        원도심 전통시장의 식품위생 안전 실태분석을 통한 재생 실현 방안에 관한 연구

        Backward and declined downtown marketing areas are apt to be exposed to negligent accidents. Due to the lack of safety not just in physical but nonphysical aspects, too, even those wanting to visit and enjoy old downtown marketing areas are now turning away their heads from those areas. Now is the time that we should again consider the importance of safety in them. In fact, the safety issue is one of the factors that result in decline in those downtown marketing areas. Meanwhile, after the current government was established, ministries have been presenting various policies and regulations initiatively in order to eradicate four social evils: sexual violence, school violence, home wreckers, and illegal food. In this situation, traditional markets, the space where people can communicate and practice their economic activities among many safety facilities inside those downtown marketing areas, are, in fact, very fragile about safety both internally and externally. This fragility is arousing many complex problems as one of the causes that result in decline in those old downtown marketing areas where traditional markets are located. Among the factors of urban regeneration, there has not been enough research on hygiene and safety in traditional marketing areas. Therefore, to vitalize old and declined downtown commercial areas, this study is going to point out the problems of downtown marketing areas in terms of hygiene and safety and suggest how to prevent the acceleration of decline in them. The results of this study can be used as foundational data to examine the current status of old downtown marketing areas that are hygienically fragile and make policies to improve it. Moreover, this study will suggest basic measures to establish various directions of support being freed from the existing supporting policies mainly oriented to management and facilities to vitalize old downtown marketing areas

        IPA분석을 통한 원도심 쇠퇴 상권의 도시재생적 활성화방안 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze how the attributes of visits to Andong-si food street recognized by to Andong-si food street appear and to find out differences between the importance and satisfaction by the attribute of visits to Andong-si food street. Through the foregoing, the direction in which Andong-si food street should go forward will be proposed. A total of 700 copies of the questionnaires were distributed to visitors to Andong-si food street from December 27, 2016 to January 17, 2017 and 618 effective copies of the questionnaire were utilized for analysis. According to the results of IPA analysis, "price" was identified as a factor that must be urgently improved in the Ⅱ quadrant (top priority improvement area). This factor was regarded important by visitors. Unless a measure to activate this factor is presented, the effects of reception of customers can be reduced much more drastically compared to other factors. In conclusion, to activate the food street, price competitiveness should be secured first. To this end, the local characteristics of Andong-si and the spatial characteristics of the original downtown should be enhanced and continuous improvement, management, and efforts should be made through urban regeneration.

        도시 안전을 위한 119종합정보시스템 구축에 따른 지역 경제적 파급효과에 관한 연구

        Urban area consists of compact facilities and functions and people, which are main cause of urban disaster. If we use the high technique, using computer skills, the risk of urban disaster can be reduced. For the these purposes, Busan Metropolitan Government invested 13.3 billion won to construct disaster prevention system for year of 2001~2004. This paper aims to calculate regional economic effect by construction of urban disaster prevention system using impact evaluation analysis model and etc. The results of the investment to construct the system as follows. Production effect by the construction is estimated about 31 billion, and employment effect is 230 persons, value add effect is 13.4 billion.

        원도심 상권 살리기를 위한 상권활성화 제도의 초기 효과성에 대한 실증연구

        As a method for change in traditional markets, since 2008 a cultural tourism style market promotion project has been pursued to cultivate traditional markets as specialized markets that are related with local cultures and tourism resources; however, failure to look at the whole commercial area and support for only the markets have been exposed as limitations of this project. Consequently, a very meaningful commercial area promotion project was carried out in 2011 after putting forth effort in reviving sluggish Korean commercial areas through an analysis of the trend of foreign support policies for traditional commercial areas. Existing support projects for traditional markets have shown limitations in enhancing performances as they have been merely a quantitative support focusing on unilateral public infrastructure. As a result, this project aimed to promote the local economy through promotion focusing on commercial areas related to traditional markets. Despite this fact, this project has confronted great difficulties owing to the lack of necessary legal interested parties for the execution of the project because it was composed of various interested parties including local governments (assemblies), local governments for metropolitan cities, foundations, merchant committees, and the Small & Medium Business Administration. Accordingly, this study deduced relevant problems and solutions by analyzing the work procedures and institutional procedures for the commercial area promotion project.

        DEA 모형을 이용한 전통시장 효율성 평가에 관한 연구

        The central government has invested the larger budget for revitalization of the traditional market, but the effective side has not been evaluated. Therefore we carried out this study to cope with problems with a scientific method. To this end, this study aims to suggest the evaluation results using DEA in order to evaluate and measure the efficient enforcement of the business budget. In addition, the weight computation to use DEA was deducted using AHP. Secondly, this study aims to provide important basic data in improving overall efficiency of support businesses by using data figured from overall states of the traditional market in 2008, such as scale, investment budget, increase of facilities and customers etc. in establishing support policies customized for the traditional market. Secondly, this study aims to provide transparent data to the policy decision and budget investment of local governments under the circumstances where equity is being violated of 1,550 traditional markets support policy. Lastly, Despite the continued budget investment, there is a difficulty in figuring out the satisfaction degree of merchants, so we tried to provide quantitative data to change the reform of merchants’ consciousness through the comparison with other markets.

