In the 21st century, the information-oriented society, the high value-added information industry is the main part. To gather information comes true mostly byusing computer. The Art Education is much influenced by ICT teaching skills of using computer etc. The Art Education is the human eduaction through the art. The Art Education is not only to instruct students formative skills and cultural knowledge but also to cultivate humanism that beautifies and improves our environment by raising a sense of beauty and developing creative genius. If the learning contents are provided appropriately, diversely, repeatedly by using ICT in Art Education just the same, that can be one of the useful methods for learners to get to the goal of learning. As the contents developed by many teachers are input to the teaching-learning step according to the appropriate input time, the effect of learning can be built up. When the teaching-learning activity is performen in school, it reaches the limit in the method of cultivating the aesthetic attitude feeling and enjoying the beauty because of the limitation in time and place, the distinctive quality of the Art Education. Teacher should provide the visual information to the students and guide them in searching it for themselves. Now, however, the care of the learners with this character leaves much to be desired. In this study, the presentation and the homepage are applied to the expression learning, the homepage to the appreciation field (the art history), the computer graphic is input to the class in the design expression area, students can solve the problems and just know the answers on line using data site and cafe site in evaluation. As the developed ICT is applied to the some units, the easy reading presentation is effective for the expression learning and the induction of learning motive, and the learning using Internet is good in the part of the appreciation and evaluation. And as a large majority of the students take an more interest in the Art Education because of the teaching-learning method using ICT, that is introduced the effective teaching-learning method to the Art Education.

This paper aims at developing multimedia English educational contents which can motivate learners to study English and improve their English abilities by applying the hippocampus learning system to the e-Learning system suggested as means of solving the social problem caused by the gap of English abilities among the people. To develop learning contents, this study tried to find an learning method suitable to adolescents, the main target of this research, by examining their peculiar life styles and values, and searched for various elements which can contribute to the improvement of their English learning. Especially, this study focused on factors contributing to formation of long-term memory, and designed components of multimedia which can help learning contents to be stored as long-term memory. The unity game engine was used to implement the designed components. This study also describes optimization procedure for mobile device, sensor-based character control method, interaction methods, speech synthesis-based voice output, and communication with virtual characters using voice recognition as well. Finally, it predicts learning effects through implemented contents, and suggests limits of the implemented contents, and future directions of the English educational contents for the present young generation.
