자료포락분석법을 이용한 신재생에너지 핵심기술 R&D 효율성 분석 : 질적 성과물을 중심으로

To improve the climate environment, the government is promoting the transition to eco-friendly energy through a plan to increase investment in energy technology development. Among them, in order to achieve the goal of preoccupying the core technologies of new and renewable energy, it is necessary to establish a strategy through efficiency analysis using qualitative outcomes. Therefore, this study uses the data envelope analysis method to determine the relative efficiency of the new and renewable energy core technology development tasks from 2014 to 2018 by using three qualitative outcomes. As a result of the analysis, most of the projects excluding hydrogen, solar power, and coal-using sectors out of the 11 sectors had low relative efficiency due to the uneconomical investment scale, so it is necessary to efficiently adjust the R&D investment scale. As a result, through this study, it can be meaningful that an analysis model based on qualitative outcomes was presented to achieve the goal of energy conversion policy and preempt technology. In addition, it is considered that future research will be possible to track changes in efficiency using additional qualitative outcomes. 기후환경 개선을 위해 정부는 에너지기술개발 투자 증가 계획을 통해 친환경 에너지로 전환을 추진하고 있다. 이 중 신재생에너지 핵심기술 선점이라는 목표 달성을 위해서는 질적 성과물을 활용한 효율성 분석을 통한 전략수립이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 자료포락분석법을 이용하여 2014년부터 2018년까지의 신재생에너지 핵심기술개발과제를 질적 성과물인 표준화된 순위보정영향력지수, 특허 SMART Grade, 기술 수준 개선 지표 3가지를 활용하여 상대적 효율성을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 11개 분야 중 수소, 태양열, 석탄이용 분야를 제외한 대부분의 프로젝트는 비경제적인 투자규모로 인해 상대적 효율성은 낮았기 때문에 연구개발 투자규모를 효율적으로 조정할 필요가 있다. 하지만 상대적 효율성이 낮더라도 성장잠재력이 큰 분야도 있을 수 있기에 정책적 방향을 고려한 투자가 필요하다. 결과적으로 본 연구를 통해 에너지 전환 정책의 목표 달성과 함께 기술선점을 위해 질적 성과물 기반의 분석 모델을 제시하였다는 의미를 가질 수 있다. 또한, 향후 연구로는 추가적 질적 성과물을 활용한 효율성 변화를 추적하는 연구도 가능할 것이라고 생각된다.
배기소음 제어용 능동형 소음기의 제어 성능평가에 관한 연구

Active mufflers have been mainly applied in the large industrial engine due to considerable expense for implementation, but a necessity of development has been increased by the tightened regulation of exhaust noise and the request of high power. In this study, the active muffler prototype for installing in an automobile is designed and constructed. The active muffler is designed so that the primary noise and the control sound are propagated as a plane wave in the outlet. Therefore, the error microphone could be placed outside the high temperature centers of the tail pipe, and the noise radiating to the outside could be reduced in the whole areas around the outlet. For evaluating the control performance of the prototype, the control experiments of band-pass filtered random signal and the modulation of sinusoidal signal which are generated from the primary noise speaker as practical exhaust sound level are implemented. And to investigate the radiation pattern from the outlet of tail pipe and the noise reduction level of points placed adjacent to the outlet, the sound level of adjacent points of thirty is measured.

In the case of the transfer function for the secondary path is dependent on time, the on-line method which can model it is continuously must be applied to the active noise control technique. And the adaptive random noise technique among the on-line methods is effective in the narrow-band control. In this method, the signal to noise ratio between random noise for modeling and primary noise is low. Therefore, the estimations of transfer function will be prone to inaccuracies and the convergence time will be too long. Such imperfections will have an influence upon the performance of an active noise controller. In this study, t enhance the signal to noise ratio, the on-line method that is combined the conventional adaptive random noise technique and the adaptive line enhancer, is proposed. By using proposed on-line method, a rigorous system identification and control of primary noise have been implemented.

In the conventional inverse modeling method for on-line modeling of the secondary path transfer function, the signal to noise ratio between the arbitrary random signal and the plant noise have to keep at -10 - -20 dB. For these reasons, the modeling can't be exactly implemented by the conventional method alone and the convergence time for modeling becomes too long. In this study, by combining the conventional inverse modeling method with an adaptive line enhancer, or with an adaptive noise canceller, a rigorous transfer functions of secondary path modeling and the control of a primary noise have been implemented simultaneously.

The reliability is defined as a probability that a system will operate properly for a specified period of time under the design operating conditions without failure and it has been considered as one of the major design parameters in the field of industries. Reliability-Redundancy Optimization Problem(RROP) involves selec tion of components with multiple choices and redundancy levels for maximizing system reliability with constraints such as cost, weight, etc. However, in practice both active and cold standby redundancies may be used within a particular system design. Therefore, a redundancy strategy(active, cold standby) for each subsystem in order to maximize system reliability is considered in this study. Due to the nature of RROP, i.e. NP-hard problem, A Parallel Particle Swarm Optimization(PPSO) algorithm is proposed to solve the mathematical programming model and it gives consistently better quality solutions than existing studies for benchmark problems.
