전해 도금을 이용한 높은 접착 특성을 갖는 섬유 기반 웨어러블 디바이스 제작

In order to produce wearable displays with high adhesion while maintaining flexible characteristics, the adhesive method using electro plating method was carried out. Laser lift-off (LLO) transcription was also used to remove sapphire substrates from LEDs bonded to fibers. Afterwards, the SEM and EDS data of the sample, which conducted the adhesion method using electro plating, confirmed that copper actually grows through the lattice of the fiber fabric to secure the light source and fiber. The adhesion characteristics of copper were checked using Universal testing machine (UTM). After plating adhesion, the characteristics of the LLO transcription process completed and the LED without the transcription process were compared using probe station. The electroluminescence (EL) according to the enhanced current was measured to check the characteristics of the light source after the process. As the current increases, the temperature rises and the bandgap decreases, so it was confirmed that the spectrum shifted. In addition, the change in the electrical characteristics of the samples according to the radius change is confirmed using probe station. The radius strain also had mechanical strength that copper could withstand bending stress, so the Vf variation was measured below 6%. Based on these results, it is expected that it will be applied to batteries, catalysts, and solar cells that require flexibility as well as wearable displays, contributing to the development of wearable devices. 유연한 특성을 유지하면서 높은 접착력을 가진 웨어러블 디스플레이를 제작하기 위하여 전해도금법을 이용한 접착법을 진행하였다. 또한 섬유에 접착된 LED의 사파이어 기판을 제거하기 위하여 LLO 전사법을 이용하였다. 그 후 전해도금을 이용한 접착법을 진행한 샘플의 SEM, EDS 데이터를 통하여 실제로 구리가 섬유직물의 격자사이를 관통하여 성장하며 광원과 섬유를 고정시켜주는 것을 확인하였다. 구리의 접착특성을 확인하기 위하여 Universal testing machine (UTM)을 이용하여 측정하였다. 도금 접착 후 laser lift-off (LLO) 전사공정을 완료한 샘플과 전사공정을 진행하지 않은 LED의 특성을 probe station을 이용하여 비교하였다. 공정 이후의 광원의 특성을 확인하기 위하여 인가 전류에 따른 electroluminescence (EL)을 측정하였다. 전류가 증가할수록 온도가 상승하여 Bandgap이 감소하기 때문에 spectrum이 천이하는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 radius 변화에 따른 샘플의 전기적 특성 변화를 probe station을 이용하여 확인하였다. Radius 변형에도 구리가 bending stress를 견딜 수 있는 기계적 강도를 가지고 있어 Vf 변화는 6% 이하로 측정되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 웨어러블 디스플레이 뿐만 아니라 유연성이 필요한 배터리, 촉매, 태양전지 등에 적용되어 웨어러블 디바이스의 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
연잎-연근 복합 발효물이 흰쥐의 내당능 및 지질대사 관련 유전자 발현에 미치는 영향

