        유산소 운동이 고혈압 전단계 중년여성의 비만지표와 동맥경직도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to effects of aerobic exercise on the obesity index and arterial stiffness of the prehypertension in middle-aged women. Subjects were composed of exercise group(n=10) and control group(n=10). The exercise group were performed on treadmill walking and running for 40minutes at HRR 50-80% of exercise intensity, 5times per week during 12weeks. The results were as follows: 1) The weight, %fat, waist circumference, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were significantly decrease than those after treatment in exercise group. 2) The R-baPWV and L-baPWV were significantly increase than those after treatment in exercise group. These results suggested that aerobic exercise have positive effects on arterial stiffness of the prehypertension in middle-aged women.

        주니어 테니스 선수들의 심리기술훈련 적용 연구

        This study was done as a part of the Gyeong-gi province tennis play discovering projects with the support of NEST(Korea Foundation for the Nest Generation Sports Talent). There has been a great demand for research about application of psychological skill training to the field in tennis. The main purpose of the study is to investigate whether psychological skill training leads to positive changes in junior tennis players’ performance. Observing the selection guide, we selected 30 junior players who are 14 years old and 16 as the subjects of the study. The subjects experienced Psychological Skill Training programs like writing practice training diary, relaxation training, image training, serve symbol building training, image training, self-talk training, self-confidence training and routine training. There are a total 20 sessions(5months) each of which lasts for 60~70 minutes. Not only 20 sessions of psychological skill training, the objects had personal counselling throughout the research. In order to verify the effects of psychological skill training we used ACSI-2(Athletics Coping Skills Inventory) and came to the conclusion that there was a positive effects in subordinate psychological skills such as coping with adversity, peaking under pressure, concentration, reduced worry, confidence and achievement motivation and coach trust. As the subjects were exposed to other programs such as character education, movement analysis, physical strength training etc, we can’t conclude that the sole psychological skill training brought about the positive effects. Therefore, it is necessary that we observe performance of the subjects constantly through follow up survey.

        폐경 중년여성들의 운동 참여정도에 따른 스트레스 대처와 삶의 질 차이분석

        The purpose of this study was to examine psychological difference about being participating exercise (regularly or irregularly), and to provide basic data of psychological intervention program for menopause in middle-aged women. 192 menopause in middle-aged women who got questionnaire survey through convenience sampling were selected for this study. After survey, they were divided by regular exercise(dance sports) participation group(95 women) and irregular exercise participation group(97 women). The results of this study by using Stress Coping Questionnaire and Quality of Life Questionnaire were as follow. The results of analyzing difference of coping with stress by following the group was that regular exercise participation group was higher than irregular participation group about problem-focused coping(p<.001), and irregular exercise participation group showed statistical significance with regular exercise participation group about wishful thinking coping(p<.05). The result of analyzing difference about quality of life by following the group showed that regular exercise participation group was higher than irregular exercise participation group about daily energy level(p<.001), family relationship(p<.05), family life(p<.01), and self-esteem(p<.001). The result of analyzing difference about strategy of coping with stress within the group showed that if the women did excercise regularly, they selected problem-focused coping(the first), social support coping, wishful thinking coping, and emotional coping as following in order, while if the women did exercise irregularly, they selected wishful think coping(the first), social support coping, emotional coping, and problem-focused coping as following in order.

        척추안정화 운동이 만성 요통 환자의 체력, 통증 지수 및 일상생활기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigated effects of spinal stabilization exercise on fitness, pain index and disability in the chronic low back pain patients. The subjects(n=16) with chronic low back pain patients was spinal stabilization exercise performed 5 times a week for 12 week. They have been evaluated fitness test, low back pain disability(Oswestry disability scale), and pain index(visual analogue scale: VAS). The results were as follows: 1) The cardiorespiratory endurance, muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility was significantly increased pre exercise compared to after spinal stabilization exercise for 12 weeks. 2) The pain index was significantly decreased pre exercise compared to after spinal stabilization exercise for 12 weeks. 3) The low back pain disability was significantly decreased pre exercise compared to after spinal stabilization exercise for 12 weeks. In conclusion, this spinal stabilization exercise program is suggested as an effective intervention for chronic low back pain patients.

