유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 부부갈등, 자녀 양육 스트레스 및 애정 - 거부적 양육행동간 관계 -

This study investigated the relationships among marital conflict, child-rearing stress, and affection-rejection parenting for mothers of preschoolers. The subjects were 208 mothers who lived with at least one preschooler in Daegu or Gyeongbuk Province. The collected data were analyzed by Pearson's correlation, and single and multiple regression, using SPSS Win 15.0. The results were as follows. (1) Mothers' marital conflict was negatively associated with affection parenting. However, the negative influence of mothers' marital conflict on affection parenting was mediated by child-rearing stress. (2) Mothers' marital conflict was positively associated with rejection parenting. However, the positive influence of mothers' marital conflict on rejection parenting was partially mediated by child-rearing stress.
보육교사의 정서 중심 대처행동이 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향: 성인애착불안의 조절효과를 중심으로

This study investigated the moderating effect of childcare center teachers’ adult attachment anxiety on the relationship between emotion-centered coping and their psychological burnout. Subjects were 252 teachers working for childcare centers in A Province. Questionnaires, which required self-reporting by teachers, were used to investigate adult attachment anxiety, emotion-centered coping, and psychological burnout. Collected data were analyzed by Multiple Regression and Hayes’ PROCESS Macro Model 1 using SPSS Win 21.0. Results are as follows. First, main effects of teachers’ emotion-centered coping and adult attachment anxiety on teachers psychological burnout were observed. Teachers’ emotion-centered coping and adult attachment anxiety were positively associated with teachers psychological burnout. Second, interaction effects of teachers’ emotion-centered coping and adult attachment anxiety on teachers psychological burnout were observed. To manage their psychological burnout, it is necessary to provide more educational programs that can use effective coping strategies for childcare teachers in group with a high adult attachment anxiety.
유아보육 및 교육기관장의 변혁적 리더쉽과 교사의 심리적 임파워먼트

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between supervisors` transformational leadership, teachers` depression and the psychological empowerment of teachers in kindergartens and childcare centers. The subjects were 208 teachers employed in kindergartens or childcare centers in Daegu and Gyeongbuk Province. Questionnaires, which required self-reporting by teachers, were used to investigate supervisors` transformational leadership, teachers` depression and psychological empowerment. The data thus collected were analyzed by mean of Pearson`s correlation, hierarchial regression, and by the use of SPSS Win 15.0. The results of our study were as follows. First, Supervisors` transformational leadership was positively associated with teachers` psychological empowerment. Second, teachers` depression was negatively associated with teachers` psychological empowerment. Finally, The interaction effects of supervisors` transformational leadership and teachers` depression on teachers` psychological empowerment were observed.
어머니의 집단주의적 양육가치가 유아의 공격 및 불안행동에 미치는 영향

유아의 행동문제 유발을 예방할 수 있는 초기 양육 환경 자료를 확보하고자 어머니의 인지적 특성인 집단주의적 양육가치와 정서적 측면인 결혼만족도를 중심으로 유아의 공격 및 불안행동과 이들 변인간 관계를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 대구지역 유아교육기관에 다니는 만4, 5세 유아와 배우자와 함께 살고 있는 어머니를 대상으로 어머니의 집단주의적 양육가치, 결혼만족도 그리고 유아의 공격 및 불안행동 척도를 이용하여 질문지 조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 피어슨의 적률상관관계, 단순 및 중회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 어머니의 집단주의적 양육가치는 유아의 공격과 불안행동에 각각 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 어머니의 집단주의적 양육가치가 높을수록 유아의 공격과 불안행동은 작게 나타났다. 둘째, 어머니의 집단주의적 양육가치는 어머니의 결혼만족도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 어머니의 집단주의적 양육가치가 높을수록 어머니의 결혼만족도도 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 어머니의 집단주의적 양육가치는 유아의 공격과 불안행동에 유의한 수준의 부적 영향을 미치나, 결혼만족도의 영향을 통제할 경우 부적인 영향력의 유의석이 사라지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 유아의 공격과 불안행동과 같은 행동문제가 어머니의 집단주의적 양육가치에 의해 직접 영향을 받기보다, 배우자에 의해 경험되는 만족감, 기쁨 등의 주관적인 느낌인 결혼만족도를 통해 간접적으로 영향받음을 시사하는 것이다. This study investigates the relationships among mothers' collective parenting values, marital satisfaction, and preschoolers' aggressive and anxious behaviors, The subjects were 267 mothers who's child attended kindergartens in Daegue. The collected data were analyzed by Pearson's correlation, single and multiple regressions, using SPSS Win 15.0. The results are as follows. (1) Mothers' collective parenting values was negatively associated with preschoolers' aggressive and anxious behaviors. (2) Mothers' collective parenting values was positively associated with marital satisfaction. (3) Mothers' collective parenting values exerted indirect effects on preschoolers' aggressive and anxious behaviors mediated by marital satisfaction. These results indicate that a higher level of marital satisfaction is more likely to lower preschoolers' aggressive and anxious behaviors.
어머니의 초기부모애착과 사회적 관심: 애착 불안과 애착 회피를 중심으로

This study explored the relationship between maternal early parental attachment (EPA) and social interest. The participants were 311 mothers with elementary schoolchildren who lived in the Daegu-Gyeongbuk area. Data were collected through an online questionnaire provided on the portal site and analyzed using k-means clustering, t -test, One-Way ANOVA, and Pearson’s correlation using IBM SPSS Statistics 21 for Windows and, RMSEA, TLI, NFI and CFI using IBM SPSS AMOS 18 for Windows. The principal results were as follows. Firstly, mothers’ EPA anxiety and avoidance had a negative influence on social interest. Secondly, social interest was found to be significantly higher among mothers with a secure attachment style than among mothers with an insecure attachment style. Thirdly, significant differences were observed in levels of social interest among mothers with secure, preoccupied, dismissive, and disorientated attachment styles. A Scheffé post-hoc test revealed that social interest was significantly higher among mothers with a secure attachment style than among mothers with a disorientated attachment style. The experience of relationships with caregivers early in life is therefore important in the development of social interest.
