Short-term load forecasting is essential to the electricity pricing and stable power system operations. The conventional weekday 24-hour load forecasting algorithms consider the temperature model to forecast maximum load and minimum load. But 24-hour load pattern forecasting models do not consider temperature effects, because hourly temperature forecasts were not present until the latest date. Recently, 3 hour temperature forecast is announced, therefore hourly temperature forecasts can be produced by mathematical techniques such as various interpolation methods. In this paper, a new 24-hour load pattern forecasting method is proposed by using similar day search considering the hourly temperature. The proposed method searches similar day input data based on the anomalous weather features such as continuous temperature drop or rise, which can enhance 24-hour load pattern forecasting performance, because it uses the past days having similar hourly temperature features as input data. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, it was applied to the case study. The case study results show high accuracy of 24-hour load pattern forecasting.

본 연구는 하수처리장과 같은 침전조내에서 발생되는 악취를 제거하기 위해 설치하는 탈취커버 새로운 개발과 현장적용에 관한 내용이다. 일반적으로 탈취커버는 섬유유리강화플라스틱(FRP)와 알루미늄 판넬 및 폴리카보네이트 등이 주로 사용되고 있다. 하지만, 이들은 내기후성, 내식성, 내마모성 등에 취약한 특성을 지니고 있다. 따라서 탈취커버로서의 새로운 재료 개발이 필요하게 되었고, 본 연구에서는 M-board를 개발하여 현장에 적용한 결과, 설치와 시간적 변화에 따른 내기후성, 내식성 등 운영 및 관리경비면에서 우수한 특성을 나타내었음을 확인할 수 있었고, 이에 대하여 비교한 결과를 제시하였다. This study was a research on the deodorizer cover development in the sewage treatment plant and its field application. The material of deodorizer cover has been generally used FRP(Fiber glass Reinforced Plastics), aluminum panel, and polycarbonate board, etc. These materials have been known as the weak characteristics on weather resistance, corrosion resistance, and a crack as over the years. It is necessary that the material overcomes these troubles to maintenance the sewage treatment plant and to remove the foul odor at present. Therefore, a new material(M-board) was developed, and has been applied at the field. It is much more effective maintenance(weather resistance, corrosion resistance, etc) and low-cost. In this study, it was compared M-board with other materials in point of the establishment and running cost.

Pupose: This study is to Impact of service quality supplier of security management performance. Methods: This study had selscted security practitioners from Daejeon, inside Chung cheongbuk-do of October, 2012 for population. Using purposive sampling method, 133 samples were drawn and were used for the final analysis. Questionnaire used in study is composed of total 29 questions and using SPSSWIN 18.0, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, T-Test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis were performed. Cronbach``s α value which shows the reliability of the survey came out to be over .586. Conclusion: The conclusions are as follows. First, In the relationship between internal service quality and business performance (point of view) of the emotion ``quality of service,tangibles in terms of factors internal statistically significant positive(+) showed that the β coefficient of the independent variable relative influence the emotion β=.607, tangibles β=.194 . Second, the relationship between service quality and business performance learning growth aspect) of the emotion ``quality of service, reaction certainty, reliability, tangibles all of the factors that learning growth aspect affect a statistically significant positive(+), showed that the β coefficient of the independent variable relative influence the emotion β=.579, reaction certainty β=.164, reliability β=.122, tangiblesβ=.142
