An analytical method for determining the thermal stress distributions in a 3-layered beam is developed, which is focused on the end effects. This method gives the stress distributions which satisfy the stress-free boundary condition at the end completely. For verification of the method, a numerical example which was introduced by other researchers is treated. The stress distributions agree with the results of other researchers. The results show that the show and peeling stresses at the interfaces are significant near the edge and become negligible in the interior region.

Houses in Jeju city are divided into separated types and combination types of household affairs space. Other special types are separated-kitchen type. Separated household affairs space type is mostly built. Separated household affairs space type were sitting room + Gopang separate type and separate sitting room type. Combination household affairs space type made from sitting room, kitchen, Gopang and Chabang(Dinning room) put together as space differentiation, also into classes sitting room + kitchen + Gopang + Chabang type, sitting room + kitchen + Chabang type, sitting room + kitchen + Gopang, sitting room + kitchen type by combination household cares space type. Separated-kitchen type was one of the special type from separated-kitchen type of traditional housing, and type with continuous. Houses in Jeju city were 3 kan type and 4 kan type. 4kan type was mostly built. ㅡ shape is kept as plan shaped of straight shape, and roof shape is showed as ㅡ shape gathering roof. ㅡ shape + part projection type talls part projecting type as happened in Gopang, and Chabang. Roof is gathering roof, and when it is showed ㄱ shape by Gopang, Chabang, and kitchen are projected. ㅡ shape + total projection shape is one of the room become totally projected by Gopang and Chabang, can be happen with small room or kitchen, and roof as gathering roof shaped with ㅡ shape, ㄱ shape, ㄷ shape, unsystematic ㄹ shape, and various shapes.

The purpose of this study was to examine the amount of $\beta-endorphin$ and pain threshold according to time sequences in applying experimented TENS and MENS(pre treatment, posttreatment, 25 minutes after the treatment). This test was to aim at showing the effects of the experimental $\beta-endorphin$ and pain threshold applied to the randomly selected twenty healthy men in their twenties. The subjects were divided into two group(ten for TENS and the other ten MENS). The results obtained are as follows : 1. There was no significant difference in the $\beta-endorphin$ between TENS and HENS(p>0.05). There was no difference in the pain threshold at pretreatment and posttreatment(p>0.05), but there was some difference at 25 minutes after the treatment(p<0.05). 2. The group of TENS in the experimental $\beta-endorphin$ had the highest level of $14.40{\pm}3.098$ at posttreatment, but the level decreased a little according to time passed. And in the experimental pain threshold, the level went to the highest plateau of $2.92{\pm}0.483$ at 25 minutes after the treatment. 3. The group of MENS in the experimental $\beta-endorphin$ had the highest plateau of $14.20{\pm}3.967$ at posttreatment, but the level decreased a bit according to time passed also. And in the experimental pain threshold, the level went to the highest plateau of $2.49{\pm}0.617$ posttreatment. 4. There were some differences of the experimental $\beta-endorphin$ in TENS group at pretreatment and posttreatment(p<0.05). There were some differences in the experimental pain threshold between pretreatment and posttreatment as well as between pretreatment and 25 minutes after the treatment(p<0.05) MENS did not influence the experimental $\beta-endorphin$ and pain threshold. This experiment showed that TENS increased the levels of the experimental $\beta-endorphin$ at posttreatment and increased the levels of the experimental pain threshold untill 25 minutes after the treatment. Therefore, the time of sustaining pain in TENS group was longer than that of MENS group. Also, MENS showed that it increased each level of the experimental $\beta-endorphin$ and pain threshold, but these levels were not statistically meaningful.

이 논문은 정부형태론의 효시라고 파악되고 있는 '권력분립의 원리'를 다시 한 번 규명해봄으로써 현행 대통령제의 폐단을 지적하고, 우리 나라 정부형태의 나아갈 바를 진단하기 위한 목적으로 작성되었다. 현행 대통령제의 병폐를 지적하기 위해 대통령제의 효시가 되는 미국의 대통령제를 평가해 봄으로써 우리 나라의 대통령제가 어떤 방식으로 파행의 길을 걸어 왔는지를 살펴보면서 결론적으로 개선방안도 함께 고찰해 보기로 한다. 결론적으로 우리가 민주주의를 체험하는 학습장으로서 영국을 거론하는 이유는 의원내각제가 민주주의의 기본이념에 가장 충실하기 때문이다. 즉 시민들이 민주주의를 체험하는 기회가 상대적으로 대통령제보다는 많다는 뜻이다. 법이론적으로 살펴보아도 민주적 정당성에 근거하고 책임정치가 가능하며 1당 독재를 최대한 막을 수 있는 의원내각제를 선택하는 것도 중장기 한국정치발전을 위한 초석이 되리라 본다. In General, it is argued what the future of Korean Presidential System will be changed. Basically so confused government style had been adapted in Korea about sixty years ago. That means the present style is a mixture between the U. S. Presidential System and the British Parliamentary System. Therefore they calls 'Semi-Presidential System' in the world. Many scholars majoring Korean Constitutional Law have protested that to change Korean government form the Revision of the text should be needed as soon as possible. Since the present Presidential System in Korea may cause great chaos which model is very similar to the ancient Monarchy System.

