        자돈체중간의 상관에 관한 연구

        This study was conducted to estimate the correlation coefficient between pig weights by breeze, parity, furrowing season, duration of pregnancy and sea on the basis of the data obtained from total 2.498 pigs of Landrace, Berkshire and Yorkshire born from 1982 to 1983 at the livestock station, Gyeongsang Nam-do. The data were analyzed by the SPSS package program(Nie, 1975) and Miller`s method C 1983) and the results obtained were as follows: In correlation coefficients between pig weights by breed, the correlation coefficients between pig weight, at birth(PWB) and pig weight at 21 days(PW21) in Berkshire were significantly (p$lt;.05) higher than these in Yorkshire and PW21 in Berkshire seemed to increase more as PWB was heavier. though the correlation coefficient between PW21 and Pig weight at 56days(PW56) was not significantly different (P$lt;.05) between breeds, PW21 was more correlated with PW56 than PWB. In correlation coefficients between pig weighte by parity, the correlation coefficient between P1V13 and PW21 was significant different (p$lt;.05) between 7th parity and 1, 4, 5, and 8th parity groups, specially the correlation coefficient between PWB and PW21 in the 7th parity group was .5118, and there was the high correlation between PWB and PW21. The correlation coefficient between PW21 and PW56 was high in the other groups except the first parity and PW56 in parity seemed to increase more as PW21 was heavier. In correlation coefficients between pig weights by furrowing season, though the correlation coefficients between PWB and PW21 and PW56 were nonsignificant differences (p$lt;.051), the correlation coefficient between PW21 and PW56 was significantly (p$lt;.05) higher in the fall and winter-born groups than in the spring and summer born groups. In correlation coefficients between pig weights by duration of pregnancy, the correlation coefficient between PWB and PW21 was significantly different (p$lt;.05) between the 110 days group and the 111 days group and was not significant (p$lt;.05) between the other groups. The correlation coefficient between PWB and PW56 was significantly (p$lt;.05) higher with .6840 and .5935 in the 111 days and 119 days groups than in the other groups, and the correlation coefficient between PW21 and PW56 was significant differences (p$lt;.05) between the 112 days group and the 110 days groups. The correlation coefficient in the 112 days group was the highest with .7275. In correlation coefficients between pig weights by sex, the correlation coefficients between PWB and PW21 and PW56 were significantly (p$lt;.05) higher in the male group than in the female group. Specially, PW21 was more correlated with PW56 than PWB. From the results summarized as above, it could be inferred that PWB be more correlated with PW21 than PW56, and PW56 seem to increase more as PW21 was heavier because there was the more correlation between PW21 and PW56.

        연탄재 어즙 흡착사료 개발에 관한 연구

        This experiment was conducted to investigate the compositions of minerals and amino acids in brequette ash absorbed with concentrated fish soluble and to study the effects of brequette ash-fish soluble absorption feed on growth performance of pigs. A total number of 10 pigs (Landrace (♀) × Berkshire (♂) were divided into 2 treatments which had 5 replicates per treatment and fed the experimental diets for a period of 84 days. The results obtained were summarized as follows : 1. As the levels of fish-solubles, which were absorpted to brequette ash, increased, the contents of minerals and amino acids increased. 2. Average daily gains of pigs fed brequette ash-fish soluble feed were higher compared to those of pigs fed control diet. And feed efficiency was unproved by adding brequette ash concentrated fish soluble to control diet. 3. In economic analysis, feed cost required per ㎏ body weight gain for pigs fed brequette ash absorbed with concentrated fish soluble was less than those for pigs fed control diet. And the periods to reach marketing weights (90㎏) were shorter in brequette ash absorbed with concentrated fish soluble treatment by 14 days than in control.

        연탄재 어즙흡착사료가 육성돈의 성장과 경제성에 미치는 영향

        This experiment was conducted to study the effects of substituting ration with fish soluble absorbed briquette ash feed and its economic values on growing pig. A total number of 60 pigs was divided into 4 treatments: Control, T1, T2, and T3 each substitution with 0, 3, 5 and 10% of ration with fish soluble absorbed briquette ash feed. The results were summarized as follows; 1. Average daily feed intake was highest it T3(1.61kg) and T2(1.59kg) $gt; T1(1.55kg) $gt; control(1.54kg) respectively showing that the feed intake increases according to the increasing level of concentrated fish soluble. 2. Average daily gains of pigs fed fish soluble absorbed briquette ash Iced were significantly (p $lt;0.01) higher compared to those of pigs fed control diet. In addition, feed conversion was also improved significantly(p $lt;0.01) showing that the best result was in T2 group. The optimum level of substitution seems to he 5% though the difference between treatments was not statistically significant. 3. The digestibility didn`t show significant differences between the experimental one diets. 4. There was no significant changes in chemical composition during storage period of nearly one month. 5. In economic analysis feed cost required per kg body weight gain was cut down by 19.14 Won in TI; 24.62 Won in T2 ; 21.10⁴Won in T3 than that in the control diet.

