Storages have a great role in human history last thousands years. Generally, storage was appeared commonly two types in old times. The one is small hollowed-hole type for food storing in the house. The other one is large independent building type for the public storage of village. Those kinds of space became as architecture for multi-purpose function which are stock, arrangement of goods or foods as time went on. These also show the vernacular characteristics with the appearances of societies, politics, economics, religions and cultures. Researching the storage could be a great chance to understand the minimum needs of function of its society because storage is function preferred architecture. Although storage architecture is only appendix for storing but it is also shown as a structure for space as well as material. It is also considerable to classify the styles of the storage architecture which is fading a lot. So this research is to understand storage architecture through researching the storage from the society and humanity. For this research, I analyze and classify the shapes, the materials, the finish materials and site selection for architectural characteristics.

Architect Wang Shu realizes his own architectural style with a philosophy that values tradition, materials, experience, and sensibility based on the literary style that values traditional Chinese garden ideas. His works mainly focused on soil, bricks, and wood, which are traditional Chinese architectural materials, but he reinterpreted and utilized concrete, a modern material, as a traditional Chinese architecture method, pursued regionalism, and attempted experimental architecture. This can be seen as the same as the one based on indigenousness, locality, and tradition, which are the characteristics of Vernacular architecture. Wang Shu considered the Ningbo Museum as a mountain and village with the concept of reviving traditional landscapes such as natural landscape paintings that were abundant in China. 건축가 왕슈는 중국 전통의 원림사상을 중시하는 문인의 기풍을 바탕으로, 전통과 재료, 그리고 경험과 감성을 중시하는철학으로 자신 만의 건축 방식을 실현하고 있다. 그의 작품은주로 중국의 전통적 건축 재료인 흙과 벽돌, 목재 등을 위주로 하지만 현대적인 재료인 콘크리트 사용방법을 중국 전통건축방식으로 재해석, 활용하여 지역주의 건축을 추구하며 일반 건축물에서 볼 수 없는 과감한 형태를 추구하며 실험적건축을 시도하였다. 이것은 버네큘러 건축의 특징인 토착성, 지역성, 전통성을 바탕으로 하는 것과 동일하다고 볼 수 있다. 왕슈는 중국의 풍부했던 자연 산수화 같은 전통풍경을 되살린다는 개념으로 닝보박물관을 하나의 산과 마을로 간주하고 설계했다.

A Ballistic Missile(BM) is a missile that follows a sub-orbital ballistic flightpath with the objective of delivering one or more wardheads to a predetermined target and An Anti-Ballistic Missile(ABM) is a missile designed to destroy a ballistic missile before reaching its target. The main objective of this study is to assess the requirement of ABM by considering both flight characteristic of the SCUD-B/C, Nodong missiles and intercept performance of ABM in the Lower tier Ballistic Missile Defense(BMD). The Ballistic Missile's flight characteristics, such as trajectory, velocity etc., are estimated by simulation using the physical motion equations. The requirement of ABM is calculated by evaluating whether the BMD forces can defend those when the ballistic missiles attack prime facilities.

This study aims to analyze how cultural exhibition spaces, museums and art galleries, formed programs for culturaland artistic experience activities and created an architectural space environment to carry out the programs for the creativeactivities of teenagers in recent years. We will analyze the cultural exhibition space of small cities in the provinces to find outthe correlation between the composition of architectural space and the operation program, and how it affects youth'sopportunities to participate in artistic and cultural experience activities and the formation of healthy personalities. The modernmuseum is a fourth-generation museum that operates as a program that can attract visitors to the places of organicallyintegrated creation, rather than independent, the basic concepts of museums and art galleries, and transform their thoughts andperceptions so that individual experiences can gather to form a group identity, and facilitate communication with visitors in allareas of the museum. The two museums and art galleries under the research are buildings that aim to create new architecturalconcepts and integrate them with nature, in addition to expressing morphological symbolism and their monumental architecturalformations, and have given small urban areas symbolic functions such as oasis, and are recognized as a very interesting andattractive place for local teenagers who are free to act through exhibitions of interesting hands-on works.

This study experimentally demonstrates the use of active muffler attached to the automotive exhaust system to reduce exhaust noise. For improving the signal to noise ratio in the process of estimation of secondary path transfer functions, the on-line algorithm that conventional inverse modeling is combined with adaptive line enhancer is used as the control algorithm. Active muffler is designed that the primary noise and the control sound are propagated as a plane wave in the outlet. Therefore, the error microphone could be placed out of the tail pipe center of a high temperature and the radiation noise to the outside could be reduced in the whole area around the outlet. The control experiment for reducing exhaust noise with active muffler is implemented during run-up at no load. From the experimental results presented, compared with the conventional off-line method, the proposed on-line method is capable to acquire a reduction of exhaust noise above 5 dB in overall sound power level.