        원도심 상업지역 재생을 위한 정책 평가 연구

        Industrialization and urbanization have caused urban development, resulting in rapid change of elements that constitutes the city. Amid such changes, the space that is closely related to our life also has experienced decline, failing to go along with the trend of the times, which in turn, resulted in big inconvenience and anxiety to those who live there. The example of such place is the traditional market and surrounding commercial area in old downtown. In developed countries, there are various efforts to carry out policies and businesses to revive the space(Traditional market and surrounding commercial area) in the doldrums due to various social factors. Also in korea, such efforts are in progress at each department, and the Commercial area revitalization system performed by SME in 2011 can be regarded as the representative support case of commercial area regeneration. This system is a part of efforts to regenerate the stagnated commercial areas and its first pilot project is currently in progress and expected to complete this year(end of 2013). In this regard, the evaluation at the time of project completion might be required for improvement of problems identified in the project and enhancement of effects. For this purpose, this study aims to evaluate this through evaluation method(AHP, PROMETHEE(Ⅰ)(Ⅱ)) using multiple-criteria decision-making along with development of index for commercial area revitalization project. Evaluation will be conducted on the commercial zone commercial area selected in 2011. Before evaluation, survey will be conducted on professionals 2 times for index development and results from this will be used to establish customized support policy and data to be served as basic materials for next commercial area revitalization project. In this way, this study aims to provide basic data critical for overall effectiveness improvement of commercial area revitalization support system.

        도시 및 지역경제 활성화를 위한 상인고령화 해소 제도방안 연구

        본 연구는 전통시장 상인들의 고령화에 따른 시장 및 지역경제 침체화의 문제를 해결하기위해 상인들을 대상으로 가업승계에 대한 실태조사 및 가업승계의식을 알아보았다. 연구성과를 높이기 위해 전국 6개 권역 7개 도시 시장을 방문하여 500명의 상인을 대상으로 상인의 가업승계 실태 및 가업승계의식에 대해 조사하였다. 가업승계의식에 대한 조사결과, 전체 대상자들의 가업승계계승 및 가업승계의향은 18.4%로 나타났다. 가업승계의향에 대한 결과는 전국광역권시장과 도매업종에서 높은 가업승계의향이 나타났으며, 다양한 지원혜택이 있을 시 가업승계의향의 정도는 더 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 사업의 가업승계 계승자는 장남 외 가족, 장남, 기타 의 순으로 나타났다. 가업승계영향요인에 대한 조사결과 가족의식, 사업경쟁력, 투자의식 및 장래경영전망이 유의적으로 나타났다. 투자의식, 가족이념의식, 사업경쟁력, 장래경영전망 등이 높아질수록 가업승계의향이 높아지는 것으로 확인 되었다. 이러한 결과는 전통시장의 가업승계 필요성과 전통시장 활성화를 위해 청?장년층 으로의 원활한 승계를 할 수 있는 정부차원의 제도적인 지원이 필요함을 시사하고 있다. This study has been done to survey the merchants of their succession of family business and the actual condition in order to solve the problems caused by the depression of market and local economy of which problems are derived from aging merchants in open market. The research on succession ritual of family business is as it shows in the next. The succession and succession intention rate held up to 18.4 percent. High rate of succession intention of family business sits in national wide markets and wholesalers and the rate goes higher when there are various benefits supported. The successor of family business is likely in order as it follows: the eldest son and other family members, the eldest son, and etc. The intention rates goes high as it is associated with high investment, family ideology, competing business, and outlook of management of upcoming business. This survey shows the governmental support is evident for young generation to succeed the business in order to settle the succession tradition and activate an open market.

        도시 재생을 위한 문화관광형시장 개발 사업이 지역경제에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This study focused on the ripple effect of RAS Method on the regional industry based on the 2005 inter-industry relation table published in 2009. According to the analysis result, it is presumed that the ripple effect of the facilitating the cultural tourism market on the national economy resulted in production inducement effect as much as some 16,959,000,000won. This amount of investment is twice as much as that spent for the facilitation of the cultural tourism market, about 8.6 billion. In addition, it is assumed that about 169 jobs were created, and the added value reached some 7,239,000,000won. This study is limited to an empirical analysis on the economic ripple effect of the cultural tourism market fostering project. It is expected, however, that the economic effect of the cultural tourism market project on the regional community in consideration of other factors involved may be greater. With regard with regional characteristics, It has been analyzed that the effect on Gangwondo and Jejudo was higher than on other regions while the effect on Honam(Gwangju) and Chungcheon(Onyang) was relatively low.

        문화관광형 시장의 매력성이 관광만족 및 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The traditional market is the space deeply associated with the people’s consumer economy and communication historically for a long time. It is also the aspect of our lives and our society. However, our traditional market and alley business are transforming to new types or even disappearing according to the periodic flow of social factors within the rapidly changing economy and urbanization. Thereupon, the government is newly promoting the culture tourism market. For about five years after this project started, there is a sign that more needs for the culture tourism market and changes are showing, and also outside users as well as inside users tend to increase. Therefore, this study is conducted with the following purposes: first, it intends to analyze what attractive factors of the culture tourism market affect tourism satisfaction and revisit intention and provide related implications. Second, it aims to examine the causality among the culture tourism market’s attractiveness, tourism satisfaction, and revisit intention. Third, it intends to verify the difference of the relationship regarding the involvement in the traditional market. The subjects of this study are culture tourism market consumers, and a survey is conducted to them. From July 1st till 16th, 2012, the interviewers visited the culture tourism markets in person to distribute the structuralized questionnaire sheet to each one of the respondents chosen by random sampling and had them respond to it before the interviewer. For data analysis, SPSS 18.0 was utilized to conduct frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and correlation analysis, and AMOS 18.0 was used for path analysis.
