        교사의 의사소통 유형과 청소년의 학교생활 적응과의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of communication between adolescents and school teachers on students' school life adaptation. To accomplish the purpose of this study, the survey was conducted with 553 students in 8 high schools located in Seoul and Kyoung-gi area. Adolescents perceived lower in aspect of adequacy and adaptability & uniformity than distribution, clarity, timing & timeliness, consistency, interest & accept. According to sub-factor of school life adaptation, 'attitude to studies and school record' was most negative factor. According to the effect of the communication between adolescents and teachers on students' school life adaptation, the strong predictive factor of school life adaptation was clarity. In conclusion, the results of this study propose alternatives to improve students' school life adaptation. 본 연구의 목적은 교사의 의사소통 유형과 청소년의 학교생활 적응과의 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 서울·경기 지역 고등학교에 다니는 학생 청소년들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구의 결과를 정리하면, 첫째, 조사대상자들은 교사의 의사소통 하위 유형들 가운데 분포성과 명료성 유형에 대해서는 비교적 긍정적으로 응답하였고, 적응성·통일성과 타당성 유형에 대해서는 상대적으로 부정적이었다. 둘째, 학교규범 준수와 학교생활 흥미에 비해 학업 및 성적에 대한 태도는 부정적인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교사가 명료성, 적기성, 타당성이 높은 대화를 할수록 청소년들의 학교생활에 대한 흥미가 높아지고 학업 및 성적에 대한 태도가 좋은 것으로 나타났으며, 교사가 명료성, 일관성이 높은 대화를 할수록 청소년들이 학교규범을 잘 준수하는 것으로 조사되었다. 이러한 결과에 기초하여 청소년들의 학교생활 적응을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하면 첫째, 교사를 대상으로 전문적이고 정기적인 의사소통에 대한 교육이 필요하다. 둘째, 의사소통에 대한 교육은 학생 청소년들에게도 함께 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 원활한 의사소통이 이루어질 수 있도록 학교 환경의 개선이 중요하다. 넷째, 학교생활 적응을 위해서는 근본적으로 현행 교육제도의 개선이 함께 이루어져야 한다.

      • 포스트 코로나 시대의 청소년활동 활성화 방안 연구

        본 연구는 포스트 코로나 시대에 대면 방식과 비대면 방식의 청소년활동을 함께 운영함으로써 청소년들에게 더 많은 활동의 참여 기회를 보장·확대해 주고, 청소년활동의 활성화를 도모할 필요가 있다는 인식에서 출발하였다. 이러한 인식하에 비대면 청소년활동을 중심으로 문제점 및 개선방안 등을 탐색하였으며, 이를 토대로 포스트 코로나 시대의 청소년활동 활성화를 위한 방안을 모색하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 선행연구 고찰, 비대면 청소년활동의 참여 실태 및 운영 현황 분석, 전문가 의견조사 및 자문 등을 실시하고, 이를 바탕으로 포스트 코로나 시대의 청소년활동 참여 활성화를 위한 정책 방안을 4가지 영역 11개 과제로 제시하였다. 이에 대한 구체적인 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 디지털 인프라 구축영역에서는 청소년시설의 디지털 환경 구축, 지역사회 내 공유 디지털 기기 및 공간 마련, 청소년활동 통합지원 온라인 플랫폼(가칭) 구축을 제안하였다. 둘째, 비대면 청소년활동의 질적 내실화 영역에서는 맞춤형 컨설팅 지원 및 우수사례 보급, 체계적인 비대면 청소년활동 실태조사 및 연구 추진을, 셋째, 청소년활동 참여기회 보장 및 확대 영역에서는 대면 방식과 비대면 방식을 혼합한 청소년활동 확대, 청소년 디지털 사각지대 해소, 청소년 디지털 역량 강화를, 마지막으로 청소년지도자 역량개발 지원 영역에서는 청소년지도자의 역량 강화를 위한 체계적인 교육지원, 비대면 청소년활동 운영 가이드라인 마련, 청소년지도자의 네트워크 지원을 제안하였다.

