alrA 유전자 promoter 내 유발성에 관여하는 염기 서열의 분석

Adaptive response is one of the DNA repair mechanisms. When the cells are pretreated with low doses of alkylating agents, the expression of ada and alkA genes are elevated. These inducible genes make the cells resistant to the exposure of alkylating agents. In order to identify the regulatory sequences for the gene induction, we constructed the pS206 plasmid, which contains alkA-lacZ fused gene. The structural lacZ gene in this plasmid was expressed under the control of alkA promoter. The induced expression of alkA gene was proved to be regulated by the Ada protein, the product of ada gene. The regulatory pattern of the expression was further analyzed by using various sequential deletion mutants of alkA promoter. We concluded that the sequences of regulatory element for this gene induction in alkA promoter might be located between -84 and -49 upstream region from the ATG start codon.
문헌조사에 근거한 부직포 보강토옹벽의 거동에 관한 연구

이 논문에서는 부직포로 보강된 옹벽의 거동에 대한 이해를 돕기 위해 문헌연구를 통해 부직포의 하중-인장특성과 흙-보강재 경계면에서의 마찰특성, 실내모형실험 및 현장사례 등을 분석하였다. 분석결과 부직포는 구속압에 비례하여 강성과 인장강도가 증가하고, 흙-보강재 경계면에서의 전단강도는 지오그리드보다 큰 것으로 나타났다. 모형보강토옹벽 실험결과 부직포로 보강된 옹벽의 재하초기 변형은 지오그리드로 보강된 옹벽보다 크나 어느 시점을 지나면 지오그리드로 보강된 옹벽보다 작게 나타났다. 사례분석결과 부직포로 보강된 보강토옹벽이 영구 구조물로 사용되기 위해서는 전면벽체의 강성이 충분히 커야하고, 선 보강토체 후 일체형 현장 타설 콘크리트 전면벽체 구축시스템에 의해 옹벽을 구축할 경우 보강재로 부직포, 뒤채움재로 현지발생 불량토의 활용이 가능하고, 연약지반상에도 적용이 가능한 것으로 나타났다. To understand the deformation behavior of nonwoven geotextiles(NWGT) reinforced soil wall, analyses of load-elongation properties, soil-reinforcement interface friction, laboratory model tests, and field cases throughout literature reviews are being studied in this paper. According to the analyses results, the stiffness and tensile strength of NWGT is increased in proportion to confinement pressures, and the interface shear strength at soil-NWGT appeared to be stronger than soil-geogrid interface. The deformation at the beginning of loading on NWGT reinforced soil wall is larger than geogrid reinforced soil wall, but the wall deformation with NWGT is smaller than the wall of geogrid after passing some loading point in laboratory model tests. Case analysis results have shown that the facing of NWGT reinforced soil wall should be rigid enough to be used as a permanent wall, and NWGT and in-situ poor soil can be used for reinforcement and backfill respectively if the wall is constructed as pre-reinforced soil body and with post-facing that has a full-height rigid concrete.
부스터 컨버터가 결합된 Push-Pull형 고주파 공진인버터에 관한 연구

This paper describes a Push-Pull type high frequency resonant inverter composed of consolidation of boost converter circuit and resonant inverter circuit. By using a boost converter circuit, the proposed inverter can obtain a twice input voltage of resonant circuit and reduce a secondary turn ratios. Also, by using both switching device of boost-converter and resonant circuit, the number of switching device can be reduced by half. The analysis of the proposed circuit was generally described by using normalized parameter and operating characteristics have been evaluated as to switching frequency and parameters. In the future, this proposed inverter shows that it can be practically used as a power source system for the lighting equipment of discharge lamp, induction heating applications.
