나프탈렌 유도체들의 치환기 효과에 관한 흡수 분광학적 연구

나프탈렌과 그것의 31개의 유도체들의 UV흡수 스펙트러를 검토하기 위해 L_a띠의 파장 위치의 이동을 1차 2차 섭동이론으로부터 유도된 인덕티브와 메조메릭 효과로서 설명하였다. 치환기 효과에 기인되어 나타나는 나프탈렌 유도체들의 L_a띠의 흡수 피크의 파장이동을 해석하기 위해 Longuet-Higgins의 이론을 수정·확장하여 계산하였다. 1-메틸, 1-니트로, 1,2-디메틸, 1-아미노-7-하이드록시, 1-아미노-4-니트로, 1-하이드록시-4-클로로 및 1,5-디메톡시 나프탈렌의 경우는 계산값과 실효값이 좋은 정량적인 일치를 보여주고 있으며 2-플로로, 2-메톡시 및 2-니트로 나프탈렌의 경우를 제외하면 계산값과 실효값이 장파장이동을 하는 것으로 정상적인 일치를 보여준다.
비선형 형상함수를 고려한 동적 풍방향 응답 보정계수 산정방법

Base Balance Technique은 건축물의 하중과 변위 및 가속도와 같은 응답들을 구하기 위한 기본적인 풍동실험기법으로 사용되어 왔다. 이 기법은 선형적인 형상함수의 내제된 가정으로 수행함으로써, 밑면 전도모멘트로 일반화된 하중을 추정할 수 있다. 그러나 초고층건물은 다수의 풍방향진동에 대한 형상함수들을 가지고 있다. 본래의 초고층건물의 기본적인 형상함수는 선형적이지 않으므로 풍동실험이나 선형적인 해석의 결과로부터 약간의 조정이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는풍동실험의 데이터를 이용하여 풍방향응답의 보정계수를 제안한다. 그리고 건물의 높이와 너비, 건물주기 등으로부터 보정계수의 요인들을 이해할 수 있다. The base balance technique has become the standard wind-tunnel method by which overall structural wind loads,and responses such as accelerations, displacements. The technique works with the inherent assumption of linear mode shapesso that the base moments can approximate the generalized forces. However, the high-rising buildings have plural mode shapesof along-wind vibrations. If the prototype fundamental mode shapes of a tall building depart from a straight line, someadjustments from the result of wind tests or linear analysis become necessary. This paper offers correction factors for alongwindresponses and compares with experimental data. Then, it can be understood that causes of correction factors like aheight, width, period cycle, weight and velocity pressure exposure coefficient of buildings.
음주운전과 교통사고에서 신뢰성 있는 혈중 알코올 농도와 법적용: 측정 불확도 평가 및 의사결정 규칙

Blood alcohol concentration (BAC) is concerned with very sensitive legal issue to the drunken drivers and the traffic accidents. Therefore, BAC should be reported the measured results with the uncertainty and then decided the reliable BAC by the reasonable decision rule. But until now, the reliable BAC has not been decided with the uncertainty and the reasonable decision rule has not applied to the traffic Act. The aim of his article is to make the trustworthy BAC based on estimating the measurement uncertainty induced by measure process and to decide the reliable BAC by the reasonable decision rule to apply the traffic Act. The experiment was conducted by the headspace sampler-gas chromatograph (HSS-GC/FID) and the proficiency test was performed by this experiment method. This article comments the measurement procedure, the identification of uncertainty source and its contribution to the uncertainty, the combined standard uncertainty and the uncertainty estimation of BAC at about 95% confidence level. To make the reliable BAC based on the objective reasonability complied with the ILAC guideline, it is decided by the 3σ decision rule as PFA (probability of false accept) below 0.16% and applied to the traffic Act.

The effects of formic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid and n-butyric acid on the distribution coefficients of magnesium, calcium and strontium ion in Dowex 50W_X8, which is strong acidic cation exchange resin, have been investigated in the various concentrations of the acid. It has been found that the distribution coefficients of the metal ion decreased with the increase of the acid concentration.

Amethod of simultaneously screening 215 typesof pesticides has been established by liquid chromatographywith tandem mass spectrometry, quadrupole/time of flightmass spectrometry and triple quadrupole mass spectrometry. Samples of blood and gastric contents were preparedthrough the modified Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Ruggedand Safe (QuEChERS) method. A modified QuEChERSthat uses dispersive solid phase extraction for a smallamount of sample, mini-QuEChERS, was applied to bloodand gastric contents for quick and convenient preparation ofthe sample and to reduce matrix effect. This method ofsimultaneous identification needs the upmost reliabilitybecause these results are employed by forensic toxicologyand may lead to issues with the law. In this study, weincorporated the following two concepts to demonstrate itsreliability: One concept is that two tandem mass spectrometersare applied for the confirmation and then a precisecompound identification is conducted synchronously at thesame retention time. The other concept for reliability adoptsthe approved criterion as identification points, defined byEU. Validation of the method was performed to assessselectivity, linearity, limit of quantification (LOQ), andrecovery by standard addition procedure. The result of linearity was almost satisfactory, and the LOQ of pesticidesdetected in whole blood and Korean characteristic gastriccontents was between 2.5–50 ng/mL. About 90 % of thepesticides had 80–120 % recovery in whole blood, andabout 78 % of the pesticides had 80–120 % recovery inKorean gastric contents.
비색법에 의한 pH측정 및 열역학적 해리상수 측정에 대한 고찰

비색법으로 pH를 측정하고 이염기성 유기산의 열역학적 해리상수 K_1, K_2를 측정하는 방법에 대해 고찰하였다. 이 방법으로 측정한 결과 동일한 변색을 pH보다는 pf_2[H^+]가 같았으며 열역학적 해리상수는 이전에 발표된 실험치와 잘 맞았다.