        태권도 선수들의 정신력 측정도구 개발

        The first purpose of study was to develop inventory in which can measure mental toughness of Taekwondo players through qualitative method and relevant literature review(Kim et al., 2010). The second purpose of this study was to examine validity of developed inventory. The participants in study 1 were composed of 310 Taekwondo players. Mental toughness inventory for Taekwondo players had four-factor measurement mode1(19items) which had concentration, fighting spirit, self confidence, and winning spirit in study 1. The sample group in study 2 comprised 309 Taekwondo players. AU participants completed the Imaginary inventory questionnaires. Confirmatory factor analysis, differential validity of developed inventory were analyzed. This inventory had good reliability level over αα=.81 and had good fit index in confirmatory factor analysis. Also, differential validity indicated that inventory developed in this study had good external validity. In summary, inventory developed in this study can help researchers and practitioners to offer assistance to Taekwondo players and help to enhance performance for them.

        태권도 선수들의 정신력 개념 구조 파악

        본 연구의 목적은 태권도 선수들의 정신력에 대한 개념 구조를 파악하여, 현장의 지도자에게 유용한 자료를 제공하고 태권도 선수들의 정신력 측정도구 개발의 기초자료를 마련하는 것이다. 본 연구대상자는 대한태권도협회에 등록된 태권도 선수 403명을 대상으로 개방형 질문지를 통해 조사하였으며, 개방형 질문 내용에 대한 객관적인 타당성을 확보하기 위해 국가대표 태권도 선수 5명(남자 3명, 여자 2명)을 임의로 선출하여 면접지침에 따라 면접을 실시하였다. 태권도 선수들의 정신력 개념 구조 즉, 심리적인 표상화, 정신력을 발휘하는 상황적 맥락(훈련 및 시합상황)을 파악하기 위해 개방형 질문지와 면접을 통해 수집된 자료를 참고하여 귀납적 분석을 실시하였다. 태권도 선수들의 정신력을 조사한 결과 총 637개의 원자료를 분석하여, 일반영역 7개와 세부영역 21개로 태권도 선수들이 시합과 훈련 상황에서 정신력 개념은 집중력, 자신감, 투혼, 승부욕, 최선의 노력 등으로 표상화 하였다. 향후 본 연구를 바탕으로 태권도 선수들의 정신력 훈련 프로그램과 심리기술훈련의 효과를 정확하게 검증할 수 있는 태권도 선수들의 정신력 측정도구 개발 연구가 진행 되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to develop measuring apparatus of mental toughness for Taekwondo players as the previous study, to understand conceptual formation about mental toughness of Taekwondo players, and to offer basic data of the development measuring apparatus of mental toughness of Taekwondo players to acquire applicable data for player and coaches. The subjects of this study were 403 Taekwondo players who are registered on Korea Taekwondo Association, and they completed the survey through the open-questionnaire. To ensure objective validity about the questions of open-questionnaire, 5 National Taekwondo Players(3 male players, 2 female players) were selected randomly and we interviewed them followed by guide of the interview. To understand the conceptual formation about mental toughness of Taekwondo players, showing psychological image and mental toughness on situational connection(practice and game situation), the data was analyzed by inductive analysis through collected data, the open-questionnaires and interview. The data analysis was based on the general concept of grounded theory proposed by Glaser and Strauss(1967). After analyzing total 637 row data, the result through surveying the mental toughness of Taekwondo players showed that it was divided by 7 normal domains and 21 specific domains. The concept of mental toughness during practice or game for Taekwondo players was represented by concentration, self-confidency, winning spirit, fighting spirit, and utmost efforts. Further studies will be continued the study about mental toughness training program and effect of psychological skill training more accurately based on this study.