ObjectivesThis study was performed to evaluate the effects of fermented lotus extracts on prediabetes and hyperlipidemia in high fructose diet rats. MethodsExtracts of lotus leaf and lotus root were fermented using 4 different probiotics separately, including Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium breve, and Bifidobacterium longum. Expressions of adipogenic transcription factors includ-ing Adiponectin, GLUT-4, Leptin, PPAR gamma, Resistin and Visfatin were analyzed by Real time PCR and Western blotting analysis. ResultsFermented lotus extracts reduced blood glucose. Fermented lotus extracts in-hibited adipogenic transcription factors by inhibiting preadipocytes differentiation. The level of gene expression of Adiponectin, GLUT-4, Leptin, PPAR gamma, Resistin and Visfatin in relation to that of GAPDH were increase or decrease significantly with the Fermented lotus formulation group. ConclusionsFermented lotus extracts showed hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effects by inhibiting preadipocyte differentiation and controlling insulin sensitivity in high fructose di-et rats. This study was designed to investigate the effects of fermented soybean upon anti-inflammation, cytotoxicity, antioxidant and intestinal mucous membrane permeability by measuring the cell viability, NO (nitric oxide) production, DPPH, Polyphenol, HRP and TEER in cells like Raw 264.7 and HCT 116 using fermented soybean. Methods Raw 264.7 cell and HCT 166 cell were used in this study. And fermented soybean powders were used for the experimental group and soybean powders for the control group. There was inflammation response upon using lipopolysaccharide(LPS). Fermented soybean powders and soybean powders were in a respectively different dose added to the cells with LPS. MTT assay, NO, DPPH and Polyphenol measurement, TEER, HRP were conducted for each cell. The results of this study were presented in mean and standard deviation. Results 1. In Raw 254.7 cells added with 100μl/ml unfermented soybean powders, 104.95% higher than 62.59% was measured. In Raw 254.7 cells added with 100μl/ml fermented soybean powders, there was 74.90% measured higher than 62.59%, which was a significant result. 2. By a gradual increase of unfermented soybean powders like 0.1μl/ml, 1.0μl/ml, 10μl/ml, 100μl/ml, the measured NO were also gradually decreased 53.12μM, 47.57μM, 37.02μM, 28.16μM. In case of cells added with fermented soybean powders, 43.95μM NO was measured in 0.1μl/ml which is significant, and in other cases, mostly measured over 56.72μM. 3. It was inferred that fermented soybean powders have anti-inflammatory effects of maintaining intestinal mucous membrane permeability because the measured values of cells in both groups were all higher than 133.62Ω measured of cells added with only LPS. And measured values of cells in both groups were all lower than 2.26 measured of cells added with only LPS. 4. In case of experiment DPPH and polyphenol measurement, fermented group was all higher than unfermented group. Conclusion From the results of conducting MTT assay, NO measurement, and TEER, HRP by using cells Raw 264.7 and HCT-116, even though there was no significance in the correlation between cytotoxicity, anti-inflammatory effects, both unfermented soybean powders and fermented soybean powders were shown to have intestinal mucous membrane permeability improvement effects. This effects could be applicable for autoimmune diseases, chronic inflammatory diseases and so additional studies are expected in the future. From the results of conducting DPPH, Polyphenol measurement, Fermented soybean may be useful as potential antioxidant.

Objectives: A pharmacokinetic study to evaluate wild ginseng pharmacopuncture solution was performed to rats. Urine and blood samples were collected and analyzed in HPLC. Methods: Rats were injected 1ml of solution of wild ginseng pharmacopuncture(SGP) intraperitoneally and blood samples were collected from tail vein and urine samples were acquired in individual metabolic cages. The ingredients of wild ginseng, bear gallbladder, musk, and ox bezoar were analyzed separately as well as mixed solution for standard. Results: 1. Most ingredients of SGP solution standard were shown in the retention time 12-30 miutes. 2. Serum samples did not show significant peaks in the same retention time with standard SGP solution. 3. Urine samples showed peaks with same retention time with standard SGP from 12 hour especially eminent after 48 hours. 4. These results may be interpreted as SGP was not accumulated in the serum but excreted as urine.

본 연구의 목적은 최근 우리 사회에서 높은 관심을 가지고 활발하게 전개되고 있는 기업의 기부금지출과 그에 따른 누적효과가 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구하고자 하였다. 기업의 기부금지출과 경영성과 두 변수의 횡단면 자료를 사용하여 동시적 효과가 있는지 분석하고, 패널자료를 사용하여 순차적 효과가 있는지 분석하였다. 또한 6년간의 기부금 지출에 따른 누적효과를 추가로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과 기업의 기부금 지출은 ROA와 ROS가 정의 영향을 미치고, PER과 ROE는 전혀 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 기부금지출의 누적효과는 t기에 가장 큰 영향을 미치며 점차 그 효과가 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과가 향후 기업들의 기부금지출을 통한 사회공헌 활동에 있어서 보다 적극적으로 이루어져 사회적 책임을 수행하는데 기여할수 있기를기대한다. This paper has investigated the impact of corporate donation expenditure which has recently drawn great attention in Korean society on businessl performance and conducted an empirical analysis on the causal relations. In addition, concurrent effect has been analyzed using cross-sectional data between two variables (corporate donation expenditure and business performance) while sequential effect has been examined using panel data. The result of this study can be summarized as follows: First, corporate donation expenditure had a positive impact on ROA and ROS. However, PER and ROE had no impact on corporate donation expenditure Second, cumulative effcet of corporate cash donation would have a bigger impact on short-term business performance than long-term performance. In the future, The results of this study is expect through cash donations in the social contribution to be more aggressive in carrying out social responsibilities.