      • 아미노산의 첨가가 돼지 체외수정란의 후기배의 발달에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 아미노산의 첨가가 돼지 수정란의 체외 발달율에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 PEF가 함유된 NCSU-23을 기본배지로 체외성숙 및 체외배양액을 조성한 후 EA(Essential amino acid), NA(Non-essential amino acid) 및 EANA(EA+ NA)를 첨가하여 체외성숙, 체외수정 및 체외발달에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 체외성숙 배지에 아미노산을 첨가한 결과 MH 단계까지의 체외성숙율은 NA 첨가군이 $83.3\%$로 대조구 $70.0\%$에 비하여 유의적으로(p<0.05) 높았다. 그러나 체외 수정 이후의 배 발달율과 수정율에서는 아미노산 첨가군과 무첨가군 사이에 유의적인 차이는 없었다. 체외배양액에 아미노산을 첨가한 후 배반포의 내부세포괴(ICM) 세포와 영양배엽(TE) 세포의 발달에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과, ICM에서는 유의차를 발견할 수 없었으나 TE 세포는 EANA 처리구가 $18.0{\pm}0.5$개로 대조구 $16.09{\pm}0.56$개에 비해 유의적(p<0.05)으로 많았다. 총세포수에서도 EANA 처리구가 $50.0{\pm}1.0$개로 대조구 $44.2{\pm}1.1$개보다 유의적(p<0.05)으로 많았다. 이상의 결과를 종합할 때, 돼지의 체외수정란 생상에 있어서 아미노산의 첨가는 배반포로의 발달율에는 영향을 미치지 못하였으나 체외성숙율을 높이고 배반포의 세포수 향상에 도움을 주는 것으로 판단된다. 특히, 영양배엽(W) 세포의 발달율이 높은 것으로 보아 아미노산의 첨가는 돼지수정란의 착상에 도움을 줄 것이라 기대된다. The objective of this study was to investigative the effects of amino acids supplementation on maturation, fertilization and embryo development of pig oocytes. Essential amino acids (EA), non-essential amino acids (NA) or both amino acids (EA + NA) were supple-mented to North Carolina State University (NCSU) 23 medium containing porcine follicular fluid (pFF). When the amino acids were supplemented to the maturation medium, the maturation rates were higher (p<0.05) in the NA group than control ($83.3{\pm}0.04\%\;versus\;70.0{\pm}0.05\%$, but the subsequent cleavage rates and development to morula and blstocyst stage between aminoacid supplement groups and control were not different. The developmental rates to morula and blastocysts stage were not significantly different regardless of amino acid supplementation to culture medium. In addition, supplementation of amino acids did not significantly affect the rate of fertilization and polyspermy. When the amino acids were supplement to culture medium, the number of trophectodermal (TE) cells was significantly (p<0.05) higher in amino acid supplement group than that of control ($18.6{\pm}0.5\;versus\;16.1{\pm}0.6$), whereas the numbers of inner cell mass (ICM) cells were not different among the treaonent groups and control ($29.0{\pm}0.9\~31.5{\pm}1.2$). Total cell number was also significantly (p<0.05) higher in EANA group ($50.0{\pm}1.0$) than that of control group ($44.2{\pm}1.1$). These results indicate that the amino acid supplementation to maturation and culture medium may not significantly stimulate early embryo development, but may improve the TE cell number of blastocyst stage in the pig.

        돈방 상부공간을 이용한 가토사육이 돼지의 증체에 미치는 영향

        This experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of the falling feces and residual roughage when rabbit was raised on the interior upper space of the pig pen on the growth of 43 pigs farrowed. Animals were fed either formula feed only (A), formula feed + rabbit feces (B), formula feed + rabbit feces + residual roughage (C), or formula feed + residual roughage (D). Body weight gain, feed consumption and feed conversion of the group A were significantly (p$lt;0.05) poorer, than those of the other groups. Feed cost required to gain 1 ㎏ was considerably (p$lt;0.05) lower in the group C than in the other groups. The concentration of urea N in blood plasma of group D was significantly (p$lt;0.05) higher than those of the other groups. Ham and fat portions of the group B were significantly heavier than those .of the group A.

        연탄회 급여가 돼지의 철분주사대용 및 미량광물질공급원으로서의 효과

        This experiment was conducted to study the effects of Briquette ash as a substitutive material for Fe injection and mineral supplements in pigs from April 1, 1981 to July 19, 1984. Birth weight of the Briquette ash fed group was slightly higher than that of the control group. From birth to weaning time the Briquette ash caused high survival rate (p$lt;0.02) compared to the control groups. During growing-finishing period, pigs fed Briquette ash ad libitum gained more weight and consumed more feed. Feed conversion was also improved by feeding Briquette ash ad libitum. In conclusion, it might be suggested that the pigs farrowed from sow fed ad libitum Briquette ash could grow without Fe injection and when fed Briquette ash ad libitum, grorving-finishing pigs could gain more rapidly.

        닥나무의 사료적 가치에 관한 연구

        In order to study the feeding value of Broussonetia kazinoki, Siebold, the investigation on its characteristics and the feeding trial were carried out from April, 1974 to October, 1984. The growth of the tree was accelerated from age of 3 year. Green leaf and rhytidone was lower in C. protein content, but higher in c. fiber content than fallen leaf and leaf before fallen. Most of amino acids were higher in leaf fallen, except for cystine and aspartic acid, than in fallen leaf. The results obtained from the feeding trial indicated that the supplementation of Broussonetia kazinoki, Siebold to the growing-finishing pig diet resulted in improved weight gain (p$lt;0.05), feed conversion (p$lt;0.05) and feed cost per ㎏ gain.
