천연가스배관을 통한 수소 혼합공급의 환경적 유용성 평가

수소의 대표적인 공급방식에는 집중식과 분산식이 있다. 경제성 측면에서 대량수소사용을 위해 집중식이 유리하지만 막대한 공급인프라 구축비용이 단기간에 소요되는 단점이 있다. 이러한 단점을 극복하기 위해 기존의 천연가스배관에 수소를 혼합공급하는 방법이 주목받고 있다. 본 논문에서의 수소혼합공급의 환경적 유용성을 타수소공급방안과 비교하여 분석한 결과에 의하면 수소혼합공급이 환경적으로 유익하며, 특히 지구온난화 감소에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. There are two hydrogen supply systems which are central and distributed supply. Central supply system may be cost-effective but huge supply infra cost is needed. For cost-effectiveness, hydrogen supply with existing natural gas pipeline has been focused in Europe. From the analysis results in this study, hydrogen supply method with existing natural gas pipeline is the better for environmental availability including green house effect.

The aims of this study were to evaluate the material properties of the recently developed dual-cured core resin (Experimental product, EP, Meta Biomed Inc., Cheong-won-gun, Korea) and to compare it with other commercial products (LuxaCore<SUP>ⓡ</SUP>-Dual, DMG, Hamburg, Germany; MultiCore<SUP>ⓡ</SUP> flow, Ivoclar Vivadent, Liechtenstein). Flexural strength and radio-opacity were tested according to ISO 4049 and surface micro-hardness, fluoride release, and cuttability were also evaluated. The data were analyzed with one-way ANOVA and independent t-test(p=0.05) using PASW 17.0 (SPSS Inc., Chicago, U.S.A.). The flexural strength of EP was higher than LuxaCore in both light-curing and self-curing methods(p<0.05). The flexural strength of EP was not significantly different between light-curing and self-curing method(p>0.05). The EP showed the lowest surface micro-hardness among the test groups(p<0.05). For fluoride release, EP was higher than MultiCore(p<0.05). There was no significant difference between EP and LuxaCore(p>0.05). The radio-opacity of EP was higher than LuxaCore(p<0.05). There was no significant difference between EP and MultiCore(p>0.05). The cuttability of EP had no significant differences among the groups(p>0.05). From the results of this study, EP is a suitable material to be used in clinical fields as a core material.

In this study, the parameters of SCR system which effect on NOx conversion efficiency have been investigated. The NOx sensor located in front of SCR catalyst and the urea injector dosing urea solutions to the SCR catalyst play important roles in NOx conversion efficiency of SCR system. First, NOx conversion efficiency has been decreased when NOx sensor reads engine out NOx emission lower than the actual engine out NOx emission, because it brings about the lack of urea injection quantity. Second, the NOx conversion efficiency has been also decreased when urea injector doses less amount of urea solution than the system required. Finally, Applying the aged catalyst system (DOC, c-DPF, SCR) and the soot loading amount in c-DPF also have effects on the change of NOx conversion efficiency.
PMV 온열 환경과 조도가 시작업 성능에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

In this study, a questionnaire was developed to assess error search and correction tasks, and an analysis was performed on the accuracy of the tasks and the time required for their completion in order to identify the effects of LED light source illumination on visual performance according to changes in a predicted mean vote (PMV) thermal environment. In addition, a subjective evaluation was performed by conducting a survey on the level of visual fatigue experienced during the tasks. In the experiment, four types of PMV thermal environments were established according to PMV values in the temperature range of (17±1-29±1) °C and the humidity range of (50±5-60±5) %, and the LED light source illumination was divided into three types: 400lx, 700lx, and 1000lx. The experimental results confirmed that the accuracy of the error search (LED p value=0.058, PMV*LED p value=0.083) and correction tasks and the time required(LED p value=0.004, PMV p value=0.000) for their completion were affected by changes in both the PMV thermal environment and the LED light source illumination, whereas a significant difference in visual fatigue was observed only in the PMV thermal environment(p value=0.003). This research analyzed biosignals associated with the change of emotion from lighting felt by the occupants and task type under various indoor thermal environments and illuminance, and examined the biosignals` impacts on work. To this end, the indoor thermal environment was constructed on the basis of PMV (predicted mean vote) index value, and various indoor environments were created by changing the brightness of LED stands. In this manner, a variety of indoor environments were constructed, and experiments were carried out. This research evaluates the sensibility response to lighting through a questionnaire survey in the given environment and incorporates different types of error searches. In this way, changes were analyzed by measuring electroencephalogram (EEG) and electrocardiograms (ECG). As a result, all biosignals on the task type showed significant differences from the thermal environment change. When PMV index value was 0.8 (temperature: 25 ℃, humidity: 50 %), concentration and attention were the most activated. However, the biosignals did not show significant differences from the illuminance change. Concentration on an occupant`s work capability was confirmed to be closely related to the thermal environment. As for the subjective emotional response to lighting, the occupants felt comfort as illuminance was lower, while they felt discomfort as illuminance was higher. However, there were no significant differences from the thermal environment change.

삶의 질이 향상됨에 따라 환자의 흉터 치료 수요는 증가하고 있는 반면, 흉터 개선 제품은 대부분 수입 제품에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 엔케팔린은 신경말단에서 분비하는 신경 펩타이드의 한 종류이다. 피부세포와 신경세포는 배엽 발달 과정 중 공통적으로 외배엽에서 유래하며, 피부세포 막에서 신경세포에서 발현되는 신경펩타이드 수용체 즉, 오피오이드 수용체(Opioid Receptor)가 발현된다. 오피오이드 수용체는 뮤-(μ), 델타-(δ), 카파-(κ) 세 종류가 있으며, 각각을 MOR, DOR, KOR라고 부르고, 델타-오피오이드 수용체는 피부에서의 상처 치유(Wound-healing)에 직접 관여하는 것으로 보인다. 본 논문에서는 엔케팔린의 Alanine Scan 방법을 이용하여 엔케팔린 유도체를 합성하여, 피부세포내 안전성과 Cell migration assay를 통한 In vitro 상처 치유 촉진 효능, 프로 콜라겐 합성능력 및 보습효과를 실험을 통해 검증하였고, 피부 상처 마우스 모델에서 엔케팔린 유도체의 상처 치료 효과를 확인하였다. 그 결과 엔케팔린 유도체 AGGFL(AS10) 및 YGGAL(AS13)이 상처 치유 효능, 프로 콜라겐 합성증가, 보습 관련 유전자 발현 증가를 확인하였고, 특히 AS13이 피부 상처 마우스 모델에서 뛰어난 상처치료 효과를 확인하였다. Although demand for scar treatment has been rising as our quality of life is improved, most scar treatment products rely on importation. Enkephalin is one of the neuropeptides secreted from neuronal ends. As both skin and neuron are derived from the exoderm during the development process, skin cells express opioid receptors as neuronal cells do. Opioid receptors are categorized into three types, mu(m)-, delta(d)-, and kappa(k)- opioid receptors, all of which are directly involved in the wound healing process. In this study, enkephalin derivatives are synthesized by Alanin Scan and their efficacy was evaluated and compared. In vitro wound healing effects, stimulatory effects of collagen synthesis, and skin hydration effects were also evaluated and confirmed. Among Enkephalin derivatives, AS13 showed highest wound healing effect.