        코어 운동프로그램이 남자 주니어 테니스 선수들의 서브 스피드 및 체력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of 10 weeks of injury prevention core training on the weight and physical fitness and serve-speed of middle school male athletes. As a result, core training increased the most important serve-speed (p<.05) in tennis’s performance, including fitness flexibility (p<.05), agility (p<.05), speed (p<.001), Core training also affected the time of quickness (p <.05). In conclusion, the core training program increases the agility, quickness, and speed to quickly follow the ball in the players’ physical strength, as well as the flexibility to increase the serve-speed needed for performance. Therefore, the core training program utilized in this study needs to prove the relevance of various programs necessary for tennis skill movement through the effects of junior athletes on physical strength and serve-speed necessary for preventing injury and improving performance.

        신경망분석을 이용한 축구경기 승,패 예측모형 개발 -2006독일월드컵 대회를 중심으로-

        본 연구는 축구 경기 기록자료를 활용하여 축구경기의 승·패를 예측할 수 있는 모형을 개발하는 데 있다. 활용된 경기기록 자료는 2006년 독일 월드컵대회에 나타난 축구경기 전체 64경기의 FIFA TSG공식자료와 M대학교 경기분석 프로그램을 활용하여 산출된 경기기록 자료를 사용하였다. 연구기법으로는 최근에 예측연구에 많이 활용되고 있는 신경망 분석을 이용하여 예측율을 확인 하였으며, 예측율은 2개의 예측모형으로 분류하여 결과를 산출하였다. 구체적인 내용 및 방법은 다음과 같다. 2006년 독일월드컵에 나타난 기록 관련 요인 중 경기 내적요인을 중심으로 축구 경기의 승·패와 관련한 요인을 탐색하고 2006년 독일월드컵 전 경기에 대한 비디오녹화를 실시하였으며, 녹화된 비디오를 통하여 기록요인에 대하여 실시간 축구 경기분석 프로그램을 활용, 승·패와 관련한 기록요인을 점수화하였다. 점수화된 기록요인은 점유율, 성공률 관련 등 여러 가지 요인이 있었으나 실제 경기에서 예측을 할 수 있는 요인을 전문가와 회의를 통하여 선정하고 선정된 요인을 바탕으로 신경망 분석방법을 이용하여 축구경기 승·패 예측 모형을 개발하여 예측율을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문가회의를 통하여 기록화 할 수 있는 기록자료 요인을 중심으로 2006년 독일월드컵 전체 경기에 대하여 축구 경기분석 프로그램을 통하여 점수화하여 실제 다양한 요인이 내재된 경기에 대하여서도 내용분류를 통하여 점수화할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 점수화된 경기 내적요인을 중심으로 신경망분석 방법을 통하여 축구경기에 대하여서도 승·패를 예측할 수 있음을 확인하였으며 타 종목에 대하여서도 실현 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, 축구경기의 승패에 대하여 87.5%의 예측율을 보임으로써 축구경기의 요인에 대한 중요도를 평가할 수 있는 연구의 기초를 확립하였다고 판단된다. This study was on purpose to investigate the various factors of soccer games into inner factors and classify performance factors objectively and scientifically using a soccer game analysis program and develop a model which can predict the result of the soccer games using the Neural NetWork Analysis that stands on the game graded record. The game recorded data was collected from the FIFA TSG official record and the data which was gained using a game analysis program. It has searched the factors related the game results which were focused on the game inner factors of the related factors in 2006 World cup games and recorded the whole games of 2006 World cup games, graded the recording factors related the win/lose using the video and the real time game analysis program with numbers. The graded recording factors with numbers were several; ball possession, completion, and so on. However, through the meeting with Neural NetWork Analysis, professionals prediction related factors which can predict in the real games were selected. And a soccer game win/lose prediction model was developed using the selected factors and Neural NetWork Analysis. It also was compared with the preceding researches in documents record studies. Followings are main results of this study; First, It was confirmed that it is available to grade the real factors in the games which include various factors through the professionals` meetings which implemented the analysis the 2006 Worldcup games and it was focused on the recording factors. Second, the graded recording inner-factors make it possible to predict the soccer game results using the Neural NetWork Analysis method. It was verified that it can be effective in other sports also. Third, the rate of predicting the soccer games` results was 87.5%. It is possible to understand this study contributes on the basis of the importancy of soccer game factors.

