국도, 고속국도 터널 영상유고감지시스템 성능분석 및 대심도 복층터널 특성반영 방안

영상유고감지시스템은 터널내 보행자, 낙하물, 정지차량, 역주행, 화재(연기) 등 돌발 상황시에 초동감지 목적의 감지시스템으로 최근 도심지의 대심도 지하도로 및 복층터널 등에서 중요성이 부각되고 있다[1] 그러므로 본 논문에서는 영상유고감지시스템을 대심도 복층터널에 적용하는 것의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 본 시스템이 설치된 국도, 고속국도 터널을 대상으로 장기간 로그데이터 분석을 실시한 내용과 실험 결과를 소개하고, 이를 바탕으로 기존 영상유고감지시스템의 문제점 도출과 개선방안 그리고 일반터널과는 상이한 복층터널 설계에 대한 이해를 통해 복층터널 특성반영 방안에 대하여 몇가지 사항을 제안하였다. The video incident detection System is a probe for rapid detecting the walker, falling, stopped, backwards, smoke situation in tunnel. Recently, the importance is increases from the downtown double deck tunnel in great depth underground space[1], but the legal basis is weak and the vulnerable situation experimental data. So, In this paper, we introduce a long-term log data analysis information in the tunnenl video incident detection system installed and experimental results in order to verify the feasibility of apply to video incident detection system for the double deck tunnel. It is proposed a few things about derives the problem of existing video incident detection system, improvements and reflect attributes for double deck tunnel. The contents described in this paper will contribute to refine the prototype of video incident detection system will apply to future double deck multi-layer tunnels.

As interest in vocational competency development projects increases, support is increasing. In this study, in order to study ways to improve participation in vocational competency development training, related factors are selected and the main factors influencing them are derived. The main factors were influencing factors were identified and ways to improve participation rate of vocational competency development were studied. Variables were selected through prior research, and data were collected and analyzed through in-depth group interviews. Based on factor analysis and reliability analysis, as a result of confirming the factors that influence the plan for improving participation in vocational competency development training by applying the backward stage selection (condition) method of logistic regression analysis, the case of respect for minorities in the 7-point Likert scale The closer to 7 was, the higher the probability of being classified as having never participated, and the other factors except minority respect, Likert scale closer to 7 indicates higher probability of bening classified as having never participated, except for the minority respect factor. Therefore, it was confirmed that lowering the scale of the factor of respect for minority, which is job satisfaction, and increasing the factors of individual characteristics such as annual salary and organizational commitment, training system for job satisfaction, and quality assurance have effects on improving participation rates in vocational competency development training.

영상유고감지시스템은 터널 내 보행자, 낙하물, 정지 차량, 역주행, 화재(화염 및 연기) 등 돌발상황 시에 초동 감지 목적의 시스템으로 최근 도심지의 대심도 지하도로 건설에 따라 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 그러므로 영상유고감지시스템을 대심도 복층터널에 적용하기 위하여 복층터널의 설계 특성을 반영하여 개발하였고, 본 논문에서는 특히 기존 영상유고감지시스템에서는 지원되지 않거나 또는 오감지가 많아 복층터널 환경에 그대로 적용하기 어려웠던 화재 감지를 색 영상 분포, 실루엣 확산 및 통계적 특성 분석을 복합적으로 사용하는 방법을 제안하고, 이를 복층터널 테스트베드 환경에서 차량 실물화재 실험을 통하여 검증하였다. Video Incident Detection System is a detection system for the purpose of detection of an emergency in an unexpected situation such as a pedestrian in a tunnel, a falling object, a stationary vehicle, a reverse run, and a fire(smoke and flame). In recent years, the importance of the city center has been emphasized by the construction of underpasses in great depth underground space. Therefore, in order to apply Video Incident Detection System to a Double Deck Tunnel, it was developed to reflect the design characteristics of the Double Deck Tunnel. and In this paper especially, the fire detection technology, which is not it is difficult to apply to the Double Deck Tunnel environment because it is not supported on existing Video Incident Detection System or has a fail detect, we propose fire detection using color image analysis, silhouette spread, and statistical properties, It is verified through a real fire test in a double deck tunnel test bed environment.
항공기-무장간의 연동 시험을 위한 MIL-STD-1760E 기반 테스트 벤치 구축 사례 연구

항공기 발사용 유도무기는 자체점검시험(BIT; built in test) 뿐만 아니라 MIL-STD-1760표준을 준수하여 전원, 이산신호, MUX(multiplexer)통신 등 다양한 시험을 수행해야 시스템 안전성 및 신뢰성이 입증된다. 본 사례 연구 목적은 MIL-STD-1760E 기반 항공기-무장간 연동용 테스트 벤치 구축을 통하여 공대지 유도탄 개발 시 유도탄 전원인가부터 표적정보 입력, 전달정렬, 유도탄 분리 절차에 이르기까지 정의된 TIME LINE에 의거 유도탄 발사 시퀀스 구현 방안을 제시하기 위함이고, 추가적으로 오류삽입 기능을 통해 비 활성탄에서 시험할 수 없는 항목까지 검증 범위를 극대화하는 참조 방안이 될 수 있다. In the case of aircraft-launched guided weapons, various interface tests such as MIL-STD-1760 based power source, discrete signal, MUX communication as well as BIT of missile can verify system safety and reliability. The purpose of this case study is to develop a test bench based on MIL-STD-1760E for interoperability testing between aircraft and weapons. We proposed a testing method of the launch sequence based on the defined TIME LINE in the development phase of the missile system from the application of the power of the missile to the targeting, the transfer order, and the missile separation process. Furthermore, it will be a reference model that can maximize the verification scope in the development phase of the air to surface missile system by simulating abnormal situation to the inert missile using the error insertion function.
