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages. 4. Chelidonii Herbal-acupuncture solution inhibited prostaglandin E2 formation in lipopolysaccharide-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages. Conclusions: On the basis of these results, It was shown that Chelidonii Herbal-acupuncture solution is significantly able to inhibit the production of PGE2 and NO, as well as COX-2 mRNA expression. Our results may provide new mechanism by which Chelidonii Herbal-acupuncture solution accounts for its beneficial effect on accelerating wound healing and anti-inflammation.
대나무 활성탄을 이용한 친환경 시멘트계 건축마감재 개발을 위한 기초적 연구

The purpose of this study is to investigate the possibility of using the bamboo activated carbon as eco-building interior materials. A series of tests was conducted such as strength test, water absorbency test, and adsorption test of pollution materials. The properties was compared with the those of pine charcoal. The specimens were made with two admixtures various replacement ratio (0%, 5%, 10%). From the test results, bamboo activated carbon modified cement mortars have quite performance in strength and adsorption. The porosity of two admixture was also evaluated by SEM and nitrogen adsorption method.
철근콘크리트 구조물 염해 내구설계에 있어서 설계확률변수의 민감도 평가

해안철근콘크리트 구조물은 해수 또는 비래염분에 의하여 철근이 부식하게 되고 결과적으로 콘크리트에 균열로 발전하여 성능을 다하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 염해에 대한 해안 철근콘크리트 구조물의 내구성능 평가를 위하여 수치해석에 의한 결정론적 방법이 아니라 확률론에 입각한 성능평가를 위하여 확률론적 시뮬레이션 수법을 구축하였다. 시뮬레이션 수법으로는 몬테카를로법이 적용되었으며, 파괴확률에 대한 설계확률변수(표면염화물 농도, 초기 함유 염소이온농도, 철근의 피복두께, 염소이온 확산계수) 및 각각의 변동계수의 영향을 평가하였다. Fick의 확산방정식을 이용한 해석결과, 해안에서의 거리의 차 및 확산계수의 차에 의한 영향은 컸으며 상대적으로 변동계수의 영향은 그다지 높지 않다는 것을 알 수 있었다. Simulation method based on probability was developed to evaluate the durability of reinforced concrete structures about chloride attack. The effects of the probability parameters(surface chloride ion concentration, initial combined chloride ion concentration, the depth of cover thickness of concrete, and the chloride ion diffusion coefficient), probability distribution function and it's variation were calculated using the Monte Carlo method and Fick's 2nd law. From the durability design method proposed in this study, the following results were obtained. 1) The effects of the distance from the coast and the chloride ion diffusion coefficient to the corrosion probability were quite high. 2) The effect of the variation of each parameters was relatively low.

인간이 세계내존재(世界內存在)임은 그 존재 조건중의 하나에 해당한다. 한편 인간은 또한 자신을 둘러싼 세계를 의식하고 이해할 수 있으며 그럼으로써 세계와 소통 가능성이 열린다. 인간은 세계안에 속하여 세계의 필연성에 복종하면서 삶을 영위하는 한편, 세계를 바라보고 세계와 자신간의 관계를 인식하여 나아가 그 관계를 새로이 설정할 수도 있는 것이다. 정치사회의 질적 변화를 인간이 능동적으로 운위할 수 있는 지평이 바로 여기에 있다. 시몬느 베이유는 이와 같은 영혼의 역동성을 균형이라는 개념적 틀 안에서 일생 동안 추구하였다. 즉 사회적 관계의 맥락 안에서 살아가는 자아를 “비판적” 시점에서 부단히 관조하였다. 여기에는 전형적으로 자아의 정체에 대한 성찰이 포함되며, 따라서 “내가 사는 이 사회”의 정체에 대한 성찰이 포함된다. 이는 또한 인간적 가능성과 물리적 필연성 사이에서 올바른 균형 그리고 지식과 실천사이의 올바른 관계를 탐색하는 일이 된다. 베이유의 탐색이 성공하였는지는 사람마다 다르게 판정할 것이다. 다만 그의 탐색이 어떤 형태의 가식과도 거리가 먼 지순한 종류라는 점은 분명하다.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate salt attack durability of the concrete structure which has experienced the fire. Mechanical properties and chloride ion diffusivity of concrete specimens were measured after 2 hours heating at 200℃, 400℃, 600℃, 800℃. FEM analysis was conducted to predict the life expectancy of RC structure using the property values by a series of experiment.
