Equipment installed on naval vessels may be damaged by external shocks such as torpedoes and missiles during their missions. Because performance degradation and damage of equipment in such an external environment are closely related to the viability of naval vessels, naval vessels mounting equipment needs to verify shock resistance against shock. The shock test conditions required by naval vessels vary depending on the type of ship and where the equipment is mounted. In the case of submarines, the test is performed under the shock load conditions required by MIL-S-901D (1989) or the submarine"s elastic platform depending on the location where the equipment is installed. In this study, the Navy vessel console mounted on the elastic platform of the submarine is limited for pre-verification before conducting a shock test. Shock response analysis was performed through the FEA analysis, and it was confirmed that the requirements for the shock test were sufficiently satisfied.

In this study, the various supply system of LRE such as a feed-line, an elbow, and an orifice as a part of integrated analyzing has been combined to develop the performance analysis program. Computational analysis has been used to compare the results and to verify the validity and limitation conditions of the performance analysis program by changing orifice positions.

The statistics of occupational injuries and illnesses is one of the most important indicators of worker``s safety and health in the field of occupational safety and health. The conventional statistics was produced without consideration of gender difference. This study was planned to investigate the difference of occupational injuries and illnesses by gender because that recently female workers was increased through the change of industrial structure such as from manufacturing dominated to service dominated structure. Statistics of occupational injuries and illnesses collected by workmen``s compensation insurance system that have no information about gender composition of population. Economically active population survey was used to calculated the rate of occupational injuries and illnesses by gender. The distribution of estimated rate of occupational injuries and illnesses by industry, occupation and the type of accident were different between male and female employees, but those by the size of enterprise, age of the injured, the duration of the first recuperation, and job tenure were similar between male and female employees. This study has shown that gender sensitive approach may be applied to policy of occupational safety and health because that gender neutral perspective may not discover the fact of gender specific problems.
연강, Al, Cu-Zn판재의 밴딩가공(close bending)에 있어서 패드(pad)의 영향

본 연구는 자체 제작한 전체 패드(pad)가 부착된 밴딩금형을 이용하여 연강, Al, Cu-Zn 판재를 밴딩(bending)가공하여 생산된 제품의 특성을 자유밴딩(open bending)하여 얻은 제품의 특성과 비교 분석하였다. 연강의 경우 Blank(치수 : 217.2×60×1.60mm)를 밴딩가공 하였을 경우, 제품의 치수 변화는 스프링 백은 각도 24′, 두께는 밴딩이 가장 많이 일어난 부분이 1.50mm, 제품의 전체길이는 220.9mm등으로 변하였다. Al의 경우 Blank(치수 27.2×60×1.50mm)를 밴딩 하였을 경우, 제품의 치수 변화는 스프링 백은 각도 32′, 두께는 밴딩이 가장 많이 일어난 부분이 1.42mm, 제품의 전체길이는 219.2mm등으로 변하였다. Cu-Zn 의 경우 Blank(치수 : 216.9×60×1.5mm)를 밴딩 하였을 경우, 제품의 치수 변화는 스프링 백이 각도 83′, 두께는 밴딩이 가장 많이 일어난 부분이 1.43mm, 제품의 전체길이는 219.8mm등으로 변하였다. 본 연구는 패드를 설치한 금형을 이용하여 생산한 제품은 자유 밴딩을 이용한 제품과 비교하였을 경우 스프링 백, 두께 및 길이 변화가 매우 적고, 고 정밀도를 갖는 우수한 제품을 생산할 수 있었다.
