본 연구는 치매노인에 대한 음악치료 국내 연구동향을 분석하여 치매노인 대상 음악치료의 효과적인 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 분석대상은 학위논문과 학술논문으로 2000년부터 2017년까지 치매노인, 음악치료, 음악, 음악활동, 연구동향을 검색하여 나온 국내 논문 자료 중 67편의 연구동향을 분석하였다. 치매노인 음악치료 연도별 연구현황, 음악치료 영역별, 음악치료 활동별로 총 회기 수와 회기 당 시간을 연구 분석한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 치매노인 음악치료에 대한 국내 연구의 연도별 연구추세는 2006년 이후 연구가 급격히 증가하였고, 2006년 정부의 ‘고령사회 기본 계획’ 수립 뒤 2007년에 가장 많은 연구가 진행되었다. 둘째, 치료 영역별 연구 동향은 인지영역에서 가장 많은 연구가 진행되었고 두 가지 이상의 혼합연구도 이루어지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 치료 활동별 연구동향은 노래 부르기 활동이 가장 많았고, 두 가지 이상의 혼합 활동 연구도 이루어지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 혼합 활동 연구논문 중 노래 부르기와 악기 연주 활동을 혼합한 연구가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 총 회기 수와 회기 당 시간별 연구동향은 11-20회기, 41-50분의 연구가 가장 많이 시행되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 치매노인을 대상으로 한 음악치료 프로그램 선행연구들을 연구 분석하여 음악치료 연구의 최근 동향에 근거한 효과적인 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료로 제시했다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다. The aim of this study is to analyze the trends in domestic studies for the elderly dementia and provide basic data to develop effective programs of music therapy for the elderly. Research subjects analyzed 67 research trends in their Korean papers that were published by searching for dementia, music therapy, music, music activities and research trends between 2000 and 2017 as doctoral dissertations and academic papers. The conclusion of a study analysis on the total number of sessions and time per session by research status per year by dementia old person, areas of music therapy, and activities of music therapy are as follows : First, the annual trend of domestic studies on music therapy for the elderly with dementia increased sharply since 2006, and the most research was carried out in 2007 after the government established a basic plan for aging society. Second, the trend of studies by treatment area has shown that the largest number of studies have been carried out in the cognitive domain, and that more than one mixed-use is being conducted. Third, we could see that the study trends by treatment activity had the most singing activity, and more than one mixed-action study was also being conducted. Many of the mixed-action research papers also found that they combined singing with musical instruments. Fourth, the study trends by total number of sessions and time per session were conducted most frequently, with 41-50 minutes of research being done during the 11-20 sessions. Therefore, this study was intended to provide a base for the development of effective programs based on recent trends in music therapy studies by analyzing pre-research studies of music therapy programs for the elderly with dementia.

팩트체크를 활용한 중학생 대상 미디어 리터러시 교육에 관한 사례연구

미디어 리터러시는 디지털 기술로 인한 미디어 환경의 변화와 일상생활에서 미디어의 영향력이 커짐에 따라 미래사회의 필수적 역량으로 주목받고 있다. 최근 미디어 이용 시간이 많은 중학생을 대상으로 미디어 리터러시 교육의 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 본 연구는 미디어 리터러시 교육의 필수요소인 팩트체크를 활용한 카드 뉴스 제작 교육사례를 중심으로 차세대 미디어 리터러시 교육의 방향을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 미디어 리터러시 교육과 팩트체크을 연계해 미디어 접근 능력, 증거 수집 및 분석 능력, 비판적 이해 능력을 목표로 교육 프로그램을 구성하였고 충청지역 중학생 50명을 대상으로 하였다. 미디어 리터러시 인식을 조사하고 그중 5명을 선정하여 포커스 그룹 면접을 실시하여 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 팩트체크 카드 뉴스 제작에 기반한 미디어 리터러시 교육을 통해 학생들의 정보수집 능력과 비판적 분석 능력이 향상되었고, 미디어 언어를 통해 자신 생각을 자유롭게 표현하고 교류하는 능동적인 참여자로 변화되는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 향후 연구를 통해 미디어 리터러시 교육의 장기적인 효과를 조사하고 학생들의 미디어 리터러시 능력을 향상시키기 위한 정규 교육 프로그램이 개발되기를 기대한다. As the media environment changes due to digital technology and the influence of media in everyday life grows, media literacy is drawing attention as an essential competency in the future society. Recently, the need for media literacy education has been emphasized for middle school students who spend a lot of time using media. This study aims to present the direction of next-generation media literacy education, focusing on the case of media education using fact-check, an essential element of media literacy education. By linking media literacy education with fact-checking, an educational program was organized with the aim of media access, evidence collection and analysis, and critical understanding, and it was targeted at 50 middle school students in Chungcheong-do. We investigated media literacy perceptions, selected 5 of them, and conducted focus group interviews to collect and analyze data. Through media literacy education based on fact-check card news production, students' information collection and critical analysis skills have improved, and they have become active participants who freely express and exchange their thoughts through media languages. Future research is expected to investigate the long-term effects of media literacy education and develop regular education programs that can improve students' media literacy skills.

Purpose: This study aimed to explore perception level of health care professionals on legislation for advanced practice nurses’roles focusing and practice acts. Methods: The 173 participants in this study were medical specialists and clin-ical nurses in one territory and two general hospitals. Results: Health care professionals expressed positive perceptions of the legislative acts for advanced practice nurses’roles. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA. Health care professionals expressed positive cognition of the legislative acts for advanced practice nurses’roles. Conclusions: The findings indicate that the importance, satisfaction and contribution of advanced practice nurses’acts, and legislation of their roles are recognized. Indicate a need for further development of advanced practice nurses’roles to overcome the gaps identified through this research.

In this paper proposed the algorithm for extraction feature using direction element from Korean character. The direction element features are horizons, verticals, virgules and circles in Korean character. The standard patterns made from feature that extracted characteristic of consonant and vowel used proposed algorithm. When we used this algorithm, the results of recognition rate was 98% about different fonts of the same Korean characters. And it shown 100% rate of separation about different consonants and vowels. So this algorithm that proposed direction element feature is very good for recognition of consonants and vowels of Korean character.
