        교류분석 이론에 근거한 드라이버와 시간구조화 척도 타당성 연구 : Study on the Validation of Driver Scale and Time Structuring Scale

        본 연구의 목적은 교류분석 이론에 근거한 성인용 드라이버와 시간구조화 척도를 개발하고 타당성을 검증하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 성인 1,671명(남 594명, 여 1,067명)으로 1차(2018년)와 2차(2019년) 두 차례의 연구로 진행되었다. 1차 연구는 드라이버 척도 64문항(완벽하게 하라 12문항, 남을 기쁘게 하라 12문항, 서둘러라 12문항, 열심히 하라 14문항, 강해져라 14문항), 시간구조화 척도 71문항(폐쇄 14문항, 의식 14문항, 활동 10문항, 잡담 13문항, 게임 10문항, 친밀 10)에 대해 타당성을 검증하여 신뢰로운 문항을 선정하는 것이었다. 2차 연구는 1차 연구분석 결과 선정된 드라이버 척도 45문항(5요인 각 9문항), 시간구조화 척도 48문항(6요인 각 8문항)에 대한 타당성 검증과정을 거쳐 드라이버와 시간구조화 척도를 표준화하는 것이었다. 연구 결과를 보면, 개발된 드라이버 45문항과 시간구조화 48문항 모두 신뢰롭고 타당도가 높은 문항임이 확인되었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 두 척도는 급속한 성장을 이룬 한국사회 성인의 병리적 현상과 특성을 이해하는데 유용할 것으로 판단된다. 또한 드라이버와 시간구조화 척도는 심리특성 진단, 학교 교육, 기업 등 다양한 분야에서 진단도구로 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is re-validate the validation of the Driver Scale and Time Structuring Scale devised by Moon, ho- young in 2017. This study is carried out two times with 1671 people - 1021 adults at first time and 650 at the other. The first study included 50 questions on driver scale devised by Moon, ho- young and 64 questions that added 14 questions: two questions on ‘Be perfect’, two on ‘Please others’, two on ‘Hurry up’, four on ‘Try hard’, four on ‘Be strong.’71 questions regarding on time structuring scale were studied in detail as the following: 11 questions were added to the 60 basic questions and the 11 questions were consisted of four questions on ‘Withdrawal’, four on ‘Rituals’, and three questions on ‘Pastimes’. The writers select highly valid and trustworthy questions using various method of analysis. The second study was conducted to validate the validation of the scale with 45 questions on drive scale and 48 questions on time structuring scale that were chosen from the first study result. Through these two studies researchers completed the Korean driver scale and time structuring scale. The result of this study clearly shows that 45 questions on driver scale questions and 48 questions on time structuring scale devised by Moon, ho- young(2017) including some modified questions and one newly invented question were highly valid and trustworthy in evaluating the validity of each scale. This result of this study proves that the driver scale and time structuring scale devised by Moon, ho-young(2017) is a valid tool for testing Korean adults.

        청소년지도자의 직무만족도 영향요인: 조직 발전가능성의 조절효과를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating effects of possibility for organization on the relationship between youth worker’s burnout & workload and job satisfaction. For this, a moderated regression analysis on the data of 125 youth workers in Chungcheongnam-do was carried out. Study findings are as follows: First, when the variables of gender, marital status, age and work experience period were controlled, burnout and workload had negative effects on job satisfaction, whereas possibility for organization had positive effects on job satisfaction. Second, possibility for organization moderated the effects of burnout on job satisfaction. In other words, when youth workers perceived their possibility for organization were grater, the negative effects of burnout on job satisfaction were decreased. As study findings showed, the positive perception of possibility for organization was proved to be a protective factor which alleviating burnout-oriented decrease of job satisfaction. Based on above study findings, this study groped after practical implications to improve youth worker’s job satisfaction, and presented the limitation of study and suggestions for follow-up studies.

