        분석분야에 훈련모델 활용방안 연구 : 창조21모델과 JICM의 방공분야 모의논리 비교를 중심으로

        This study proposes an experimental method that a model for training can be utilized in the field of requiring experimental analysis through modifying the structure of it. We use ChangCho21 model as the model for training. We determined the part of modifying structure of it after analyzing the structure of JICM that has been used for a model for analysis. We limited the part of simulation logics to a part of air-defense simulation logic that is independent of other simulation logics. To show that the proposed method is valid, we compare the modified ChangCho21 model to EADSIM that has been used for simulation model for analyzing air defence. We obtain experimental results through the example of analyzing for air defence about central city area. The experimental results are that structure modified ChangCho21 model with structure modified has the rate of shooting-down 72.7% and EADSIM 69.6%. Two results are very similar. The experimental results show that we can do work for analysis with structure modified model for training, though we do not develop a new model for analysis.

        It has been known that the pronounced hypotension resulting from hemorrhage gives rise to compensatory stimulation of the adrenosympathetic system, which leads to an increase of liberation of catecholamines from sympathetic nervous system and adrenal medulla. It is obvious, therefore, that numerous physiological and biochemical changes during the hemorrhagic hypotention might be mediated through the increased liberation of catecholamines. Although an extensive studies have been reported on changes of protein and carbohydrate metabolism in hemorrhagic shock a few studies on the changes of lipid metabolism have been reported. Levenson(1961) observed a marked increase of serum lipids content during hemorrhagic shock and also noticed a marked elevation of serum free fatty acids. He suggested that these effects were due to mobilization and accelerated metabolic breakdown of lipids which might be resulted by sympathetic stimulation as a cause. To elucidate the mechanism of this, author studied the change of serum free fatty acids and blood sugar with relation to catecholamines during experimentally induced hemorrhagic shock in dog. Healthy male mongrel dogs weighing approximately 15kg were used. Under the general anesthesia with pentobarbital, rapid hemorrhage was produced from the femoral artery maintaining blood pressure level of 40 mmHg measured by the manometer connected with the opposite femoral artery throughout the experiment. Serum free fatty acids(FFA) and blood sugar were measured by the methods of Dole(1956) and Folin-wu,(1920) respectively. Tissue catecholamine was measured by Shore and Olin method(1958) using Aminco-Bowman spectrophotofluorometer.

        This study presents the development and application plan of UAV(Unmanned Aerial vehicle) image simulator interoperation system in Korean Army on the basis of result that develop UAV image model that solve technological problem that converts military unit information into individual unit information in real-time. That can coincide in large unit BCTP(Battle Command Training Program)’s goal and urpose through confirming limitation that is connected by simulator simply laying stress on L-C system construction among LVC system.

        의사결정나무를 이용한 근접전투전문가시스템

        본 논문에서는 훈련용 워게임모델의 근접전투 피해평가를 위한 새로운 근접전투전문가시스템을 제안하였다. 군에서 사용하고 있는 워게임모델에서 피해평가 모의논리는 아주 중요한 모의가능이다. 현재, 육군의 군사단급 워게임모델인 창조21 모델에서는 근접전투 피해평가의 핵심기능이 창조21 모델에서 계산되지 않고, 공개소스와 내부논리를 알 수 없는 미군에서 제작한 근접전투전문가시스템(일명 COBRA)에서 별도로 계산되고, 이 결과가 네트워크를 통해 창조21 모델로 전송되어 근접전투에 대한 피해평가가 이루어진다. 본 논문에서는 COBRA를 대체할 수 있는 근접전투전문가시스템을 의사결정나무를 이용해서 제안하였다. 제안하는 시스템은 실험결과 COBRA와 유사한 성능을 보였고, 시스템의 계산량이 적었고 군사작전 상황에 적합하였다. In this paper, we propose a new expert system for close combat in military war game model for training. Simulation logic for damage assesment is one of the main simulation functions in military war game. In Changcho 21's model which is the war game model for Republic of Korea Army corps and division, the main function of close combat's damage assessment has not been calculated by Changcho 21's model, but by COBRA which was made by US Army and has been the expert system for close combat. Results which were calculated in COBRA were sent to Changcho 21's model through a cable network. And Changcho 21's model finally calculated the value of damage assessment with the results. In this paper, we develop an new expert system for close combat using decision tree. The experimental results show that the proposed expert system has similar performance to COBRA and has less computing complexity. And it can substitute for COBRA and be applicable to battlefield.

