        시험자료 획득을 위한 영상 송수신 시스템 구현

        This paper presents about an implementation of Video Transmitting and Receiving System(VTRS) for acquiring test data. The VTRS consists of two parts. The first is Transmitter Unit(TU) that is installed on a missile to acquire various kinds of data and transmit the data to the ground through RF signals. The second is Receiver Unit(RU) that receives the transmitted RF signals and reconstruct those to the original data. To gather a high speed data reliably and securely on the ground, the TU is designed by considering data transfer scheme, data compression, modulation method, encryption technic, link budget, and antenna radiation pattern. Further, a placement method of multiple receiving stations is suggested. The VTRS has been tested on a field to check the link margins and maximum receiving distance in a real environment. Finally, the VTRS is applied to a missile flight test and gathered high speed data reliably.

      • 기업도시개발의 특성 및 전망

        Recently, the process of institutionalization for company town development has been progressed rapidly, with propose of company section, accept of the central goverment, and interest concentration of local goverments. So, this study firstly set the company town concept, secondly survey the process and the contents of its institutionalization, and fainally suggest its desirable future course. The results of this research can be summarized as follows: First, the company town development should not be simple real estate. development and the regional innovation systems(RIS) such as public-private partnership will be need. Second, the real concept of company town is making a town suitably company activity not simply taking development benefit. The company town development is not for once revitalization of the local economy through simply company attraction but making sustainable charming space so space itself can attract company.

      • 충주대학교 캠퍼스의 공간구문 분석

        Space syntax is a set of techniques for the analysis of spatial configurations of all kinds, especially where spatial configuration seems to be a significant aspect of human affairs, as it is in buildings and cities. In this paper, the spatial characters of Chungju National University Campus were analysed in 3 time series. The result of this research wsa summarized as follows. Concentration to campus center area is serious and by topographical factor construction of new building and network that connecting center and outer area is difficult. So, it will be desirable that focus in detailed space improvement work such as subspace development, control of walk space ect. And Space syntax will be used as effective guideline in future planning work.

      • 생태자연도를 활용한 개발가능지 평가 : 충주시 사례 The Case of Chungju

        Recently, the concept of ESSD is an universal and standard of planning for developable land assesment. In Korea, the Ecological Map and Land Suitability Assessment Program are provided by public section and used as basic index of spatial planning. This study demonstrates the application of preserved land oriented developable land assesmen through the case study of Chungju. The 1st, 2nd grade and special zones of ecological map, topological characters - slope and level - and water supply preserve area are used as criteria. This study proposes a methodology for land suitability - developable land assesment and the result shows that this method will be a core part of sustainable landuse planning process.

      • 충주의 시가지 확산 과정과 특성

        In this study the spread process and its characteristics of Chungju Built up area were analyzed and topographic maps were used. Analysing initial Chungju locational characteristics and projecting the land readjustment projects district onto the topography maps, the diffusion process of Chungju were analyded. The research results are as follows: In terms of the sustainability of the city, it is expected that the incerase of the size of the population and rapid spread of builtup area as 1980’s are difficult in Chunjgu. So, as the basic framework of urban master plan and CBD regeneration plan of Chungju, the portion of the CBD regeneration projecteds should be increased rather than the new development porjects.

      • 1914년 행정구역 통폐합으로 인한 동리지명의 유형별 특성

        It is the basic work of making use of each dong's individuality and forming an image of the village to determine which place names were combined to form today's dong-ri place names. In addition, the correct understanding of the name of dong-ri will be the starting point for creating a village where residents living in the village solve various living environmental problems and restore the community of residents. Korea's administrative place names changed rapidly in the early days of Japanese colonial era. This study aims to examine the change in the name of the village due to the consolidation of administrative districts in 1914. Chungju, the target area of this study, was reduced to 142 existing 449 dongs due to the consolidation of dong-ri in 1914. In conclusion, if it was necessary to adjust the dong-ri name due to the consolidation of administrative districts, it is desirable to establish a new dong-ri name symbolizing a wider space or to use a representative name among the existing dong-ri names. The use of synthetic place names for administrative convenience is a way to avoid. In the case of using the existing synthetic geographical names, it is necessary to pay attention to the formation of the wrong local image due to the synthetic geographical names, and furthermore, efforts should be made to prepare a plan to form a local community using the unique image of the region.

      • 都農統合市 出現에 따른 都市農系의 變化特性 硏究

        The unification theory of urban and rural areas emphasizes the organic relationship between the central place and its hinterlands, and pursues the balanced development within the framework of mutual cooperation between urban cities and its surrounding rural counties. Since 1995, 47 urban-rural unified cities have been created. In the respect of urban system, the appearance of the unified cities is a big impact. Because the unified cities are different with the new cities or upgrade cities from 'Eup'(the below level of city), in the character of city size and population density. The objective of this paper is to describe changes in the urban system by unified cities. The Rank-Size regression coefficients are employed as a measure of changes in the urban system. And net population density of cities are used as a variable in analysis of variance. The results allows us to confirm a number of hypotheses. The main effect of changes in urban system transformed the increasing number of cities to the appearance of unified cities. There are some heterogeneities, the character of city size and population density between cities and unified cities, in urban system. So, it is not proper to analyse cities and unified cities as a same urban system.

      • 충주읍성연구 : 광무양안을 통해 본 충주읍성 공간특성

        In this study, yang-an data created in 1902 were used to identify scale and spatial structure characteristics of Chungju Eupseong at that time. First, the information was classified. Second, mapped to compare with the current map. Third, the location of the walls and the gates were identified. And finaly the road system and the land use characteristics of Chungju Eupsseong could be estimated.

      • 도시발전단계에 따른 빈집정비제도 마련을 위한 기초연구

        This study was conducted from the perspective of the need for a system related to vacant houses suitable for regional characteristics in consideration of the characteristics of the urban development stage. In this study, changes in population and housing by Dong-eup-myeon since 2000 in Chungju-si, an urban-rural complex city, and empty house data in Chungju-si were analyzed. In the long run, detailed analysis such as analysis of the location characteristics of vacant houses is necessary, but this study examined the data on vacant houses at the Eup, Myeon, and Dong units in relation to the changing trend of housing status in Chungju. The problem of vacant houses is being carried out from the old urban area regardless of urban and rural areas, and the trend is expected to expand over time. It will be necessary to respond in consideration of the regional characteristics of urbanization, urban expansion, and suburbanization according to the urban development stage. To this end, a more detailed housing survey should be carried out systematically, and based on this, a policy for utilizing vacant houses that reflects regional characteristics should be established. In principle, matters related to the exercise of personal property rights should be protected. However, the problem of vacant houses occurs naturally in the urban development stage, and social problems are expanding. More active vacant house management policies by the public, such as housing construction promotion policies that were carried out in the early stages of urbanization in the past and the enactment of special laws for them, should be implemented.
