Osteoblastoma-like Osteosarcoma of the Proximal Tibia: A Case Report

Osteoblastoma-like osteosarcoma is a rare, low-grade variant of osteosarcoma that may resemble osteoblastoma clinically, radiographically and histologically. We report a case of osteoblastoma-like osteosarcoma in the right proximal tibia in a 17-year-old woman. Plain radiography revealed an irregular osteolytic lesion in the metaepiphysis of the right proximal tibia and transverse fracture line of the metaphysic through an osteolytic lesion. MRI showed well-defined mass confined to the medullary space with cortical disruption and pathologic fracture. The MR signals were low on T1-weighted image and intermediate on T2-weighted image.

자율규제를 통한 사회복지 비영리조직에 대한 감독의 효율화 방안 연구

본 연구는 우리나라 사회복지서비스 공급의 실질적 전달체계로서의 역할을 맡고 있는 사회복지 비영리조직의 책임성을 강화하면서도 현실적으로 실효성 있는 규제 방안을 발전시키기 위하여 자율규제(self-regulation)의 실태를 분석하고, 이를 근거로 다양한 자율규제 발전을 위한 과제들을 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 논문, 법률 자료, 비영리단체의 간행물, 정책보고서, 정부 간행물, 신문, 비영리단체 발간물 등의 자료를 활용하고, 대구·경북의 5개 사회복지기관의 중간관리자 및 최고 관리자들에 대한 심층 인터뷰(in-depth interview)를 진행하여 내용을 분석하였다. 그 결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 세 가지 자율규제 유형들- 강제적인 자율규제, 적응적인 자율규제, 전문적 자율규제- 중 현재로서 가장 발달되어 있는 형태는 강제적인 자율규제 유형이었다. 그러나 이의 효과성이나 효율성은 크지 않았다. 둘째, 기부자 주도의 적응적인 자율규제 시스템은 전혀 발전되지 않았다. 셋째, 전문적 자율규제에서 전문직의 직업윤리로서의 강령은 사회복지사업이 발달하는 초창기부터 체계화되어 왔던 것에 비해 사회복지조직의 윤리경영은 한국사회복지협의회를 주축으로 이제 시범사업 초기 단계로 시작에 불과하였다.

This paper is a theoretical approach for the partnership between government and nonprofit sector, which is an alternative to providing social service in the modern welfare state. Originating from the late 1970's, due to the increased criticism against the welfare state and welfare state crisis theory, the western states took action in an attempt to rearrange their economic situation and escape from or solve economic difficulty based on the new liberalist thought. These attempts increased the role of the private sector. This was achieved through transforming the government organizations to private enterprises, shifting the public services provided to private organizations, or through contracts with private organizations. However, even among such new liberalist trend, in case of providing social services is the quisi-public goods, the partnership between the government and nonprofit sector characterized private initiative but public serving is has been seeking than privatization. Thus, the nonprofit sector was financially supported by the government like other government services, which not only reduced the rigid, uncompetitive and inhumane aspect of government organizations, but also facilitated the financially struggling nonprofit sector. This provided a win-win situation between both parties. This study analyses the division of roles between the government and nonprofit sector and tries to produce a new approach in which social services can be provided. Therefore the conceptual definition of the nonprofit social welfare sector and theoretical background for partnership between the government and nonprofit sector to providing social services, other countries partnership experiences, and the theoretical restraints of this partnership were all analyzed. Finally, utilizing the above analysis a new model of the partnership between the government and nonprofit sector was explored.

On this research, we have looked case studies of the effect of color utilization which is discussing in qualitative subject. Especially, color use of environmental space design, it shows interesting results including socioeconomic point of view. There are founded color's role as solution of the social issues such as preventing crime or suicide and their endeavors comes out effective in a reality. Not only for color's psychology effect but also its functional aspects are verified. Therefore color has been using diverse areas. Especially there is a result showed that appropriate placement of color makes work place better, affects visually, mentally and physically. It has positive effects such as energy saving, decrease tiredness and worker's productivity. On this research, we analyze industries and their sites to apply appropriate color replacement. We suggest functional color elements and standard color spectrums for applying real sites. 대표적인 정성적 주제로써 논의되는 색채의 기능적 활용에 대한 연구를 활용사례를 중심으로 분석하였다. 특히 환경 분야의 색채 활용은 사회적, 경제적으로 흥미로운 결과를 보이고 있는데 그 중 범죄예방이나 자살 예방 등 사회적 문제를 완화할 수있는 방안이 실제로 적용되어 상당한 효과를 내고 있다. 또한 심리적인 부분뿐만 아니라 색채가 갖는 기능적인 다양한 측면으로도 그 효과가 검증되고 있고 이에 따라 여러 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 특히 업무환경에 시각적, 정신적, 육체적으로 다양한 영향을 끼치며 효과적인 색채의 배치는 일터를 쾌적하게 하여 생산성에도 큰 영향을 끼치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 특히 작업현장에서 색채의 기능과 역할은 안전성, 에너지 절감, 작업효율성 향상, 신체 피로도 경감 등의 효과가 나타나는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이에 본 연구에서는 여러 분야에 활용되는 색채와 빛의 사례를 조사 및 분석해보고 색채의 기능적 요소를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구에 이어 후속연구에서는 현장의 실제 적용에 용이하도록 표준 색채를 설정하여 그 기준을 정하고자 한다.