        청소년지도사의 소진 유형 및 특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to examine the phenomena of youth worker`s burnout for the present, divide the classes of youth worker`s burnout, and understand the characteristics of youth worker`s burnout according to its classes. Study subjects were sampled with a snowball sampling method and a questionnaire survey of study subjects were carried out by mails or visitation over the period from August 23 to September 22, 2011. The data of 564 respondents were analyzed, except the data of 38 respondents who were insincere in their response or had no certificate for youth worker. Study findings are as follows: First, In order to examine the classes of youth worker`s burnout, latent class analysis was carried out. Results showed that the most appropriate model of youth worker`s burnout was the model of 4 latent classes of which suitability indexes of BLRT, BIC, adjusted BIC and so on were excellent. The investigator named the 4 classes as ``low burnout class``, ``emotional burnout class``, ``latent burnout class``, and ``high-risk burnout class`` and the proportion of youth workers for the 4 classes was 22.0%, 16.1%, 31.0%, and 30.9% respectively. Second, in order to examine the characteristics of the 4 burnout classes of youth workers, found out through the latent class analysis, multinominal logistic regression analysis and MANOVA were carried out. Results showed that youth workers in ``emotional burnout class`` had more workload and less social support from supervisors than those in ``low burnout class``. ``Latent burnout class`` experienced more role conflicts, more role ambiguity and more role overload than ``low burnout class``. Youth workers in ``high-risk burnout class`` experienced more role conflicts, more role ambiguity, more role overload and less social support from supervisors, together with higher use frequency of avoidance-oriented reaction techniques than those in ``low burnout class``. And youth workers in ``emotional burnout class``, ``latent burnout class``, and ``high-risk burnout class`` had less job satisfaction and organizational commitment and higher intention to quit than those in ``low burnout class``. Based on study findings, the practical/political implications were presented in the conclusion.

        청소년지도사의 직무만족에 관한 개념도 연구

        The purpose of this study was to explore factors to improve youth worker`s job satisfaction and then use it as basic data to improve youth worker`s work environment. For this, this study used the concept mapping method. First, via brainstorming, youth workers presented for themselves the ideas that seemed to be necessary in the improvement of their job satisfaction. And then, via the process of eliminating/integrating ideas that were overlapped or not agreed with study subjects, 28 ideas were worked out finally. Study participants were made to classify similar ideas and rate importance of every idea. Based on the categories, classified by participants, multidimensional scaling and hierarchical cluster analysis were carried out, thus working out concept mapping. As a result, four clusters in 2 dimensions (microscopic vs. macroscopic; organizational vs. individual) were worked out. The order of importance of the four clusters was ‘youth worker`s identity and status’, ‘supervision and support among organizational members’, ‘youth worker`s labor welfare and environment’, ‘strengthening youth worker`s capability.’ And based on the above study findings, strategies to improve youth worker`s job satisfaction were presented.

        청소년지도사의 직무만족 예측요인에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to examine the predictor of youth workers` job satisfaction via systematic linkage structure of their personal/job/organizational factors. For this, data on 564 youth workers who were active in actual scenes of service were examined. Study findings are as follows: First, the level of youth workers` job satisfaction was ordinary and the most effective predictor of it was supervisor`s social support. Second, youth workers, who received a higher social support from supervisors, whose depersonalization score of burnout was very low, and whose contact time with clients for a week was less than 11 hours, presented highest job satisfaction. On the other hand, such conditions as receiving supervisor`s social support less, perceiving communication within an organization to be closed, and having lower hardy personality were the determinants of lowering youth workers` job satisfaction. Third, although youth workers regarded supervisor`s social support as less than ordinary level, their individual personality of strong internal control could become a protective factor for job satisfaction. Fourth, situations in which medium level of social support was perceived, but the role of job was ambiguous or hardy personality was lower, were expected to be risk factors for job satisfaction, whereas such a personality as presenting nearly no burnout in the area of depersonalization was expected to be a protective factor. Based on the above study findings, this study presented strategies to improve youth workers` job satisfaction.

        청소년활동의 참여실태, 만족도 및 영역별 효과성

        This study aims at analyzing the participation situation, satisfaction and effectiveness of youth activities, and suggesting development plans for the vitalization of youth activities based on results from the analysis. The participation situation and satisfaction were surveyed with 1,141 adolescents, among which 625 adolescents were studied for the effectiveness. The term of survey were extended from March to December 2009, while surveys with questionnairrticipa type of self-completion by adolescents were being carried out through the mail system with a questionnairr.         청소년 자원봉사활동의 실태 및 효과에 관한 비교분석

        This study examined the realities and effects of volunteer work experience on adolescents. To accomplish the purpose of this study, the survey was conducted with 284 adolescents participating in the Prudential Spirit of Community Awards and 332 non-participating adolescents. The results of analysis indicated that adolescents participating in the PSCA reported an increased sense of social responsibility including cooperative spirit and altruistic identity, an increased sense of self-esteem, and an increased likelihood of improving career maturity and life satisfaction when compared to non-participating matched counterparts. These findings provide support for the notion that systematic and continuous volunteer work can provide adolescents with various benefits in their life. In conclusion, the results of this study proposed alternatives to improve youth volunteer work.