        청소년지도사의 직무만족에 관한 개념도 연구

        The purpose of this study was to explore factors to improve youth worker`s job satisfaction and then use it as basic data to improve youth worker`s work environment. For this, this study used the concept mapping method. First, via brainstorming, youth workers presented for themselves the ideas that seemed to be necessary in the improvement of their job satisfaction. And then, via the process of eliminating/integrating ideas that were overlapped or not agreed with study subjects, 28 ideas were worked out finally. Study participants were made to classify similar ideas and rate importance of every idea. Based on the categories, classified by participants, multidimensional scaling and hierarchical cluster analysis were carried out, thus working out concept mapping. As a result, four clusters in 2 dimensions (microscopic vs. macroscopic; organizational vs. individual) were worked out. The order of importance of the four clusters was ‘youth worker`s identity and status’, ‘supervision and support among organizational members’, ‘youth worker`s labor welfare and environment’, ‘strengthening youth worker`s capability.’ And based on the above study findings, strategies to improve youth worker`s job satisfaction were presented.

        청소년지도사의 직무만족 예측요인에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to examine the predictor of youth workers` job satisfaction via systematic linkage structure of their personal/job/organizational factors. For this, data on 564 youth workers who were active in actual scenes of service were examined. Study findings are as follows: First, the level of youth workers` job satisfaction was ordinary and the most effective predictor of it was supervisor`s social support. Second, youth workers, who received a higher social support from supervisors, whose depersonalization score of burnout was very low, and whose contact time with clients for a week was less than 11 hours, presented highest job satisfaction. On the other hand, such conditions as receiving supervisor`s social support less, perceiving communication within an organization to be closed, and having lower hardy personality were the determinants of lowering youth workers` job satisfaction. Third, although youth workers regarded supervisor`s social support as less than ordinary level, their individual personality of strong internal control could become a protective factor for job satisfaction. Fourth, situations in which medium level of social support was perceived, but the role of job was ambiguous or hardy personality was lower, were expected to be risk factors for job satisfaction, whereas such a personality as presenting nearly no burnout in the area of depersonalization was expected to be a protective factor. Based on the above study findings, this study presented strategies to improve youth workers` job satisfaction.

        청소년지도자의 직무만족도 영향요인: 조직 발전가능성의 조절효과를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating effects of possibility for organization on the relationship between youth worker’s burnout & workload and job satisfaction. For this, a moderated regression analysis on the data of 125 youth workers in Chungcheongnam-do was carried out. Study findings are as follows: First, when the variables of gender, marital status, age and work experience period were controlled, burnout and workload had negative effects on job satisfaction, whereas possibility for organization had positive effects on job satisfaction. Second, possibility for organization moderated the effects of burnout on job satisfaction. In other words, when youth workers perceived their possibility for organization were grater, the negative effects of burnout on job satisfaction were decreased. As study findings showed, the positive perception of possibility for organization was proved to be a protective factor which alleviating burnout-oriented decrease of job satisfaction. Based on above study findings, this study groped after practical implications to improve youth worker’s job satisfaction, and presented the limitation of study and suggestions for follow-up studies.

        청소년지도사의 소진 유형 및 특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to examine the phenomena of youth worker`s burnout for the present, divide the classes of youth worker`s burnout, and understand the characteristics of youth worker`s burnout according to its classes. Study subjects were sampled with a snowball sampling method and a questionnaire survey of study subjects were carried out by mails or visitation over the period from August 23 to September 22, 2011. The data of 564 respondents were analyzed, except the data of 38 respondents who were insincere in their response or had no certificate for youth worker. Study findings are as follows: First, In order to examine the classes of youth worker`s burnout, latent class analysis was carried out. Results showed that the most appropriate model of youth worker`s burnout was the model of 4 latent classes of which suitability indexes of BLRT, BIC, adjusted BIC and so on were excellent. The investigator named the 4 classes as ``low burnout class``, ``emotional burnout class``, ``latent burnout class``, and ``high-risk burnout class`` and the proportion of youth workers for the 4 classes was 22.0%, 16.1%, 31.0%, and 30.9% respectively. Second, in order to examine the characteristics of the 4 burnout classes of youth workers, found out through the latent class analysis, multinominal logistic regression analysis and MANOVA were carried out. Results showed that youth workers in ``emotional burnout class`` had more workload and less social support from supervisors than those in ``low burnout class``. ``Latent burnout class`` experienced more role conflicts, more role ambiguity and more role overload than ``low burnout class``. Youth workers in ``high-risk burnout class`` experienced more role conflicts, more role ambiguity, more role overload and less social support from supervisors, together with higher use frequency of avoidance-oriented reaction techniques than those in ``low burnout class``. And youth workers in ``emotional burnout class``, ``latent burnout class``, and ``high-risk burnout class`` had less job satisfaction and organizational commitment and higher intention to quit than those in ``low burnout class``. Based on study findings, the practical/political implications were presented in the conclusion.
