      • 레지오 에밀리아 접근법의 적용과정과 적용 후의 변화에 대한 유치원장 포커스 인터뷰 분석

        이 연구는 레지오 에밀리아 접근법의 적용과정과 적용 후의 변화에 대한 유치원장의 포커스인터뷰 결과를 분석한 것이다. 자료의 분석은 글래서와 스트라우스가 발전시킨 근거이론(Glase & Strauss, 1967)의 원칙에 따라 개방코딩, 축 코딩, 선택적 코딩의 분석과정을 거치며 자료가 갖는 의미를 드러내고자 하였다. 이를 통해 레지오 접근법 도입 동기, 적용과정에서의 어려움과 페다고지스타로서의 원장의 신념, 적용 후의 변화 등을 고찰하였다. 연구결과, 1992년 이후 레지오 접근법이 한국의 유아교육 현장에 도입되면서 구성주의 유아교육이 보다 구체적으로 실시되어 왔음을 알 수 있었다. 레지오 접근법은 이를 원하는 유치원장들에 의해 현장에 도입되었지만 새롭고 생소한 교육체제는 그 적용과정에서 많은 어려움을 극복하는 과정이었고 이를 통한 변화의 과정이었다. 새로운 교육을 원하였던 원장들은 레지오 접근법에 대해 귀가 열리고 선택이 아닌 필연으로 레지오를 받아들였다. 원장은 페다고지스타로서의 역할을 하면서 자신의 능력, 교사교육, 흔들림 없는 신념을 소유하고 슈퍼 우먼으로서의 역할을 감당해왔다. 유아들과 교사 부모들에 대한 존중과 배려를 실천하며 협력의 가치를 알아가는 융합의 시간 속에 시간의 의미에 대한 교육적 이해를 깨닫고 교육자로서의 스스로의 열정에 의해 변화, 변용된 페다고지스타로 다시 태어나고 있었다. The purpose of this study was an analyzed concentration of 6 Kindergarten Directors and an interview of 7 Kindergarten Directors who introduce Reggio Emilia approach in Korea. The data analysis reflected the principles of the grounded theory developed by Glase & Strauss, 1967. The analytical process involved open coding, axial coding, selective coding, and guided by the theoretical sensitivity there was a desire to discover the significance of the data. Through this the difficulties in the introduction, motives, and application of the Reggio approach as well as shifts in beliefs and transformation as the Pedagogical Principal was introspected. After 1992, as the Reggio Emilia approach was introduced in Korea's Childhood Education, Constructivist Childhood Education was also enforced more concretely. Although the Reggio approach was implemented in the kindergarten field due to the Principal's desires, the new and unacquainted educational system allowed for a process of conquering difficulties and administering change. The Principals who desired new educational methods were inclined to listen to the Reggio Approach, not by choice however but by inevitability. The Principal has been in the role of a Pedagogista managing one's own capabilities, education of the instructors, and with an unswerving conviction has been able to show characteristics of a Superwoman. Through this, in patience, with respect, and with passion the Principle changed and has been reborn as a transformed Pedagogista.

        세라밴드를 이용한 운동프로그램이 여성 노인의 신체구성, 혈압 및 체력에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of exercise using Thera Band on body compositions, blood pressure and physical fitness in the elderly women. Method: The study was designed as a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental study. Twenty four subjects were assigned for experimental group and twenty one subjects were assigned for control group. The experimental group participated in Thera Band exercise program consisting of 60 minutes per session, 3 times a week during the period of 12 weeks. The effects of the program were assessed using the instruments measuring the body compositions, blood pressure and physical fitness before and after applying the program. Data were collected between April and June in 2006, and analyzed by χ2-test, t-test, ANCOVA using a SPSS 11.5 program. Results: There were statistically significant in percent of body fat, muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, and balance ability, but no significant differences were found in body weight, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure. Conclusion: Exercise using Thera Band can be an effective nursing intervention to improve percent of body fat, muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility and balance ability in the elderly women.

        뇌졸중 환자의 보행과 균형에 대한 트레드밀과 에르고미터 자전거 훈련의 효과

        Purpose:The goal of this study was to identify the effects of treadmill walking training (TW) and ergometer bicycle training (EB) on gait and balance in stroke patients. Methods:The subjects consisted of 42 stroke patients. They were randomly divided to two groups: TW(n=20) and EB(n=22). Each group trained along with the conventional physical therapy, three times a week for six weeks. The ability of gait was assessed by the 10m walk test and Timed Up and Go test(TUG). The ability of balance was assessed by Berg Balance Scale(BBS) and Balance Performance Monitor(BPM). Results:There was no significant difference between the 10m walking test and TUG groups, but there was a statistical difference between before and after the training for all groups. The result of BBS that assessed balance showed a significant reduction between before and after the training for all groups, but there was no difference between the two groups. While the two groups showed no difference in the BPM assessment, only the EB showed a significant improvement of before and after the training in each group. Conclusion:The outcomes suggest that stroke patients can improve their gait and balance performance through the TW and EB trainings. Although dynamic mean balance showed significance from EB, no significant difference was found between two groups. Even though it cannot be determined through this study which training group is more effective among the above mentioned two, it could be suggested that each training is effective to gait ability and the ability of balance of stroke patients.

