벤처기업 내부역량과 경쟁전략 간의 적합성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Based on the strategic contingency theory and the resource based view, this study analyzed relationships among Venture business Competence and strategy the effects of their fit on firm Venture Business Performance. Hypotheses were tested over a sample of 318 domestic companies in 52 different industries. Based on the strategic contingency theory and the resource based view, this study analyzed relationships among business environment, competitive strategy and competence and the effects of their fit on firm performance. Hypotheses were tested over a sample of 962 domestic companies in 28 different industries. Empirical result of hypotheses without performance implications showed that, in accordance to the strategic contingency theory, business competence of the firm was closely related with the firm s choice of competitive strategy. In order to test hypotheses involving performance implication, we divided firms in our sample into high-performance and low-performance groups, and investigated the differences in various fit scores business competence and competitive strategy;environment-strategy(external fit) and competence-strategy(internal fit); than low-performance groups. Such empirical results suggest that, in accordance to the strategic contingency theory and the resource based view, the fit between Venture business competence and competitive strategy; and the integrated fit among competence-strategy(internal fit), all have positive effects on firm performance.

창업보육 매니저 역량과 지원서비스가 입주기업 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to confirm influencing factors for the performance of BI establishment which is the of BI's managers. As dependent variable this study includes the center-side factors of BI's performance which is maintenance and growth of BI as well as firm-side factors. The empirical study was done by the entire 238 BI Centers designated from used the questionnaire method for the BI's managers and the enterprises that are in duration above 1 year and under 3 years and executed the regression analysis to test hypotheses of influencing in terms of ML(maximum Likelihood) procedure in AMOS 9.0 was used effects and moderating effects. Results of empirical study are as follow: First, the characteristics of operation system to have different influencing effect significantly in two moderating groups are the policy of operation, the quantity of managers and sufficiency of finance. The characteristics of manager to have different influencing effect significantly in two moderating groups is capacity. Second, significant determinants of center-side performance which is maintenance and growth of BI are definiteness of the aim of operation, shared incubator service and inside-oriented connection activity. In Korea, BI that is established in the university are majority by this time and they operated as the technique-BI. So operation policy of BI is similar. Consequently there is a necessity which will reorganize the function and the role of BI and the evaluation system. Also the policy support for building the human infrastructure and exaltation of manager' pride is needed. 본 연구에서는 창업보육센터의 운영과 관련된 특성 및 창업보육매니저의 특성이 창업보육센터의 지원서비스와 창업보육센터의 입주기업의 경영성과에 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 구체적인 목적은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업보육센터의 운영시스템과 보육센터 매니저특성 그리고 지원서비스가 창업보육센터 입주기업의 경영성과에 미치는 직접적인 영향을 실증적으로 분석하여 인과관계를 규명하고자 한다. 둘째, 창업보육센터 지원서비스의 매개효과를 검증하여 창업보육센터 입주기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 셋째, 구조방정식 모형 분석에 의해 창업보육센터 입주기업 경영성과 영향요인을 실증적으로 분석하여 인과관계를 규명하고자 한다. 이를 통해 창업보육센터의 입주기업들의 성과향상을 위해 어떤 요소들을 중심으로 어떤 활동을 수행해야 하는지에 대한 방향성을 제시해 줄 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

창업보육센타 입주기업의 경영성과 요인에 관한 탐색적 연구

Results of empirical study are as follow: First, influencing effects of the characteristics of operation system are partly positive significantly. This is the result of effort to construct external infrastructure to date. The estimation of the manager variables is highly positive. So from now we should effort to build managemental infrastructure which is to support programs and expand the financial resource and keep up manager's characteristics. Second, the estimation of the firms-side performance are positive significantly on the growth of sales and the technical completion. And the estimation of the firms-side performance is only positive significantly on growth of self-sustained degree in budget. But the growth of employment is low. This is result from technical oriented-BI in Korea and guidance of policy etc. In Korea, BI that is established in the university are majority by this time and they operated as the technique-BI. So operation policy of BI is similar. Consequently there is a necessity which will reorganize the function and the role of BI and the evaluation system. Also the policy support for building the human infrastructure and exaltation of manager' pride is needed.
