This paper deals with Joseon literati’s understanding on the poem ‘Jianjia’in “The Book of Odes · Qinfeng” and the relevant aspects of their poems and ‘Jianjia’, which pays attention to Joseon literati’s understanding on the poetic themes. Along with the use of the original or the transformation of verse and poetic diction also the related aspects. Joseon literati showed their pursuit of the implication of poetry by utilizing the original or the transformation of ‘Jianjia’ in their poems. The reason why the literati got engrossed in poem ‘Jianjia’ is that Joseon Dynasty was in a complicated social situation politically due to the clashes between parties back then, so they wrote poems related to ‘Jianjia’ when they feel lonely or secluded. Literally, the versatility of the poem ‘Jianjia’ and the sophisticated ambiguity of poetic diction like “Yiren” took classical literati’s interests in the poem Jianjia. The scope of this review is confined to the poetry of Joseon literati on the website of the Korean Classical Translation Agency. 본고는 조선조 문인들의 『시경』 秦風의 「겸가」 詩 이해 및 그들의 시와 「겸가」의 관련 양상을 다루었다. 즉 조선조 문인들의 「겸가」 詩旨에 대한 이해와 詩句 · 詩語에 대한 원용 내지 변용 관련 양상을 살펴보았다. 조선조시기 문인들은 「겸가」와 관련된 자신의 詩에서 「겸가」의 詩句나 詩語를 원용 내지 변용함으로써 시의 함축성에 대한 추구를 나타냈다. 그들이 「겸가」에 관심을 가진 데는 정치적으로는 조선조시기 복잡한 사회상황과 첨예한 당파 싸움으로 말미암아 이 시기 문인들은 스스로 외롭거나 쓸쓸할 때나 혹은 은둔해 있는 상황에서 「겸가」 관련 詩를 지었고, 문학적으로는 「겸가」 詩旨에 대한 多意性과 ‘伊人’과 같은 시어의 고도로 되는 모호성이 한국 고전 문인들로 하여금 「겸가」篇에 관심을 가지게 한 것으로 보인다.

The vasorelaxant effect of an extract of Lophatherum gracile Brongn (ELB) and its possible action mechanism were ascertained in aortic tissues isolated from rats. ELB relaxed endothelium-intact thoracic aorta in a dose-dependent manner. However, the induced vascular relaxation was abolished by removal in endothelium of the thoracic aorta. Pretreatment of endothelium-intact vascular tissues with $N^G$-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME) or 1H-[1,2,4]-oxadiazole-[4,3-$\alpha$]-quinoxalin-1-one (ODQ) significantly inhibited vascular relaxation induced by ELB. Moreover, ELB significantly increased cGMP production in aortic tissues, which was blocked by pretreatment with L-NAME or ODQ. The vasorelaxant effect of ELB was attenuated by tetraethylammonium (TEA), and glibenclamide. ELB-induced vasorelaxation was not blocked by atropine, propranolol, indomethacin, verapamil, and diltiazem. Taken together, the present study demonstrates that ELB dilates vascular smooth muscle via an endothelium-dependent NO-cGMP signaling pathway, which may be at least in part related with the function of $K^+$ channels.