      • 高麗時代 法相宗의 懺法修行

          As Buddhism had played important roles in social development since it was introduced to this country, diverse types of faith took place. Though it resulted from accepting various Buddhist ideas, it might be impossible without active attitudes to the religion. On the other hand, many virtuous Buddhist priests wrote commentaries of Buddhist scriptures and this brought about the advancement of Buddhist idea. These activities were attempts to define clearly the social pattern of different types of religious faith. Among various types of faith, faith in Maitrya(彌勒), faith in Avatamsa(華嚴), and faith in Amitabh had strong social significance. Faith in was mainly based on the idea of Yogacara-Buddhism(唯識佛敎) and Maitrya scriptures. It is remarkable with regard to faith in Maitrya that practical training called chambeop(懺法)" was essential and had a great influence, even on later generations. The objective of the present thesis is to determine how the faith based on chambeop evolved according to the ideological development of Buddhism. This is to respond to the necessity of defining chambeop practice as a part of historical evolution. Chambeop practice was characteristically more active than any other practice, and required heavy training. Faith in Maitrya that venerated Maitrya based on the idea of Yog?c?ra-Buddhism and Maitrya scriptures was related to "Jeomchalgyeong(占察經)", and also accepted faith in Avatamsa and Dharmak?ya(法身佛) later. In addition, as for the method of practice, it is remarkable that Jinpyo"s Jeomchalgyebeop underwent the change of admitting Jabicham(慈悲懺) in the late Koryo Dynasty.<BR>  The method of penitence practice (懺悔修行) may be examined in terms of the relationship between Samgyegyo(三階敎) in China and faith in Ji-Jang bodhi-sattva(地藏菩薩). Jeomchalbeop, which had originated in the age of Wongwang(圓光), continued until the late Koryo Dynasty thanks to the economic foundation of Jeomchalbo(占察寶), and as Jinpyo(眞表) rose in the late Shilla Dynasty(新羅) under the reign of King Gyeondeok(景德王), Jeomchalgyebeop(占察法會) was completed and popularized widely in remote regions as well in the heart of the country. Jinpyo"s Jeomchalbeop was a practical faith that emphasized practicing penitence discipline prior to doing Jeomchal to those who sought for commandments. Particularly, deliverance was achieved through receiving bodhi-sattva(菩薩) commandments, and the conclusion was faith in Maitrya. Jinpyo"s Jeomchalbeop was handed down through a number of his disciples, and adapted in each of the sects that received it. On the other hand, in the Koryo Dynasty, Sujeongsa(水精社) was presented by Jineok(津億). Though it was a practice based on Jeomchalbeop, Sujeongsa characteristically desired the Pure Land of Amitabh rather that the Pure Land of Maitrya. In addition, the Jeomchal meeting was occasionally held as a national event after a political disturbance took place. The purpose was to prevent spirits who died before their time and could not enter the other world from causing disasters in this world. This is considered to be various Buddhist seminaries presented by the government for the purpose of keep out of harm"s (消災)ㆍinvoke a blessing fortune(祈福) in the Koryo Dynasty(高麗), which show the penitence spirit and high practicality of Jeomchal-beop.<BR>  It is found that, in the late Koryo Dynastry under the rule of the Yuan Dynasty, "mercy chambeop" was received through the commentary of "Jabidojangchambeop(慈悲道場懺法)" by Misu(彌授). The commentary, which was quoted over 100 times in the commentary collection edited by Jogu(祖丘) of Cheontaejong, requires a close analysis. The acceptance of mercy chambeop was promoted while undergoing correction of the press(對校ㆍ詳校) in the Yuan Dynasty (元), and was related to the popularity of chambeop at that time.         The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of an aquarobics exercise program on the physical fitness and blood lipids in elderly women. The subjects of the study were twenty-six elderly women enrolled in an Aquarobics exercise program consisting of 60 minutes per session, 3 times a week during the period of 12 weeks. The effects of the program were assessed using the instruments to measure physical fitness and blood lipids before and after the aquarobics exercise program. Data was collected between September and December in 2006, and analyzed by frequency, paired with a t-test, using a SPSS. The results were statistically significant in muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, and cardiopulmonary endurance, but no significant differences were found in agility, total cholesterol, triglycerides and high density lipoprotein cholesterol. Aquarobics exercise can be an effective nursing intervention to improve muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility and cardiopulmonary endurance in elderly women.

        마쇄 발효청국장 식이와 등경락마사지가 중년여성 안면피부에 미치는 영향

        To investigate the effects of ferment soybean meal and back meridian massage on the facial skin of middle - aged women, 40 patients were enrolled in the study for 12 weeks from March 2016 to June 2016, Fermented Chungkukjang group (F), back meridian massage group (M), sponge fermented Chungkukjang diet and back meridian massage group (FM). In order to facilitate the digestion and absorption of Chongkukjang, the soybean protein was further self-degraded by protease of Chungkukjang so that it was fermented after fermentation. Respectively. As a result of the experiment, the oil amount of the skin decreased by 2% in group C, by 22% in group F (p<.01), by M by 30% (p<.001), FM The group increased by 33% (p<.001). Skin moisture content increased by 2% in group C, by 7% in group F (p<.01), in M g roup by 10% (p<.01), in FM group by 17% (p<.001). The amount of melanin decreased by 3% in group C, by 5% in group F (p<.001), in M g roup by 7% (p<.001), in FM group by 15% (p<.001). In the group C, the amount of erythema decreased by 2%, group F decreased by 4% (p<.01), M decreased by 6% (p<.01) and FM group decreased by 10% (p<.01). Thus, although there is a difference for each part, the result that parallelism of massage such as grinding fermentation Chon Guukcan meal etc. has a positive effect on facial skin is derived.
