This paper deals with the fault tolerant control design problem for a Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy system. The exact discretization approach is employed to derive the linear matrix inequality (LMI)-based stability condition of the system in which the continuous-time and discrete-time state variables are mixed due to the sampled-data controller feeding back the sampled state vector. Moreover, it is assumed that the controller includes an uncertain fault matrix that varies in time. Therefore, the time-varying fault matrix appears in the stability condition, which complicates the analysis. To handle this problem, the fault matrix is decomposed into both time dependent and independent terms using its upper and lower bounds. And then, the resulting stability condition is constructed to only depend on the time independent terms of the fault matrix. Finally, the proposed sampled-data fault tolerant controller design method is validated through the simulation example.

The compressive strength of concrete is greatly affected by the temperature inside the concrete at the initial age immediately after pouring. In the KCI Concrete Standard Specification, only the temperature correction strength (Tn) according to the curing temperature is applied in the mixing strength calculation formula, and mSn is not considered. The formula based on the Chrino model of the blast furnace slag concrete was calculated, and the strength of the structural concrete and the strength of the water cured specimen in the same mixture were compared with the predicted strength. As a result, the error between the predicted strength and the measured strength was greater in the structural concrete than in the concrete specimen.

This paper deals with the fault tolerant interval type-2 fuzzy integral sliding mode controller design for time-varying uncertain chaotic systems including actuator faults. The overall control system consists of driving and response chaotic systems, and the control objective is to synchronize the state variables of these systems. To this end, the chaotic system including uncertain terms is expressed by the interval type-2 fuzzy model. Also, the failure occurring in the actuator is represented by a fault matrix having time-varying unknown parameters. In this paper, the fault matrix is divided into the time-varying and time-invariant terms, which makes the sufficient condition have only time-invariant part of the fault matrix. Finally, we validate the proposed method through simulation examples.
한국 카지노산업의 국제 경쟁력 강화를 위한 모델 개발에 관한 연구

이 연구는 카지노 산업의 맥락에서 경쟁력 개념을 이해하고, 경쟁력을 구성하는 핵심 요소를 파악하여, 카지노산업의 경쟁력을 측정할 수 있는 모델 및 지표를 개발하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 국가, 관광산업의 경쟁력 선행연구에서 제시된 요인들을 바탕으로 카지노 산업에 적용할 수 있는 새로운 모델을 개발하고자카지노 산업 전문가 22명을 대상으로 델파이 조사와 AHP를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 초기 선행연구를 통해 제안한 모델에서는 6개의 상위개념, 70개 세부지표로 구성되었지만, 최종 모형에서는 5개 상위개념, 14개 하위개념, 49개 세부지표로도출되었다. 상위개념에 대한 상대적 가중치는 카지노 산업의 기반이 되는 요소조건이 24.4%로 가장 큰 비중을 차지하였고 다음으로 규제 산업인 카지노 산업의 특성을 반영한 정부정책(22.6%)으로 나타났으며, 비중이 가장 낮은 항목은 인적자원(15.2%)으로 도출되었다. 카지노 산업 경쟁력을 측정하는 세부 지표에 관한 종합순위와 가중치로 1순위는 ‘카지노관련 R&D 지원 투자예산’이 가장 낮은 순위인 49위는 ‘갤러리’ 0.054%로 나타났다. 본 연구는 카지노 산업의 경쟁력에대한 모델을 구축하고 세부 측정항목과 가중치에 따른 우선순위를 도출함으로써 카지노 산업에서 경쟁력을 실질적으로측정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하였다는 점과 이를 통해 국가 간에 심화하는 경쟁환경을 극복할 수 있는 방향성을 제공할수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다. This study aims to develop models and indicators that can effectively measure the competitiveness of the casino industry. By comprehending the concept of competitiveness within the context of the casino industry and identifying key factors that contribute to competitiveness, the study seeks to provide valuable insights. To achieve this goal, a Delphi survey and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) were conducted with 22 casino industry experts. The research builds upon previous studies that explored competitiveness in national and tourism industries, incorporating their findings into a new model specifically tailored for the casino industry. The initial model, as proposed in previous research, consisted of six overarching concepts and 70 detailed indicators. However, the final model derived from this study comprises five upper concepts, 14 lower concepts, and 49 detailed indicators. The relative weights of the upper concepts were determined, with the most significant contribution coming from the elemental conditions underlying the casino industry (24.4%), followed by government policy (22.6%), which reflects the unique characteristics of the casino industry, and human resources (15.2%). Furthermore, this study presents an overall ranking and weighting of detailed indicators that measure the competitiveness of the casino industry. The top-ranked indicator was “Casino-related R&D support investment budget”, while the 49th place was occupied by “Gallery” with a weight of 0.054%. This research is particularly meaningful as it establishes a comprehensive model for assessing competitiveness in the casino industry and provides prioritization based on detailed measurement items and their respective weights, thus enabling the practical measurement of competitiveness in this specific sector.
