        원도심 전통시장의 식품위생 안전 실태분석을 통한 재생 실현 방안에 관한 연구

        Backward and declined downtown marketing areas are apt to be exposed to negligent accidents. Due to the lack of safety not just in physical but nonphysical aspects, too, even those wanting to visit and enjoy old downtown marketing areas are now turning away their heads from those areas. Now is the time that we should again consider the importance of safety in them. In fact, the safety issue is one of the factors that result in decline in those downtown marketing areas. Meanwhile, after the current government was established, ministries have been presenting various policies and regulations initiatively in order to eradicate four social evils: sexual violence, school violence, home wreckers, and illegal food. In this situation, traditional markets, the space where people can communicate and practice their economic activities among many safety facilities inside those downtown marketing areas, are, in fact, very fragile about safety both internally and externally. This fragility is arousing many complex problems as one of the causes that result in decline in those old downtown marketing areas where traditional markets are located. Among the factors of urban regeneration, there has not been enough research on hygiene and safety in traditional marketing areas. Therefore, to vitalize old and declined downtown commercial areas, this study is going to point out the problems of downtown marketing areas in terms of hygiene and safety and suggest how to prevent the acceleration of decline in them. The results of this study can be used as foundational data to examine the current status of old downtown marketing areas that are hygienically fragile and make policies to improve it. Moreover, this study will suggest basic measures to establish various directions of support being freed from the existing supporting policies mainly oriented to management and facilities to vitalize old downtown marketing areas

        도시 재생을 위한 문화관광형시장 개발 사업이 지역경제에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This study focused on the ripple effect of RAS Method on the regional industry based on the 2005 inter-industry relation table published in 2009. According to the analysis result, it is presumed that the ripple effect of the facilitating the cultural tourism market on the national economy resulted in production inducement effect as much as some 16,959,000,000won. This amount of investment is twice as much as that spent for the facilitation of the cultural tourism market, about 8.6 billion. In addition, it is assumed that about 169 jobs were created, and the added value reached some 7,239,000,000won. This study is limited to an empirical analysis on the economic ripple effect of the cultural tourism market fostering project. It is expected, however, that the economic effect of the cultural tourism market project on the regional community in consideration of other factors involved may be greater. With regard with regional characteristics, It has been analyzed that the effect on Gangwondo and Jejudo was higher than on other regions while the effect on Honam(Gwangju) and Chungcheon(Onyang) was relatively low.

        IPA분석을 통한 원도심 쇠퇴 상권의 도시재생적 활성화방안 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze how the attributes of visits to Andong-si food street recognized by to Andong-si food street appear and to find out differences between the importance and satisfaction by the attribute of visits to Andong-si food street. Through the foregoing, the direction in which Andong-si food street should go forward will be proposed. A total of 700 copies of the questionnaires were distributed to visitors to Andong-si food street from December 27, 2016 to January 17, 2017 and 618 effective copies of the questionnaire were utilized for analysis. According to the results of IPA analysis, "price" was identified as a factor that must be urgently improved in the Ⅱ quadrant (top priority improvement area). This factor was regarded important by visitors. Unless a measure to activate this factor is presented, the effects of reception of customers can be reduced much more drastically compared to other factors. In conclusion, to activate the food street, price competitiveness should be secured first. To this end, the local characteristics of Andong-si and the spatial characteristics of the original downtown should be enhanced and continuous improvement, management, and efforts should be made through urban regeneration.

        소도읍지역 경제활성화를 위한 지역밀착형 전통시장 육성방안에 관한 연구

        소도읍지역 전통시장 및 지역상권의 경쟁력을 높이기 위한 방법으로 지역밀착형 전통시장 지원육성 방안을 제시하고자한다. 이를 위해 전국 군 단위 지역을 대상으로 전통시장의 실태 조사를 통해 지역사회와 전통시장 간의 관계를 파악하며, 지역밀착형 전통시장의 지원 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 전통시장과 지역사회와의 관계를 조사하고자 전통시장과 지역 경제와의 관계의 정도, 지역사회와의 협력여부의 정도, 지역민들의 점포에 대한 시각 및 전통 시장과의 지역이미지와의 상호관련성을 조사하였다. 전국 소도읍에 종사하는 전통시장의 상인 423명과 전통시장 관련 전문가 177명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 실태조사 및 연구결과를 통한 정책적 시사점은 다음과 같다. 소도읍지역의 전통시장은 지역사회와 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있으며, 지역경제발전에 기여 및 지역민들이 상가에 대한 애착을 가지고 있다. 이에 따라 소도읍지역의 전통시장 활성화를 위해 첫째, 지역상가 및 전통시장 활성화를 위해 시민들과의 협력관계를 구성하여 지역주민의 욕구에 초점을 맞춘 시장활성화 방안이 필요하다. 둘째, 전통시장 구성원들이 지역에 기여하는 사회적 관계 구축이 필요하다. 셋째, 지역커뮤니티 공간이 될 수 있는 시장 내 공간활용 방안이다. 넷째, 젊은 층의 참여도를 높일 수 있는 프로그램개발 방안이다. 다섯째, 소도읍 지역의 시장 축소 및 공간개편을 통해 특화상품을 구분하여 지역 내 시장을 재배치할 필요성이 있다. This study suggests regionally closely-related traditional market support measures that are intended. Market and the community to investigate the relationship between traditional markets and the degree of relationship with the local economy, whether the degree of cooperation with local communities, local people in stores and traditional markets, with a visual image, interacting with local relevance were. Executed questionnaire to merchants and traditional market connection specialists of the tradition market engaged to whole country small town. Small town region"s traditional markets have a close relationship with the community. Contribute to regional economic development, and locals have a passion for shopping. Small town to enable local traditional market requires the following way. Through surveys and research policy implications are as follows: First, by constructing a civil partnership with a focus on the needs of local residents need market activation measures. Second, the traditional market members to build social relationships that contribute to their local needs. Third, Installation and utilization of community space in traditional markets is required. Fourth, to increase the participation of young people need to be developed in the program. Fifth, small town regional market collapse and space reorganization is needed.

