Through a theoretical review of advanced studies of several researchers, this study tries to establish the concept of franchise and franchise of food service, and then it will aim to establish the decision models of food service franchise and its success factors. As the world is globalized, franchise industry has grown rapidly as a high potential industry contributing to the national economy and the majority of companies have introduced the franchise system and utilized it as a method for their rapid growth. Especially in a food service industry this phenomenon has become remarkable since the recognition− that the franchise system is convenient and ensures higher success- spread. However, among industries, especially the franchise system that is concentrated on a food industry has not completed establishing the concept of decision model and success factors in detail compared to the importance of it. In this context, this study combines the concepts of advanced studies, analyzes the theoretical models and tries to establish the success factors of food service franchise. As a result, to make a successful franchisee, the franchiser with a codified system should manage and administrate a franchisee continually. And the franchisee should choose the franchiser that consumers prefer and be managed in a way to cooperate with the franchiser.
가구 디자인에 반영된 모더니즘 건축에 대한 연구 -건축가들의 가구 디자인을 중심으로

코로나 시대를 겪음에 따라 사람들의 공간 디자인에 대한 관심이 높아지고 이에 자연스레 가구 디자인에 대한 관심도도 높아지게 되었다. 우리가 현재 사용하는 많은 가구 디자인은 19세기 말 모더니즘 건축에 의해 광범위하게 영향을 미치게 되었고 현재까지 발전하게 되었다. 따라서 다양한 모더니즘 건축가들의 가구 디자인을 통해 모더니즘 건축이 어떤 식으로 가구 디자인에 영향을 미쳤고 발전하게 되었는지 그 양상을 살펴보고자 한다. As we went through the COVID-19 era, people's interest increased not only in space design but also in furniture design. Many of the furniture we use today were widely influenced by modernist architecture at the end of the 19th century and have developed since then. Therefore, through the furniture designs of various modernist architects, I would like to examine how modernist architecture influenced furniture design and how it developed.
철도소음 측정망에 대한 적정한 소음측정방법의 비교 연구

The railway noise measurement network shows the noise around the railway area by one manual measurement every half year. This method suffers with limitations in determining the railway noise levels. To obtain more reliable measurement data and to obtain basic data for noise reduction procedures, the railway noise was measured for one year at six railway stations in three cities, using a portable automatic sound meter. The noise levels were averaged daily, monthly and annually. Notably, the automatically measured noise levels were lower than those measured manually (-1 to –18 dBA), at all the six stations. Further, the noise levels during the nighttime, due to lower train traffic, were –18 dBA lower than those by manual measurement methods. At all the six stations during the nighttime, the automatically measured noise levels were within the reference range, whereas those measured manually, exceeded. According to the train traffic volume and complaint of the railway noise, either the stationary or portable automatic methods, or the manual methods should be employed for measuring the railway noise.
외식업 창업 지원서비스가 창업역량과 경영성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 외식업 창업자에 대한 창업지원서비스 그리고 창업역량과 경영성과에 대한 이론적 개념을 정립하고, 외식업 소상공인에 대한 지원서비스와 창업역량이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다. 또한, 창업횟수에 따라 창업지원서비스, 창업역량, 경영성과를 지각하는데 차이가 있을 것이라는 가정 하에 차이분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 표본은 소상공인 전담지원기관의 서비스인 자금지원, 교육지원, 창업·컨설팅 등 정보제공을 받아본 경험이 있는 대구·경북에 거주중인 외식업 소상공인 및 자영업자를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 설문지는 2016년 6월 20일부터 9월 9일까지 실시하였으며, 조사방법은 직접 설문방법으로 총 370부를 배포하여, 이중에서 불성실한 응답을 한 62부를 제외시키고 실증분석에서 308부가 사용되었다. 분석결과, 소상공인에 대한 지원서비스는 창업역량에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 창업역량은 경영성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 소상공인의 경영성과를 체계적으로 평가하고 효율적인 지원정책을 개발하기 위해서는 소상공인 경영성과의 결정요인에 관한 연구가 절실히 요구되며 특히, 기존의 소상공인 창업단계에 중점을 두고 이루어진 정책적 관심과 연구는 소상공인의 실질적인 경영활동과 성과창출 과정을 반영하는 방향으로 확대될 필요가 있다고 하겠다 This study investigated the influence of supporting business for start-up companies provided by national and local government and public organizations, start-up competency on the management performance. The goal of this investigation is to empirically prove that despite the benefits of educational and financial support, mentoring and consulting which selected applicants received as a part of supporting business for start-up companies provided by national and local government and public organizations, there is a gap between individual entrepreneurs` satisfaction after actual foundation of the company. We carried out a survey for small business people and tradespeople living in Taegu and Kyungbuk who have been experienced the service from the Small Business Center from 2016. 6. 20 to 2016. 9. 9. We distributed 370 questionnaires and used 308 questionnaires. The result of this study shows that the supporting service for small business people has a direct effect on the start-up competency and the management performance. The supporting service for small business people has a meaningful positive effect. Therefore to evaluate systematically management performance of small business people and to develop effective supporting service, the study on the decision factors of the small business people`s management performance is needed. Especially, the studies and concerns made which are focusing on established small business people are needed to be extended to reflex a real management activity and the process of outcome.
외식전공대학생들을 위한 청년 창업지원 사업이 창업기회 인식과 창업의도에 미치는 영향

A study on examines a correlation between entrepreneurial opportunities perception and entrepreneurial intention for university students who major in food service for a program supported by government, school, and entrepreneurial support organization through an application of GEM(Global Entrepreneurship Monitor) and control effect of education. And then, the implications for what kinds of programs should be developed from government, school, and entrepreneurial support organization were found to increase entrepreneurial opportunities perception and entrepreneurial intention for university students.

Artificial neural network model was utilized to classify vehicle types into motorcycle, light and heavy vehicles by using pass-by noise datasets. For the training, three sample datasets were collected from a one-lane and one-way road. These datasets are for 1 s pass-by maximum, 3 s pass-by maximum, and pass-by noise from maximum to below 10dB. The three datasets were analyzed to provide Z- and A-weighted and 1/3 octave band sound levels for the training. It was found that the 1 s pass-by maximum dataset led to the best explanatory power(R-square, 98.5%). The machine learning model with the 1 s pass-by maximum dataset was tested for two different roadsides and it was found that the explanatory power was greater than 90%.
화재 발생 시 IoT센서 기반 화재대피 시스템 제작 및 분석

현재 화재대피시스템에서는 비상구 유도등으로 표시되는 고정된 대피경로는 화재가 진행되는 상황에서 안전한 대피경로를 제공하지 못한다. 관련 연구에서는 센서를 이용하여 화재현장상황을 인지하고 알고리즘을 이용하여 화재상황 별 대피경로를 안내하는 방법을 제시했었다. 본 논문에서는 더욱 빠르게 대피경로를 탐색하기 위해 Dynamic Programming기법을 적용한 새로운 화재대피 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안한 알고리즘에서는 IoT센서를 이용해 화재 현장상황을 인식하며 MQTT통신으로 안전한 대피경로를 유도할 수 있다. In the current fire evacuation system, a fixed evacuation route marked by a escape lights do not provide a safe evacuation route in the event of a fire. A related study suggested a method for guiding evacuation routes through algorithms by recognizing fire situation using sensors. In this paper, a new fire evacuation algorithm applying Dynamic Programming is proposed to provide the evacuation route faster. The proposed algorithm uses IoT sensors to recognize fire site conditions and to induce safe evacuation routes through MQTT communication.
