체중감량 후 글루코스투여가 카테콜아민 및 등속성 근력에 미치는 영향

        문원재(Won Jae Moon),장권(Kwon Jang) 한국여성체육학회 2002 한국여성체육학회지 Vol.16 No.1

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of carbohydrate ingestion after weight reduction on catecholamines and isokinetic strength. Sixteen Taekwondo athletes (21±1.21 yrs) were matched and randomly placed into carbohydrate ingestion and placebo ingestion. Each groups reduced body weight by 5% during 2week. Altered Åstrand protocol used to measure maximal exercise capacity with arm ergometer. Muscle strength, power, and endurance were determined using Isokinetic dynamometer (Cybex-Ⅱ system). Blood sample was obtained at rest, during 10minute and immediately after completion of the test, and recovery(30min, 60min). Catecholamines concentration (epinephrine, norepinephrine) increase after weight reduction and the rate of increase was more higher in norepinephrine in contrast to epinephrine. Carbohydrate ingestion decreased this variable after weight reduction and the rate of decrease was more higher rather than placebo group. In isokinetic strength test, strength and power did not show any change after weight reduction, but endurance decrease significantly. In endurance test carbohydrate ingestion recovered this decrease to base line level and the rate of recovery more higher than placebo group. In conclusion weight reduction in weight class athletes changed metabolic substrate and hormone and decreased exercise performance. Carbohydrate ingestion altered this change and recovered exercise performance partially. Further study needed to elucidate the exact mechanism with weight reduction and carbohydrate ingestion related to muscle glycogan and DNA syntheses.

        문원재 ( Won-jae Moon ),김길성 ( Gil-sung Kim ),박명은 ( Myeong-eun Park ) 한국체육대학교 체육과학연구소 2015 스포츠사이언스 Vol.33 No.1

This study aims to analyze the method of managing athletes and referees who participate in the Incheon Asian Games and collect tactics and strategies for athletes to get ready for Brazil Rio Olympics, 2016. Through the results, the following issues and points of improvement could be drawn. First, in the past, South Korea has maintained the first or second ranks promoting its own status as the country from which Taekwondo has originated, but now, it is very difficult to get good results in international competitions. Second, in fact, Korean athletes have poorer international perspectives and experiences since they are frequently substituted through a repeated selection contest each year. Thus, it is necessary to introduce a new system for the selection contest that can continuously maintain national team players. Third, according to the current game rules, facial techniques consist of the concept of touch, so leaders often ask for a review (video replay). It is desirable that converting the touch on the face to the concept of hit. Fourth, associations and participants should focus on increasing its status as the country from which Taekwondo has originated through more investments, and the leaders of each team should fast recognize and learn the game rules of international competitions which change each time, and they should instruct athletes to effectively cope with them at the site of the competition through quality training. Fifth, South Korea should obtain information about many excellent athletes of other countries and share and analyze it with its athletes in order to develop the best training program. Moreover, Korean athletes should increase their individual skills so that through their many game experiences, they can get good results on the international stage as well.

문원재 ( Won Jae Moon ),정광채 ( Kwang Chae Jung ) 한국체육대학교 체육과학연구소 2014 스포츠사이언스 Vol.31 No.2

This study is based on the technical analysis on 2012 London Olympic Games’ women’s match of weight classification four, the objective is to provide the technical direction and study the changes of technical skills and introduction of electronic protectors and its score distribution· The results are followed· First, In 2012 London Olympic Games, use of electronic protector allowed to demonstrate more stable and easy Dollyeochagi which took over the entire game’s atmosphere· The crucial part of this type of a game was the face attack that was followed after the kick and the frequency of the face attack has increased after the introduction of new device· Each contest’s issue was highly depended on the success of the attack· Second, The introduction of electronic protector brought a dynamic match by differentiating a score of punches and kicks but also resulted in limiting skills other than kicks and punches on overall weight division matches into similar dull skills for easier scoring· Third, The electronic protector’s scoring is sensitive to contact of sensors which allowed more powerful and accurate hit but it needs improvement as the sensor reacts to minor hit that should not be counted in scoring· Fourth In this Olympic Games, trunk attack skill dependency was transformed to head attack skill, and, to achieve more stable score, use of the front spin kick was more frequently used than the back kick as the counterattack to the Dollyeochagi· Fifth, In each game match, victor’s skills are more focused and expressed, however we also consider the fact that all different weight divisions carry unique technical skills· All this information is very crucial in analyzing the Olympic weight division·

리우 올림픽을 향한 체급별 우수선수 분석

        문원재 ( Moon Won-jae ) 한국체육대학교 체육과학연구소 2017 스포츠사이언스 Vol.34 No.2

The purpose of this study is to analyze the game of all four classes of men and women participating in the Rio Olympic Games in 2016 to analyze the technology according to the Olympic Taekwondo competition. That was the purpose. The results are as follows: First, the World Taekwondo Federation has introduced a ranking system to increase the popularity of the Olympic Games and the popularity and reputation of the best players since the Liu Olympic Games, but it has led to some problems. Second, G1 and G2 open competitions were approved, and the way in which the athletes earned score points for their participation resulted in the development of rich and poor people. Third, in the case of the Grand Prix, it is difficult for top athletes to participate because of their participation in the 32nd rank of the world rankings. In the Grand Prix, Grand Prix winner of the Grand Prix Final (G4) It is unreasonable in terms of the opportunity to participate in the Olympic Games because new players and weak players are not able to compete because they acquire the score. Fourth, in order to survive in the Olympic Games and the Olympic Games in Tokyo, research and development of techniques using sole sensors are required. Fifth, KP & P is currently scoring in the field because it uses two electronic huts such as Dae Do and Dae Do. For that reason, researches on improvement of electronic hut and more advanced technology have not been made. There is a need for improved and high quality electronic equipment through more investment. Sixth, there is currently no skill for two points because there are one point of fist, three points of face, and four points of face technique by rotation. I think that the scoring technique for two points should be added as soon as possible.