        임베디드 시스템과 전자상거래에서 함수형 패스워드방식의 사용자 인증 및 보안 방법에 대한 연구

        100여 년 동안 사용자 확인의 한 축을 담당해오던 비밀번호가 비대면 거래가 활성화 되면서 점차 제 기능을 다하지 못하여 이제 바뀔 때가 되었으며, 그 한 방편으로써 간접패스워드인 브레인키를 패스워드시스템에 적용하면 사용자의 패스워드의 해킹 등 다양한 유출 경로가 없으므로, 보다 안전한 전자 상거래를 활성화시킬 수 있다. 비밀번호는 현대인에게 있어서 생활필수품이므로 이에 대한 독점적 지위와 시장선점은 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 또한 비밀번호에 대한 문제는 국내에 국한 되지 않으므로 국내의 상업성은 일개 기업에 국한되지 않고 국제표준화를 선도할 수 있으므로 국가적 이익에도 부합된다. 본 연구에서는 전자상거래에서 발생하는 보안 솔루션을 제시하고자 한다. Password, a traditional user confirmation method that is used for more than 100 years, has become useless as a lot of transactions are dealt by indirect contacts. As a result, an alternative for password is required now. In this paper, we propose a novel confirmation method, which is called Brain-Key. It uses an indirect password input method. It reduces the risks due to hacking, and prevents a big credit accident because it prevents passwords to be reused. Our proposed model has general applicability so that it can be applied in domestic market as well as international markets. This research may provide solutions for the security problems in the electronic commerce.

        교류분석 이론에 기반한 청소년용 시간구조화 척도개발 및 타당화 연구

        The purpose of this study is to verify the development and validity of a time structuring scale for adolescents, a pattern of pursuing recognition stimulation based on the theory of transaction analysis. To this end, 166 preliminary questions were produced based on the concept of transaction analysis's time structure, and 90 questions were selected through content validity verification. The subjects of the study were 2,095 adolescents(848 men and 1,247 women), who were middle and high school students aged 15 to 18 living in large cities, and the final 60 questions were selected as the main survey questions through two preliminary survey data analysis. For the suitability of factor analysis of the preliminary question, the KMO sample suitability and Bartlett sphericity test values were suitable. In addition, as for the number of factors in factor analysis, six factors (withdrawals, rituals, activites, pastimes, games, and intimacy) suggested by the theory of transaction analysis were identified as the main components, and a total of 60 questions, 10 questions for each factor, were selected as time structuring scale. As a result of reliability verification, the internal consistency Cronbach's α between items was .890-.751, and in the case of test-retest, the test was .892-.772, and the re-test was .904-.791. In the case of the reliability of the split-half, the odd-numbered questions were .821-.615, and the even-numbered questions were .838-.639. It was found that the time structuring scale developed through this can be used as a standardized test tool for adolescents. Finally, the significance and limitations of this study and future research were suggested. 본 연구의 목적은 교류분석 이론에 근거한 인정자극 추구 패턴인 청소년용 시간구조화 척도개발 및 타당성을 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 교류분석의 구조화 개념을 바탕으로 166개 예비문항을 제작한 후 내용타당성 검증을 통해 90문항을 선정하였다. 연구대상은 청소년 2,095명(남 848명, 여 1,247명)으로 대도시 거주 15세~18세로 중고등학교 재학생이었고, 2차례의 예비조사 자료 분석을 통해 본조사 문항으로 최종 60문항을 선정하였다. 예비문항의 요인분석 적합성은 KMO 표본적합도와 Bartlett 구형성 검정값이 적합하였다. 또한 요인분석에서 요인의 수는 교류분석 이론에서 제시한 6요인(폐쇄, 의식, 활동, 잡담, 게임, 친밀)이 주성분으로 확인되었으며, 최종 각요인별 10개 문항씩 총 60문항이 시간구조화 척도로 선정되었다. 신뢰도 검증 결과 문항 간 내적 일관성 Cronbach’s α는 .890~.751, 검사-재검사의 경우 검사가 .892~.772이었고, 재검사는 .904~.791이었다. 반분검사 신뢰도의 경우 홀수문항은 .821~.615이었으며, 짝수문항은 .838~.639이었다. 이를 통해 개발된 시간구조화 척도가 청소년을 위한 표준화 검사 도구로 활용될 수 있음이 밝혀졌다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의 및 제한점과 향후 연구에 대해 제언하였다.
