로봇 기술의 발전이 타 산업으로 확산되고 향후 수십 년 동안 산업구조를 근본적으로 변화시킬 것으로 예상됨에 따라 우리나라의 로봇산업도 국가 신 성장 동력으로 주목받고 있다. 이러한 산업적 흐름에 따라 중앙정부뿐만 아니라 지방정부에서도 로봇산업을 통해 지역경제를 활성화하고 고부가가치를 창출하기 위하여, 로봇산업을 주요 전략산업으로 선정하고 산업육성을 위해 노력하고 있지만 로봇산업과 지역경제성과를 실증적으로 분석한 연구는 부족한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 광역시도 차원에서 로봇산업의 지역의 경제적 성과에 대하여 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 로봇기업생산액, 로봇기업생산액비중, 로봇혁신기관유무를 독립변수를 설정하였으며, GRDP, 지역경제성장률, 청년취업률을 종속변수로 각각 선정하였다. 분석을 위하여 총 14개 광역자치단체별 로봇기업의 현황데이터와 각 부처가 발표하는 자료를 토대로 2015년 ~ 2017년도 패널데이터를 구축하였으며, 패널회귀분석을 통해 실증분석을 시도하였다. 분석결과 로봇기업생산액은 GRDP와 지역경제성장률에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 로봇기업생산액비중은 청년취업률에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났고, 로봇혁신기관 유무는 GRDP에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 종합하여 보면, 로봇산업의 모든 요인이 지역경제 요소에 있어 동일한 효과를 나타내지 않는다는 것을 의미한다. 그렇기 때문에 지역에서는 로봇산업 정책 수립에 있어 기존 지역 내 로봇기업의 외연을 확대하는 동시에, 지역 내 로봇산업이 다양화되고 확대될 수 있는 진흥정책이 복합되었을 때 지역경제에 있어 로봇산업이 올바른 역할을 할 것으로 판단된다. Regional governments have selected the robot industry as a major strategic industry and are making efforts to foster the industry to revitalize the regional economy and create high added value. Since there is a paucity of studies that empirically analyze the robot industry and its impact on the regional economy, this empirical study sought to analyze the regional economic performance of the robot industry at the metropolitan city level. For the study, the regional production output and the proportion of production output of the robot companies to the regional production output, and the presence or absence of robot innovation institutions were selected as independent variables. GRDP and the regional economic growth rate, and the youth employment rate were set as dependent variables. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the robot companies" production output had a positive effect on GRDP and the regional economic growth rate. Also, the proportion of the robot companies" production output affects youth employment rate and the presence or absence of a robot innovation institution affects GRDP. Taken together, it means that not all the facets of the robot industry have the same effect on the regional economy. Therefore, it is concluded that the robot industry will make a meaningful contribution to the regional economy when the policy encompasses the expansion plans of the existing robot companies and the promotion methods of the robot industry in the region.

Transfer Crane의 최적 제어기 설계에 관한 연구

Recently, an automatic crane control system is required with high speed and rapid transportation. Therefore, when container is transferred from the initial coordinate to the finial coordinate, the container paths should be built in terms of the least time and no swing. So in this paper, we calculated the anti-collision path for avoiding collision in its movement to the finial coordinate. And we constructed the neural network predictive two degree of freedom PID (NNPTDOFPID) controller to control the precise navigation. The proposed predictive control system is composed of the neural network predictor, two degree of freedom PID controller, neural network self-tuner which yields parameters of TDOFPID. Analyzed crane system through simulation, and proved excellency of control performance than other conventional controllers.
