To complement the benefits of gravure offset printing method, by using the polymer direct gravure printing method, we examined the formation of the fine electrode pattern for touch panel. Two different types of molecular weight epoxy binder and three kinds of silver powder and carbon powder were prepared making Ag paste and the electrode pattern formation and their properties were investigated. As a result, it was possible that the conductive and adhesion are more excellent Ag paste as prepared in epoxy binder of high molecular weight and flake / spherical hybrid. To implement the 30/30㎛ pattern, it was possible to know that about 3.6 is appropriate for TI value. In conclusion, it found that the formation of the 30/30㎛ electrode pattern can be polymer direct gravure printing method in roll-to-roll printing.

The recent spotlight on electronic touch-screen display, a rapid breakthrough in the information society is evolving. Touch panel input device such as a keyboard or mouse without the use of, the on-screen character or a specific location or object on the person`s hand touches a particular feature to identify the location of a panel is to be handled. The touch screen on the touch panel is used in the Ag paste is used mostly for low-curable paste. The thermal-curing paste according to the drying process of thermal energy consumption and improve the working environment of organic solvents have problems. In this study, Ag paste used in the non-thermal curing friendly and cost-effective UV curable paste was prepared. Current commercially available thermal-curable binder, was used instead of the flow characteristics of UV-curable oligomers and monomers with functional groups to give a single conductive Ag paste with the addition of a pattern could be formed. Ag paste as a result, thermal-curing adhesive, hardness, resistance and excellent reproduction of fine patterns and was available with screen printing environmentally friendly could see its potential as a patterning technology.

Screen printing process using a spherical silicon solar cell was fabricated and that the front electrode properties were investigated. Spherical crystalline silicon solar cell of the conventional cost of installing solar power systems, accounting for 21% of the silicon to reduce the amount of material in the form of spherical silicon ball was used in order to take full advantage of incoming solar panels, aluminum condensing to use and much more. Flake as conductive filler in the form of Ag powder was used to give adhesion to write as an organic binder for epoxy resins, polyester resins, acrylic resins were compared, and epoxy resin, containing 12% solids paste board with the adhesive, the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar cells, it was found that the most excellent in durability.

In this work, PVT, DSC, DTA and 2^H-NIMR measurements were performed on α,ω0-bis [(4,4`-cyanobiphenyl)oxy]alkane (CBA-n) dimer liquid crystals having-O(CH_2)nO-flexible space. (n=9, 10). Both samples exhibit crystals↔nematic (CN) and nematic↔isotropic (NI) transition. We have determined the volume change as a function of temperature and pressure by using a GNOMIX PVT apparatus. For both transition, it was found that the correction about the volume change is significant, ranging from 40 to 60% of the total transition entropy observed under constant pressure. The ^2H-NMR spectra were recorded on a JEOL JNM-GSX-500 spectrometer by using deuterium labelled CBA-n at various temperatures. The RIS analysis of the NMR spectra was performed so as to elucidate the conformational characteristics of the spacer in the nematic phase. The conformational entropy changes at both CN and NI interphases were estimated on the basis of the nematic conformations. The esimated conformational entropy change values were then compared with the corresponding constant-volume entropies obtained from PVT measurements. The correspondence between both entropy values was found to be quite good in consideration of the uncertainties involved in both experiment and calculations. The phase transition entropies (△S_tr)_v of dimer liquid crystals may be mostly due to the conformational transformation of the spacer. The important role of the flexible spacer in determining the thermodynamic properties has thus been demonstrated.

This experimantation was processed by producing fine pattern electrode Paste and tested the properties with using gravure off-set process. The experiment followed these 2 steps. First, as a conductive filler, The various sized Flake typed Ag powder has reviewed and compared. Secondly, as organic binder, the experimentor Compared epoxy resins, acrylic resins and so on.As the result, Addition of 8% solids epoxy resin and adhesive with 2 μm the listing of the Ag powder,conductive, it was found that the most excellent in durability.