사이버스페이스(cyberspace)라 함은 통신매체를 통해 존재하는 현상으로서 물리적 공간과는 상대적인 개념을 지칭한다. 이러한 사이버스페이스의 구성요소는 상업용 온라인서비스, 전자게시판시스템, 사적 시스템, 컴퓨터 네트워크(인터넷) 등이 있는데 이 들 중에서 가장 많이 사용되는 것은 주지하다시피 가장 거대한 인터넷(Internet)이다. 사이버스페이스에서 만들어진 포르노그래피(pornography) 또는 호색 작품이 가져다주는 사회적 폐해와 그에 대한 논란이 있기 때문에 이 논문은 일단 미국 연방대법원의 판례이론을 음란성(obscenity)을 어떻게 보느냐의 기준인 Roth 기준과 Miller 기준으로 나누어 살펴보고, 다음에 사이버 포르노에 대한 규제기준인 Denver 사건, Thomas 사건, Reno 사건 등을 중심으로 헌법상 표현의 자유영역은 어디까지 미치는 것이며, 또한 이를 제한하는 기준에는 어떠한 것들이 있는지를 자세히 고찰해 본다. At last so called 'Information Age' comes. People in the modern society have sent and received through media with cyberspace. Especially in recent times, the rapid development in new computer communication technology makes possible the colossal networks from local computer to world-wide internet. Under these situations, a big problem makes us so confused: how can the main structure of cyberspace be understood from the perspective of freedom of expression in the constitution? Actually obscene materials and cyberpornography can be protected as freedom of expression in the Korean Constitution? It's so puzzled. However the U. S. Supreme Court has made some criteria about that, which are well known as Roth and Miller standard. It is so clear that those standards will be well adapted to the Korean Constitutional Court.

헌법재판과 헌법해석의 상호관계에 관한 연구

A long-standing dispute in constitutional theory has gone under different names at different times, but today's terminology seems as helpful as any. Today we are likely to call the contending sides "interpretivism" or "originalism" and "noninterprerivism" or "neutral principle"-the former indicating that judges deciding constitutional issues should confine themselves to enforcing norms that are stared or clearly implicit in the written Constitution, the latter the contrary view that courts should go beyond that set of references and enforce norms that cannot be discovered within the four cornets of the document. Since that methodology in constitutional interpretation has been used in judicial review or constitutional adjudication, many scholars thought that both of them are a same thing. Always constitutional interpretation wears a colorful suit, which means constiutional adjudication. So the central question of constitutional interpretation is the propet role of the courts and Korean Constitutional Court in our system ofngovernment. They have been so stressed for an crucial role to interpret constitution. Finally constitutional adjudication will be a dish, which contains food, that is, constitutional interpretation. We should look on such a side interrelation between them.

국군체육부대 트라이애슬론 팀 창단과 활동에 관한 역사적 의미

본 연구는 2015 경북문경 세계군인체육대회에서 좋은 성적을 달성하기 위해 추진되었던 국군체육부대 트라이애슬론 팀의 창단과 2015 경북문경 세계군인체육대회를 마치고 2016년 동(同) 팀이 해단되기까지의 활동에 관한 역사적 의미를 분석하는데 목적이 있었다. 문헌고찰과 심층면담을 통해 도출된 연구결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 국군체육부대 트라이애슬론팀은 대한민국 트라이애슬론 사상 처음으로 국제대회 금메달을 획득하는 성과를 이루었다. 둘째, 2015 경북문경 세계군인체육대회 트라이애슬론 경기는 포항에서 훌륭하게 치러진 국제대회로서 우리나라의 이미지를 제고하고 아름다운 포항을 전 세계에 알리는 좋은 기회가 되었다. 셋째, 트라이애슬론 팀은 2015 경북문경 세계군인체육대회의 좋은 성적을 위해 국군체육부대에 창단되었지만, 뛰어난 성적을 달성하고도 바로 해단하는 바람에 많은 스포츠인들에게 아쉬움을 남겼다. The present study purposed to analyze the historical meaning on establishment and activities of triathlon team that was established in Korea armed forces athletic corps to obtain good result in 2015 World Military Games in South Korea and until the team was disassembled after finishing 2015 World Military Games. The result of literature review and in-depth interview in order to this purpose was as following. Firstly, the triathlon team achieved the gold medal for the first time in the international competition of the Korean triathlon. Secondly, the Triathlon Competition in the 2015 Gyeongbuk Mungyeong World Military Games was a spectacular international competition in Pohang. It was a great opportunity to raise the image of Korea and inform the world of beautiful Pohang. Thirdly, it was established in Korea armed forces athletic corps in order to achieve good performance of the 2015 Gyeongbuk Mungyeong World Military Games, but the achievement of good grades and immediate disbandment remained a disappointment of many sportsmen.