        소속에 따른 테니스 선수의 스포츠 상해에 관한 조사연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze and compare sports injuries into 5 groups (elementary, middle, high, university, semipro). Survey on sports injury and management was collected from 420 athletes. The results of this study were cross analysis process using SPSS 18. The results were as follows: First, there was a sports injury during the afternoon training session during the practice on the winter tennis court, and the treatment period for the new injury was 1-4 weeks. Elementary, middle, and semipro athletes stressed the need to prepare for injuries due to lack of preparedness as a cause of injury, and high school and university athletes reported that excessive tension and strong training intensity caused more injuries. Second, the injuries according to affiliation showed that the overall results were injured in the order of ankle, knee, wrist, shoulder, and waist. However, the incidence of back injuries increased from junior to senior. Joint injuries were also higher in elbow and ankle joints. Third, the type of injury showed similar patterns in bruises, ligament sprains on affiliation. Fourth, most injured athletes were assisted by doctors, x-rays, leaders or trainers when injured. Fifth, when a forehand-stroke is performed, most of them were wounded alone in the middle zone, the baseline zone, and the double side zone. Based on these results, it is necessary to develop a systematic tennis program movement according to affiliation in order to prevent injuries, and to recognize the importance of coping ability and rehabilitation when injured.

        테니스심리기술 검사지 개발

        본 연구는 테니스 선수들의 심리기술을 측정할 수 있는 테니스심리기술 검사지(Tennis Psychological Skills Inventory; TPSI)를 개발하고 외적 타당도(External Validity)를 규명하는 것이다. 연구대상은 2012년 대한테니스 협회에 등록된 테니스 선수 708명(연구1: 131명, 인터뷰 8명, 연구2: 291명, 연구3: 278)을 대상으로 하였다. 연구1의 결과, 테니스 선수들의 심리기술 하위영역은 불안조절, 자신감, 주의집중, 정신적 강인함, 목표설정, 자기관리 등의 6개 영역으로 세분화 하였으며, 분석된 하위영역을 바탕으로 연구2에서는 기술 통계분석, 상관관계분석, 문항분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석을 실시한 결과, 103개 문항 중 27개 문항을 최종 선정하였으며 불안조절 4문항, 자신감 6문항, 주의집중 4문항, 정신적 강인함 4문항, 목표설정 4문항, 자기관리 5문항으로 최종적으로 탐색되었다. 하위요인별 신뢰도 계수는 불안조절(.71), 자신감(.84), 주의집중(.81), 정신적 강인함(.76), 목표설정(.93), 자기관리(.88)로 양호하게 나타났다. 연구3은 테니스심리 기술 검사지의 외적 타당도를 확인하기 위해 확인적 요인분석(Q=1.599, RMSEA=.048, TLI=.909, CFI=.917), 수렴타당도, 예측타당도를 분석한 결과, 통계적으로 검사지의 외적타당도가 높게 평가되었다. The purpose of this study was to develop Tennis Psychological Skills Inventory(TPSI) in order to test Tennis player`s psychological skills and to examine closely the external validity of the Tennis Psychological Skills Inventory. The participants of this study were total 708 tennis players(Study 1 : 131, interview: 8, Study 2: 291, and Study 3: 278) who were registered in 2012 on Korea Tennis Association. As the result of Study 1, the items of TPS were subdivided into 6 scales; competitive anxiety, self-confidence, attention control, mental toughness, goal-setting and self-management. After that, the results of Study 2 were analyzed by descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, item analysis, exploratory factor analysis(EFA), and reliability analysis based on the subdivision from Study 1. Therefore, total 27 items (4 items of anxiety control, 6 items of self-confidence, 4 items of attention control, 4 items of mental toughness, 4 items of goal-setting and 5 items of self-management) out of 103 were confirmed. Cronbach`s alpha(α) for each subfactor such as anxiety control(.71), self-confidence(.84), attention control(.81), mental toughness(.76), goal-setting(.93) and self-management(.88) was respectively confirmed by reliability analysis. As the results of Study 3, confirmatory factor analysis(Q=1.599, RMSEA=.048; TLI=.909, CFI=.917), convergent validity and predictive validity were done to confirm the external validity of the developed psychological skills inventory. The results showed that the external validity of the inventory was evaluated higher than in general.
