Recently, as the importance of energy efficiency has increased and the form of energy supply has diversified, the concept of heat trading that can efficiently manage energy sources is becoming more important. In this study, a smart platform demonstration complex that implements hybrid heat supply of district heating with renewable energy was built, and a system capable of bi-directional energy trade between district heating and prosumers or between prosumers connected through an energy network was developed. A renewable energy facility in the demonstration complex has been built, and the facility is replacing some of the heat supply from district heating. In addition, based on the stable operation of the demonstration complex, district heating and renewable energy heat sources, the bidirectional heat supply function was implemented and the actual data were analyzed.

일반적으로 변속기 전체에 대한 내구시험을 통하여 파킹 락 기어의 내구성을 평가한다. 파킹 락 기어 부품 하나의 내구시험에 대한 시험 기준은 부재한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 파킹 락 기어의 내구시험 기준을 자체적으로 설정하여, 내구 성능시험을 수행하였다. 파킹 락 기어의 항복응력을 구하기 위해 정적 파단 시험을 수행하였고, 항복응력의 60%를 내구시험 조건으로 설정하였다. 설정된 시험조건으로 100만회의 반복내구 성능시험을 수행하였다. 또한, 내구 성능시험을 수행하기 위하여, 전용 지그를 제작하였다. 제작된 지그가 정적 파단시험에서 파손되어, 파손된 지그에 대한 유한요소해석을 수행하고 설계를 변경하였다. 수정한 지그를 제작하여 자체적으로 설정한 시험기준으로 내구 성능시험을 수행한 결과, 파킹 락기어는 본 조건에 충족하였다. 본 연구에서 수행된 시험과 해석을 통하여 파킹 락 기어의 성능 및 내구 한계에 대한 기초 데이터를 확보하였고, 이러한 기초 데이터는 파킹 락 기어의 설계와 개발에 중요한 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 사료된다. Generally, the durability of the parking lock gear is evaluated through an endurance test for the entire transmission but no test standard exists for the durability test of one part of a parking lock gear. Therefore, in this study, the durability test standards of the parking lock gear were determined autonomously, and the durability performance test was conducted. A static fracture test was carried out to determine the yield strength of the parking lock gear, and a durability test condition was set to 60 % of the yield strength. The durability test of 1,000,000 times was conducted under the given conditions using a dedicated test jig manufactured for the test. Because the jig fractured during the static fracture test, finite element analysis for the jig was carried out and the jig was re-designed. The modified jig was manufactured and the durability test was carried out based on the test standard of autonomously. The basic data on the performance and endurance limit of the parking lock gear were obtained using these tests and analyses, and the basic data will be used as fundamental materials for the design and the development of the parking lock gear.
무시멘트 고관절 전치환술을 이용한 고관절 골절 탈구의 치료

The authors evaluated the results of total hip arthroplasty in patients who had a fracture-dislocation of hip treated initially with a nonoperative method or with an open reduction and internal fixation.The series involved 8 males and 1 female with an average age of 45 years(range 32 to 52 years) at the time of injury. Traffic accidents were the main causes of injury(8 out of 9 cases). Following the arthroplasty, 9 arthroplasties have been evaluated for more than one year(range 1 to 10.4 year). Until now, satisfactory results could be obtained after arthroplasty, but the reported group was very small, so it is necessary to do long term follow up.

We retrospectively evaluated our results of replantations of distal digital amputations and analyzed the factors deterrent to the survival of replanted digits. From January 2004 to 2005 June, we performed 101 cases of replantations following complete amputations at or distal to interphalangeal joint level. The study included 98 patients with a mean age of 35.6 years (range 1 to 63 years). Amputation level correlated to zone I (distal to the lunula)in 47 cases and zone II (lunula to distal interphalangeal joint) in 54 cases according to Yamano's classification. According to the mechanism of amputation, 24 cases (22.9%) suffered from guillotine type injury, 27 cases (27.1 %) from avulsion type injury and 50 cases (50%) from crush type injury. In all cases, a single arterial anastomosis was performed. Venous anastomosis on either volar or dorsal side was performed in 12 cases of amputation in zone II. Salvage procedure for venous drainage was performed in 98 cases. The mean duration of salvage procedures was 5.9 days (ranging from 4 to 14 days). Successful replantation was achieved in 96 cases (95.1%), which included 93.7% cases in zone I amputations and 96.3% cases in zone II amputations. A single venous anastomosis was performed in 12 cases of amputation in zone II. All of them survived completely. Among the 5 cases that failed to survive, 3 cases were related with avulsion injury in zone I. Initial mechanism of injury determines the survival rate of amputated parts as it is directly related with the status of vessels and soft tissues. Meticulous precaution during the salvage procedure may affect the overall survival rate of distal digital replantations.
전위된 관절내 종골 골절의 수술적 치료 후 방사선학적 계측치와 임상 결과와의 관계

Objectives: The purpose of our study was to evaluate the relationship between radiographic parameters and clinical results after operative treatment of the displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures. Materials and Methods: We analyzed 35 patients of unilateral displaced intraarticular calcaneal fractures who had been treated by operative treatment. At the last follow up, we measured the radiographic parameters including Bohler angle, Gissane angle, heel height, calcaneal length, talocalcaneal angle, talar declination angle, and subtalar incongruity between normal and affected site. Clinical results were measured by Creighton-Nebraska Health Foundation Assessment Score (CNH). And then the correlation between the radiographic parameters and the clinical results were analysed by Pearson correlation method. Results: The average difference between normal and affected site were Bohler angle 15˚ (0-35), Gissan angle 6.5˚(0-20), heel height 4.7mm (1-12), calcaneal length 2.0mm (0-7), talocalcaneal angle 5.5˚(1-19), talar declination angle 2.2˚(0-8), calcaneal width 4.0mm (1-9), subtalar incongruity 0.54mm (0-2.5). The correlation coefficients between radiographic parameters and CNH score were Bohler angle 0.066 (p=0.75), Gissane angle 0.038 (p=0.829), heel height 0.019 (p=0.916), calcaneal length 0.091 (p=0.386), talocalcaneal angle 0.059 (p=0.737), talar declination angle 0.118 (p=0.501) , calcaneal width 0.250 (p=0.291), and subtalar incongruity 0.784 (p=0.002) respectively. Among the all radiographic parameters, The subtalar incongruity shows strong linear correlation with clinical results. Conclusion: We suggested that the subtalar incongruity was significantly correlated with the' clinical results after operative treatment of the displaced intraarticular calcaneal fractures.