        도시 및 지역경제 활성화를 위한 상인고령화 해소 제도방안 연구

        본 연구는 전통시장 상인들의 고령화에 따른 시장 및 지역경제 침체화의 문제를 해결하기위해 상인들을 대상으로 가업승계에 대한 실태조사 및 가업승계의식을 알아보았다. 연구성과를 높이기 위해 전국 6개 권역 7개 도시 시장을 방문하여 500명의 상인을 대상으로 상인의 가업승계 실태 및 가업승계의식에 대해 조사하였다. 가업승계의식에 대한 조사결과, 전체 대상자들의 가업승계계승 및 가업승계의향은 18.4%로 나타났다. 가업승계의향에 대한 결과는 전국광역권시장과 도매업종에서 높은 가업승계의향이 나타났으며, 다양한 지원혜택이 있을 시 가업승계의향의 정도는 더 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 사업의 가업승계 계승자는 장남 외 가족, 장남, 기타 의 순으로 나타났다. 가업승계영향요인에 대한 조사결과 가족의식, 사업경쟁력, 투자의식 및 장래경영전망이 유의적으로 나타났다. 투자의식, 가족이념의식, 사업경쟁력, 장래경영전망 등이 높아질수록 가업승계의향이 높아지는 것으로 확인 되었다. 이러한 결과는 전통시장의 가업승계 필요성과 전통시장 활성화를 위해 청?장년층 으로의 원활한 승계를 할 수 있는 정부차원의 제도적인 지원이 필요함을 시사하고 있다. This study has been done to survey the merchants of their succession of family business and the actual condition in order to solve the problems caused by the depression of market and local economy of which problems are derived from aging merchants in open market. The research on succession ritual of family business is as it shows in the next. The succession and succession intention rate held up to 18.4 percent. High rate of succession intention of family business sits in national wide markets and wholesalers and the rate goes higher when there are various benefits supported. The successor of family business is likely in order as it follows: the eldest son and other family members, the eldest son, and etc. The intention rates goes high as it is associated with high investment, family ideology, competing business, and outlook of management of upcoming business. This survey shows the governmental support is evident for young generation to succeed the business in order to settle the succession tradition and activate an open market.

        원도심 쇠퇴 상권 기능 회복을 위한 자율형 상권관리제도 도입에 관한 연구

        Due to urbanization and industrialization, business districts naturally moved and changed according to regional development and growth, which worsened social problems and gaps. As the functions and roles of business districts decline and they are ignored by consumers, business districts are on decline leaving their reputation behind. Such problems led to the imbalance of new and old business districts, deepened the gap between generations, genders, people of different income levels, which exacerbated social conflicts and caused complex and various problems. When social problems occurred, the government usually came up with top-down, government-led policies along with planning measures and systems to resolve the issues and constantly investing budget. This trend, however, is changing as domestic and overseas policy-making process is in transition. Now the new trend is the government and local people reviewing problems and coming up with solutions together. In the meantime in advanced countries, governments and local people have long been putting various efforts to recover and manage the business districts in old downtown. Korea also has made various attempts but is not satisfying the needs of the users. So this study aims to review the systems of advanced European countries to revive the declined business districts in old downtown and turn them into competitive ones. Also, based on the problems of the current policy to vitalize business districts, it will present a new direction by reviewing domestic and overseas cases and a system that applies the newly suggested autonomous management system of business district. So this study was conducted with two purposes. First, it aims to establish new governance before coming up with a new policy system so it can secure autonomy. Second, it also aims to provide base data for government to suggest policies in the future.
