최근 산업 현장에서 발생하는 사고의 증가를 막기 위해 4차 산업 시대의 다양한 혁신 기술을 건축 행정에 접목하여 산업 현장 안전 관리의 효율성을 높이는 안전 관리 고도화 작업을 추진하고 있다. 이에 따라 산업 현장에서 발생하는 위험을 선제적으로 예방하고 실시간으로 관리하는 지능형 모니터링을 이용한 스마트 안전 관리 시스템이 주목받고 있다. 스마트 안전 관리 시스템은 곳곳에 위치된 센서를 통해 현장의 소음, 가스 농도, 미세먼지 농도, 건축 자재의 품질, 건축물의 기울기 그리고 RFID를 활용한 근무자의 출입 여부와 같은 요소를 실시간으로 원격 모니터링할 수 있는 시스템을 사용자에게 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 라즈베리파이를 이용하여 스마트 안전 관리 시스템을 위한 다양한 데이터를 지그비 통신으로 수집 및 모니터링하는 방법을 제시한다. In recent years, to prevent the increase in accidents at industrial sites, various innovative technologies from the 4th industrial era have been incorporated into the construction administration to promote the advancement of safety management. As a result, smart safety management systems using intelligent monitoring that prevent and manage risks in industrial sites in real time are attracting attention. Smart safety management systems provide users with real-time, remote monitoring of factors such as noise, gas concentration fine dust concentration, building material quality, building tilt, and RFID-based worker access through sensors located everywhere. This paper presents a method for collecting and monitoring various data for smart safety management systems via Zigbee communication using Raspberry Pi.
Ipriflavone 투여가 백서의 실험적 치아이동 후 치주조직의 재형성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 치아이동 후 ipriflavone 투여가 치주조직의 재형성, 나아가 치아회귀 억제에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 시행되었다. 웅성 백서 72마리를 대상으로 상악 좌우측 제1, 2구치 사이에 교정용 고무밴드를 끼워 제1, 2구치를 3주간 이동시킨 다음, 교정용 고무밴드 제거 1일 전부터 매일 체중 kg당 50 mg 또는 400 mg의 ipriflavone을 투여한 실험군과 ipriflavone을 투여하지 않은 대조군으로 구분하였다. 교정용 고무밴드를 제거함으로써 회귀가 나타나기 시작한 날로부터 5일 간격으로 15일까지 각각 실험동물을 희생시켜가며 치아회귀 거리를 계측하는 한편 치주조직 재형성 소견을 관찰하였다. Ipriflavone을 투여하고 치아회귀를 관찰한 결과 용량에 관계없이 대조군에 비하여 적은 양의 회귀를 나타내었으며 시간 간격에 따른 치아회귀를 관찰한 결과 대부분의 회귀가 5일째 나타난 대조군과 달리, 늦게 그리고 점진적으로 나타나는 양상을 보였다. Ipriflavone을 투여하고 조직소견을 관찰한 결과 대조군에 비하여 치조골연이 매끄러운 양상을 보였으며 시간 간격에 따른 조직소견을 관찰한 결과 대조군에 비하여 치주인대 재배열이 빠르게 나타나는 양상을 보였다. 이상의 결과는 ipriflavone의 투여가 치주조직의 재형성을 통하여 회귀를 억제함으로 교정적 치아이동 후 보정에 도움이 될 수 있음을 시사하였다. Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of ipriflavone on periodontal reorganization and prevention of relapse following tooth movement.<br> Methods: Orthodontic rubber bands were inserted between the first and second maxillary molars of 27 white male rats for 3 weeks for experimental tooth movement. From one day before the removal of orthodontic rubber band, ipriflavone was administered 50 or 400 mg/kg daily in each experimental group whereas carboxymethyl cellulose solution was administered in the control group. They were sacrificed at the 5, 10, and 15th day from the day of removal of orthodontic rubber bands. The amount of relapse was evaluated by measuring the interdental space, and the extent of periodontal reorganization was compared through histological examination.<br> Results: In case of ipriflavone administration, the amount and velocity of relapse was less and slower compared to the control group. In addition, the ipriflavone group showed more rapid periodontal reorganization compared to the control group.<br> Conclusions: The results of the present study suggest that ipriflavone administration can be used effectively in the prevention of relapse following orthodontic tooth movement through the acceleration of periodontal reorganization.
세척 수 및 보관온도가 세척 식용란 품질과 안전에 미치는 영향

The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of various washing waters on the quality and safety characteristics of eggs during storage. Eggs were washed with tap water, 100 ppm of sodium hypochlorite, or 30 ppm of slightly acidic electrolyzed water and stored at 10℃ and 20℃. Effects of various washing waters on reduction of Salmonella Enteritidis and aerobic plate counts and survival of S. Enteritidis on egg shells were also analyzed at 10℃ and 20℃ for 25 days. As an index of quality, haugh unit, weight reduction, and pHs of egg white and egg yolk were measured. Reduction percentages of haugh unit and weight were higher at 20℃ than at 10℃. Egg qualities were less affected by tap water, slightly acidic electrolyzed water, and sodium hypochlorite, regardless of storage temperature. The greatest reductions in aerobic plate counts and S. Enteritidis were observed with slightly acidic electrolyzed water. The level of S. Enteritidis on egg shells gradually decreased during 20 days of storage at both 10℃ and 20℃, whereas S. Enteritidis survived longer at 20℃ than at 10℃. S. Enteritidis was not detected in eggs at 10℃, 2.13 log CFU/g of S. Enteritidis was detected in eggs washed with sodium hypochlorite after 20 days of storage at 20℃, indicating that S. Enteritidis penetrated into the egg shell during storage at 20℃. In conclusion, slightly acidic electrolyzed water increased microbial reduction and least affected quality of washed eggs. Thus, slightly acidic electrolyzed water can be recommended for washing of graded eggs, at retail markets.
탄산수소나트륨과 트리클로산 배합치약의 항균 및 치면세균막 형성 억제효과

Objectives. The aim of this study was to evaluate the antimicrobial and anti-plaque effect of dentifrice containing 24% baking soda and 0.3% triclosan in vitro and in clinical trial. Methods. This study was composed of two parts. The first part evaluated in vitro antibacterial effect of dentifrices containing baking soda or baking soda with triclosan by minimum inhibition concentration (MIC) of alamar blue staining. The second part was to evaluate anti-plaque effects by a randomized, double-blind clinical study. A total of 73 subjects were enrolled in this study, and they were all healthy adult volunteers who provided informed consent. They were divided into three groups, which were the baking soda group (dentifrice containing 24% baking soda), the baking soda/triclosan group (dentifrice containing 24% baking soda and 0.3% triclosan) and the control group. All groups were instructed to perform tooth brushing more than two times per day and not use the other oral hygiene products. The plaque was measured by Turesky modification of Quigley-Hein index in the six representative teeth. All subjects were evaluated at baseline, four weeks and eight weeks. Results. According to the antimicrobial effect observed in the in vitro study, the baking soda with triclosan dentifrices group showed the lowest level of MIC to S. mutans (0.04%) and P. gingivalis (0.04%) compared to the control and other test groups. According to the effect of reducing plaque formation in clinical study, the baking soda/triclosan and the baking soda dentifrice groups showed significant reduction of plaque formation at four weeks (p<0.05), and additional reduction of plaque formation eight week laters (p<0.05). Conclusions. The dentifrice containing 24% of baking soda and 0.3% of triclosan showed more antibacterial and anti-plaque effects than the control or baking soda group by in vitro study and clinical trial.