        Here the authors present two cases of patients with paralytic, shoulders, who had been subject to the surgical repair of shoulder arthrodesis. The procedure performed by the authors is the original Gills technic supplemented by two transartcular Kischner's wires for internal fixation and proved to be satisfactory enough in improving the function of the affected shoulders for us to feel it justified to make this report. Brief discussion regarding the general aspect of shoulder fusion was attempted.

        NIDEK EAS - 1000 을 이용한 전안부 광학상수의 측정

        Scb앉npflug 원리롤 적용하여 눈의 전반부를 측정 및 분석할 수 있는 Nid.ek EAS- 1000올 이용한 눈의 전반부 광학상수에 대한 측정값올 Orbscan Topography/ Pachymetry System 및 A - scan ultrasonography 측정값과 비교 분석하였다. 건강하 고 안질환이 없는 19-32세(명균 2 1.5세)의 27 명(남 13 명, 여 14명)의 54안을 선정하 였다. 모든 측정은 조절마비제와 산동제를 투여한 상태에서 실시하였다. 각막전후면 의 곡률반경, 수정체 전후면의 곡률반경 및 각막의 두께는 다른 기기의 측정값파 유사 한 것으로 나타났다. 전방깊이는 Orbscan 측정값과 비슷하였으나, 초음파 측정값보다 더 크게 측정되었고, 수정체두께는 초옴파 측정값보다 더 낮게 측정되었다. 전방깊이와 수정체두께 측정값올 초옴파 측정값과 직접 비교할 수 있는 환산계수가 요구된다. We measured the optical dimension of anterior eye segment by use of Nidek EAS -1아)() under cycloplegics and mydriatics conditions for 27 subjects(54 eyes) aged 19 to 32 years. The measured results using by Nidek EAS - 1α)(), which was applied the Scheimpflug principle, showed to be similar to those of the other instrurnents. For the radii of comeal anterior and posterior surfaces, the radii of crystalline lens' anterior and posterior surfaces, and comeal central thickness were similar. However, For the anterior chamber depth, it was similar to that of Orbscan, while it showed to be larger than that of A - scan ultrasonography. And, for the thickness of crystalline lens, it showed to be smaller than that of ultrasonography. There was required conversion factor when the values of ACD and lens thickness measured by NIDEK EAS - 1000 was directly compared to that of measured by A - scan Ultrasonography.

      • 綠色腫을 隨伴한 單球白血病의 1 剖檢例 : Report of a Case with Autopsy

        This 21-year-old Korean male was admitted in ROK Naval Medical Center on Jan. 24, 1963 with general weakness, vertigo and persistent painful swelling of gingiva. Peripheral blood, on admission, showed white cell count of 17, 000/cu. mm. with 7% blasts, 36% promonocytes and 28% monocytes. Hemoglobin was 6 gm. % and platelet count was 60, 300/cu. mm. Bone marrow aspiration revealed marked hyperplasia of young cells of myelomonocytic series. Both clinical symptoms and hematological findings improved dramatically upon initiation of steroid therapy. From the fifth month of admission, however, the clinical. course of the patient began to aggravate with gradual development of facial palsy, hearing disturbance, ophthalmoplegia, generalized arthralgia and intractable chest pain accompanied with the rise of white cell count. A subcutaneous nodule appeared in scalp. The patient expired on October 21 1963 following hemorrhagic episodes and coma. Autopsy revealed numerous discrete pale green nodules of various size on vertebrae, ribs, sternum, cranium, pleura and meninges, most of them closely associated with periosteum. Diffuse infiltration of leukemic cells is also noted in several organs. The component cells of chloroma consisted of young forms of monocytic series and some myelocytes. Along with the presentation of the case, some controversial topics of chloroma were reviewed.
