흰 쥐의 간 homogenate에 alloxan을 가하고 succinic dehydrogenase-cytochrome oxidase 계열과 ascorbic acid 산화에서 alloxan의 작용을 관찰한 바 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. Alloxan에 의한 ascorbic acid 산화에 관한 효소는 alloxan을 첨가하였을때에 불안정하여 쉽게 파괴되고 $38^{\circ}C$ 에서는 alloxan 첨가후 10분에서 거의 완전히 그 기능을 상실하였다. 그리고 이 효소는 cytochrome c 와는 아무 관계가 없었다. 2. Alloxan은 succinic dehydrogenase 활성을 약간 억제하나 의의있는 정도는 아니었다. The effect of dehydro-L-ascorbic acid (DHA) on L-ascorbic acid oxidase in the rat liver homogenate was observed with Warburg apparatus and the following conclusions were obtained. L-Ascorbic acid (ASA) and DHA were destroyed considerably even in a state of phosphate buffer solution but when liver homogenate was added to solution both ASA and DHA were protected from destruction probably by the protective effect of the protein of the homogenate. DHA had no effect on the destruction of ASA at low concentration of DHA, but it inhibited the destruction of ASA at high concentration. Inhibition of the destruction of ASA by DHA was perhaps due to the effect of DHA on the cytochrome c.

Dehydro-L-ascorbic acid (DHA) was added to the liver homogenates of rats and the O₂-consumption was observed. DHA increased the O₂-consumption at low levels of DH A but decreased it at high levels. DHA inhibited the O₂-consumption in the succinic dehydrogenase-cytochrome oxidase system of the liver homogenates of rats, but addition of cytochromeic reversed the inhibitory effect of DHA and tended to increase the O₂-consumption when cytochrome c was added in sufficient quantity. It may be suggested then that DHA stimulates succinic dehydrogenase but inhibits the activity of cytochrome c.

지식기반사회에서 새로운 교육형태로 대두되고 있는 온라인 협력학습은 실제적이고 고차원적인 문제해결 능력을 향상시키며 학습의 몰입을 촉진하는 효과적인 방안으로 활발하게 논의되고 있다. 협력학습은 개인학습과 달리 팀을 구성하여 공동의 목적을 설정하고 과제를 수행하면서 산출물을 생성하는 복잡한 절차를 거치게 되며, 성공적인 협력학습을 위해 협력학습과정에서 학습자의 자기주도학습 능력, 그룹간 상호작용, 학습자료의 공유 촉진 전략이 필요하다. 그러나 교수자가 모든 학습자의 협력활동을 모니터하고 문제점에 대해 적극적인 조언자 역할을 수행하기에 어려운 실정이며, 기존의 협력학습지원 도구만으로는 학생들의 협력활동을 촉진시키기에는 제한적이다 따라서 본 연구에서는 온라인 협력학습에서의 상호작용을 모니터하고 촉진하기 위해 협력학습지원 에이전트(ECOLA)를 개발하였다. 협력학습지원 에이전트(ECOLA)는 협력학습모델과 협력학습 촉진전략에 기반한 모니터링 에이전트와 촉진자 에이전트로 구현되었다. Online collaborative teaming, which has emerged as a new type of education in knowledge-based society, is being discussed actively in the areas of action learning at companies and project-based learning and inquiry-based learning at schools. It regards as an effective method for improving learners practical and highly advanced problem solving abilities, and for stimulating their absorption into learning through pursuing common goals of learning together. Different from individual learning, however, collaborative learning involves complicated processes such as organizing teams, setting common goals, performing tasks and evaluating the outcome of team activities .Thus, it is difficult for a teacher to promote and evaluate the whole process of collaborative learning, and it is necessary to develop systems to support collaborative learning. Therefore, in order to monitor and promote interaction among learners in the process of collaborative learning, the present study developed an extensible collaborative teaming supporting agent (ECOLA) in online learning environments.
EEG 생체신호 기반 3D 시각피로 측정방법에 대한 타당화 연구

Recent development of 3D technologies made it possible that observers perceive 3D depth from two dimensional images. Despite this kind of technological development, when observers watch 3D display they experience 3D visual fatigue that they do not usually experience in real life. It is critical to measure visual fatigue in order to overcome the problem of 3D visual fatigue. The purpose of the present study was to develop a protocol to measure 3D visual fatigue based on an EEG signal and to examine its validity. The first experiment explored the possible ERP components that reflected visual fatigue in 2D and 3D conditions. The second experiment examined whether the feature of the component found in the first experiment was affected by the amount of binocular disparity. Both in Cz and Pz channels, the peak amplitude of P3 component was much lower in 3D rather than in 2D conditions, and it decreased as the amount of binocular disparity increased. The subjective 3D visual fatigue also increased with the amount of binocular disparity. These results imply that the peak amplitude of P3 component at Cz and Pz channels can be used as an index of 3D visual fatigue.

이 논문은 명암(grayScale)을 갖는 텍스트 문서 영상을 위한 새로운 워터마킹 알고리즘을 제안한다. 텍스트 문서 영상을 여러 블록으로 나누었을 때, 블록 영상들의 에지 방향 히스토그램이 유사하다는 부분 영상의 일관성이라는 특성을 갖는다. 이러한 특성을 이용하여 블록의 에지 방향 히스토그램을 조작하여 신호를 삽입한다. 다양한 공격에 대한 실험을 통하여 알고리즘의 강인성과 비인지성을 분석하였다.
